Wonderful time, a few Maintenance issues such as washer would only wash in hot water and a ceiling stain from a leak other than that, and the extra resort fee it was wonderful just did not want to leave.

Had a great time at this hotel! The rooms and the hotel itself were amazing. Very clean hotel and the staff are pleasantly friendly. Pros: Clean Big rooms Friendly staff Tiki bar with barbecue area on beach Nice pool Cons: A decent drive away from Duval Beach is very small Price

Wasn't very clean maid service was not very good

Perfect place for couples - the screened porches were perfect. Nice and quiet - rooms are extremely roomy and were maintained.

This is a smaller Hyatt property on the quiet side of Key West. It is a bit of a hassle to get anywhere but we determined that cab service works best -- $18 for 4 people and the wait for a cab is hardly ever more than 5 minutes. Construction on US 1 on the bay side caused some delays. The property itself is very nice. Limited tiki bar, lovely pool, great staff, well-kept grounds. Rooms are spacious -- 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds are a little rare in the Keys so that was well appreciated. Good quality linens and nice stocked kitchen. The best feature though is the screened in porch. We had leisurely coffee on the porch every morning and wine on the porch most evenings. We would defnitely consider staying here again for that one feature.

Our stay was very enjoyable. the only concideration that i would stay somewhere else next time is the lack of a fitness center on the property. i was also dissappointed about being charged for a later checkout when the front dest acknowledged they did not hav anyone staying in the room after us and the house keeping did not usually come each day until after 3pm. We checked out at Noon. i think that is a little courtesy that could have gone a long way with me.

The Hyatt was perfect for our needs and wants. Loved it!

quite hotel. no gym onsite, have to go to Hyatt downtown (duval st) only negative.

This facility should have an exercise room on site with the best of equipment instead of telling us that we would have to go to another site to use theirs. Also, if we should have to go to another site, then there should not be a charge for the shuttle van. More local information and coupons/discounts should be offered upfront upon check-in instead of us having to ask for this information. The bottom line is that all information should be listed upfront and the hotel needs to have an exercise room/weight room on the site.

Property was great -clean, comfortable, spacious - perfect for us!The only downfall was the distance from Duval Street-$20 cab ride in each direction for night trips downtown.

just entering key west.perfect place to start. they have info on all that goes on and were to go for first timers or repeat vacationers.the staff was great.

We spent three days in Key West and the condo was a good six for three adults and six kids and very well appointed. The "beach" area is not really beach, but it is a nice illusion for sunbathers. The pool was very shallow so not much for swimming, but there were other nice amenities around the pool area like Weber gas grills and a couple hammocks to hang out in. Overall, a nice condo with nice amenities, but it was pricey and about 5 miles from all the Key West attractions, so figure to pay for parking while you are there.

The only thing bad about this hotel is the swimming pool. It is too short, only 4 feet deep and could be larger to accomodate more guests. It was very crowded.

This was an excellent hotel which easily accommodated our family of six with out feeling congested. Nice amenities and front desk was very helpful.

Key west is a must see!

best place ever!

Accomodations were perfect. We had 2 bedroom suite. It was safe, spacious clean and had everything we needed. It even had washer and dryer and a covered patio with very good furniture tom relax on. The pool is nice and it has a view of the bay. There is no beach at this location. I would definitely stay here again. The only slight inconvenience is that there is no on-site restaurant. But we had a car, so it was a short drive to food.

Very clean and nice suites. Staff was very friendly!

We have travelled to many different types of resorts over the world, so we would rate this resort ok, not very good or excellent. We liked the small setting, nice lay out of the rooms, nice enclosed balcony, fully equipped kitchen and pool. Areas for improvement: 1) why does the maintenance around the pool (especially noisy) have to start @8:30am, also 2) the cleaning service cart should have rubber wheels, so it does not feel like an earthquake when they pass. 3) front desk could be a bit friendlier and the 4) pool bar is too secluded. Lastly, location of the the playground is a joke, there are transients hanging out only 50 yards away and sprinklers make everything wet, not very useful to bring your little ones.......

We LOVED this place!! We were traveling with my parents and my father-in-law. This is a beautiful hotel. The landscaping and atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. Anything we needed, the staff was very helpful with. The price was good and it is one of the few hotels on Key West with their own parking. The pool is beautiful and my father-in-law loved the pier.

The property is beautifully landscaped and very lush. The young lady that checked us in was not overly friendly but acted professionally and competently. I was surprised to see that the parking area under the units is not paved but is covered in some type of gravel. Plan on carrying your suitcase as you can't roll it through it. There are multiple stairways for the 3 floors or you can use the typically slow elevator. The units are large, comfortable and decorated well. There were 6 of us, 3 couples, and we were all felt like there was plenty of room. The screened in balcony/patio was a favorite of all. The two king beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Those who slept on the sleeper sofa were surprised that it slept as well as a bed with no back pain for anyone. The cleaning/restocking crew missed leaving coffee one day and any wash cloths the next. The hotel office closes about 9PM, so make sure any requests you have occur before then or they go unfulfilled until you call again in the morning. We had a rental car so distance to things was not an issue for us, but I wouldn't want to stay here without transportation.

Beautiful property and everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again... quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Parking underneath was helpful to keep the car clean, as well, they had Security and no charge to park there

This is a time share set-up that worked perfectly for a family. Two king size beds, huge master bathroom, living room area, dining and kitchenette. Wonderful screened in patio that looked over the courtyard/pool area. Private beach access was a ilttle weak (small), but we loved it. A ten minute cab ride to Duvall Street. Liked being away from the craziness of downtown. Very ideal for our needs.

Beautiful location exellent facility for relaxing and enjoying quiet peaceful surrondings. Off the beatten path but close enought to still enjoy all Key West life. The pool and surrondings were kept emaculant as well as the rest of the resort. Will definatley stay again.

We property has beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen (Including an oven and a dishwasher!) which is great for light meals. The screened porch had comfortable furniture and a view of the Gulf. The staff was very friendly.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt Beach Resort. The room more than met our expectations. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful...would definitely go back!!

This hotel was what I expected as far as the rooms go and property layout. The one thing I was not expecting is there are NO restaurants or bars on property as it's more of a time share property. We were there three nights and spent a lot of money on cab fare going downtow, but we did know the location before going. Just thought we would be able to get a little somethng on property. Staff was friendly and pool ares wasw very nice.

The Condo was clean, and the beds where very comfortable. The master bedroom had a jacuzzi, shower and double sinks. It also had another bedroom and bathroom by entrance, full kitchen and a lovely screened balcony porch. I also loved the heated pool. Overall I would stay there again when I visit Key west.

el hotel es exelente!!!!!, la habitacion era enorme, muy comoda y el area de pileta era precioso. Lo unico que le agregaria a ese hotel es que no tiene ningun bar para poder comer algo, solo un bar en la playa con tragos, pero nosostros llegamos al mediodia y tuvimos que salir a comprar algo afuera.Esta un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero a nosotros no nos molesto.Es un hotel para recomendar por el confort y lo bonito que es.

Mycket fint hotell med väl tilltagen standard. Utomhus Grillar, hängmattor i sanden och sackosäckar i poolen för en bekväm semester. Detta hotell rekommenderas!!!

Vi är en familj på 6 personer och vi skulle gärna stannat fler dagar på detta underbara resort. Poolområdet var helt fantastiskt men tyvärr hann vi bara vara där en eftermiddag och kväll. Mycket trevligt att man kunde grilla själv vid stranden (ej badbar) Ibland simmar det förbi sjökor enligt personalen. Rummen var mycket bra med eget kök. Kan definitivt tänka oss att åka tillbaka. Lite långt till centrum men vi hade bil så det var inget problem.

Schlechter Zugang zum Meer. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis viel zu teuer!

Familj med 3barn som för 3dje gången kommer till detta resort , har alltid varit nöjda och denna gången blir vi så besvikna på detta ställe, speciellt hotel managern att vi bestämmer oss för att checka ut efter 1natt. Vi blev tilldelade de 2 sämsta rummen på resorten, ingen utsikt, luktade rök i rummet, rum nr 2 var placerat ovanpå pool-rummet , med ett hemskt ljud surrandes hela tiden, dåligt städat och även det illaluktande...Vi hade 11nätter bokade, vilket är många och vi kunde inte tänka oss att tillbringa värdefull semester i dessa illaluktande och mörka rum. Hotel managern erbjöd oss byte efter 1vecka, vilket skämt...Tänk att behandla tillbakavändande kunder så, vi hade även tänkt bli timeshare ägare denna gång, men detta var bara att glömma nu. Hela resorten var i jämförelse nedgången och i dåligt skick om vi jämför med tidigare år, så välj annat boende i key west.ett tack till hotels.com som hjälpte oss på ett fint sätt när vi behövde ett nytt hotell.

Points positifs: hotel bien entretenu, joli jardin, belle piscine avec des jeux pour enfants (seau, pelle, bouée), bon accueil, parking gratuit,suite très grande bien équipée, coin calme la nuit. Points négatifs: réservé pour 5, seulement 2 lits king size et canapé lit pas préparé pour la 5eme personne, j'ai du le faire moi même! Le ménage des chambres est très bruyant et ce dès 7h30 le matin! Attention si vous n'avez pas évacué la votre avant 9h...elle ne passera pas la faire. Plage quasi inexistante, prévoir la voiture pour aller au centre (Duval street), navette payante possible.

Hotellet er sikkert fint, men ligger på feil plass. (1 time i fra Key West sentrum. Vi valgte å reise videre til Hyatt hotellet som ligger midt i de koselige gatene i Key West. Fikk beskjed av dette hotellet, at vi ikke fikk noe igjen av de 3 dagene som vi hadde betalt for. Hyatt i sentrum kan anbefales.
