Very nice and roomy hotel with a friendly staff and good services. Only minus could be the surrounding neighborhood if you are too gentle.

The hotel is great for the price. It is not expensive and it offers a very nice and comfortable room, with 2 different environments (a living room and a bed room). Extremely quiet, very good for concentrating if you need to spend some time working on something like a presentation. Breakfast is great and it was complimentary to the hotel rate i got. Wireless Internet access is available for free in the rooms and that's a must. I hate hotels that charge extra for Internet access. Service is excellent. I had to print 12 pages for my work and they did it for me free of charge, colored printing. I'm definitely staying there again when I go to Mexico.

Can't speak highly enough of this hotel...position service ...wi fi ....it's got it all.

the location is good, there prepared already spacious. all of facility you need.

Great hotel, huge rooms, friendly staff, free wifi in rooms....great location.....beds are hard but s what they are better for your back!

A very spacious room at a very good price. I never expected that I would get such a great value in a nice location in downtown Mexico City. There are plenty of places around to visit and the atmosphere it is amazing. I would totally recommend it for picky tourists looking to save money without sacrificing quality. The receptionist does not smile to you, but everything else it is great!

Originally booked for 10 nights but were forced after 2 to return to Canada for emergency business related issues. Staff and Reservations people were so extremely helpful and regardless of original policy made adjustments for the issues and we were able to leave with a smile and great feelings. Since our return we have recommended this hotel to friends and would never hesitate to revist again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The suites are large and clean. The beds are very very firm so if you like to sink into bed look elsewhere. The price for what you get is great. The location is only a couple of blocks from the Insurgentes metro station and very close to alot of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is very quiet despite the noisy street outside. It is ideally located to get to any part of Mexico City. The hotel is comfortable but it seems that it is not being kept up... furniture is getting old and some is soiled. The staff is very friendly.

This is my tenth (or something like that) stay at this hotel and I love it even more now. I've tried so-called 4-star, 5-star hotels and they are waaaaay overpriced and I had very bad experiences with them. Eurostars value is absolutely fantastic, their location, staff, cleanliness and convenience are flawless. 5/5!!! The only detail is that the bed is too firm for me.. but it may be just me. If you are bringing someone with you, remember to ask for more pillows.

hotel is in right in the middle of zona rosa. a perfect location. very closed to almost everything. taxi, great restaurants, bars, shopping...etc. Room is very big, actually every room they have is a suite which has a living room with extra TV, sofa and frige. Room itself is bit old and need some renovation. i was disappointed at few things. their towels are very old and used and desperated in need of brand new supply. Bed is bit too hard for me and pillows are flat and not so comfortable. Sheet is too thin and it does not give you the comfortness that you can find in better hotels. i exercise everyday, but in the gym, they have very nosy one treadmill and one universal gym that has been used for very long time. No water nor towels provided in the gym. Barely adequate. however, location makes up for it.

All in all, it was an average to good experience. In brief: PROS: Good location, nice set-up in rooms, great water pressure in showers, wonderful custodial/cleaning staff, attentive staff in general, many choices around neighbothood for restaurants, shopping etc, good access to public transportation. CONS: Londres is a very busy street and traffic is awful- but traffic in Mexico City is AWFUL anyway, the beds in the room are as hard as bricks (seriously), the decor in the rooms is way out-dated, the staff is helpful but not overly friendly.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Suite was clean, spacious and well appointed (refrigerator, microwave, two TVs and a work desk). Free internet worked well, free bottled water in the rooms, complimentary breakfast was fine and the location was convenient and safe. Staff was helpful and capable. Lots of bars, restaurants and ATMs in the neighborhood. Very busy and noisy. Will definitely stay again and would certainly recommend. Has to be one of the best deals in the city thru hotel.com

The hotel is a good deal if you get the bfst included. It also includes internet and other amenities. The hotel is vastly superior to the old dump across the street that charges more. But i wasn't happy about the late check out charges. You have to pay $50.00 if you check out at 3pm and a rack rate of $100.00 after that. I checked out at 5 as my plane left at 7.30 and I still had business to conduct. In addition I had an assistant come into town at 7am and crash at the hotel until he left at 12 noon and they actually wanted to charge 25.00 for a second person even though at the time of check in you can stipulate one or two people with no additonal charges. The rooms at the front are inhabitable on weekends due to the noise from the discos. The zona rosa is hopping on the weekend with clubs everywhere and lots of young people predominately gay. During the week it is not so noisy and convenient. I would stay here again but If my plane leaves late I might stay somewhere else that charges only 50% of the rate until 6 or 7 and this is customary in Mexico City.

Good Hotel, great neighborhood, and good customer service.

This is a generally very nice hotel with mostly friendly staff and an excellent location. To avoid noise into the am hours, avoid the front, lower floors of the building. The roof top gym and garden is nice but sparsely furnished with no reclining chairs. The rooftop garden could have had a wonderful view but instead it is surrounded by brick; bad planning. I was here for 2 weeks. I changed rooms once. 1st time was noisy with many broken items in room (2004) (radio, iron, office chair all broken and no hot water in 1 sink). Am now in 1002 quiet and on the back BUT they placed me below the gym so yes, it does get noisy sometimes if someone is up there. ON the back you will not get the sun . Overall I would recommend this hotel, as long as you speak up a little for what you want.

have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. Staff is very courteous and helpful. There was a situation of a non-working remote control which they fixed within an hour. the handle of the shower faucet falls off but was not a major problem. Do be careful when taking a taxi from the hotel to the airport as the drivers like to change the price on the way. just make sure the bellman agrees on the price with the driver in front of you before you get it. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in due to location and service.

Rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly. I loved breakfast, the chilaquiles were awesome! Zona Rosa is still an ok area but you can notice it has decayed from what it was in the past.

Good value for the price. Very nice suite divided into the bedroom and small lounge. the bath has a built in jaquzzi which was a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast was good. The only negative point was the noise from Calle Londres especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our visit was excellent. The hotel is near everything. At night we used the hotel called cab, it was excellent. Hotel is centrally located, we walked to the castle and surrounding restaurants. Banks to exchange money were close. The U.S. Embassy was about three blocks away. The neighborhood was excellent and people were very friendly. definitely, get the breakfast included. It is fantastic!!

If you plan to have meeting anywhere in Mexico and return directly to the Hotel, it is just perfect....Request a room facing the back of the hotel rather than the noisy one at the front... Zona Rosa is not the nicest area in Mexico (unless you are looking for what you easily find there...., then is just perfect...)

Really close to Insurgentes subway station, close to Paseo de la Reforma, great location. This hotel is located in the Zona Rosa... it is a nice neighborhood with a lot of life. The Zona Rosa neighborhood is considered gay friendly so, be prepared to see some same-sex affection in public (nothing R rated).

i must say this hotel is one of the best bargain in zona rosa in mexico city. small hotel, but excellent service and outstanding location where you can get everything nearby. i strongly recommend this hotel.

Mi estadia fue de 3 dias, Las habitaciones son grandes y comodas, con todos los servicios, Pero el problema es que se escucha todo desde los otros cuartos, desde que abren la regadera del baño hasta las risas de las personas en otras habitaciones por lo que es casi imposible dormir, En la zona dende esta el hotel esta infestado de homosexuales, lo que no es conveniente para la onda familiar. Lo bueno son las habitaciones amplias y la ubicación si es que la mayoria son adultos.

UM HOTEL RAZOÁVEL NUM BAIRRO DECADENTE

Yo realice la reservacion a traves de Travelocity y no es cierto lo que promocionan de que el desayuno esta incluido en el precio. Tampoco el yacuzzi funciona; segun informacion del personal del hotel tiene mas de un mes descompuesto y no saben para cuando lo arreglan. La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de todo y la habitacion es confortable. Al personal le falta entrenamiento sobre relaciones publicas y atencion al cliente. Sugiero que sean contestes con los servicios que ofrecen para que el cliente no se sienta defraudado.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, cerca de el hay muchas atracciones turisticas y restaurantes etc. Precio razonable. Se recomienda mejorar la variedad de canales de TV y actualizar las computadoras del centro de negocios.

et greit hotell, sentralt i Zona Rosa, noe dårlig rengjøring av romene, på et av romene manglet det dør til toalettet, ville forlenge oppholdet et døgn og det kostet mer enn gjennom hotels.com. Vi reiste med 3 barn, 10,10,6 og flyet gikk først kl 21,50 og derfor betalte vi ett døgn ekstra for ett av romene. Det med døren til do ville kunne vært et stort problem for mange gjester og ga unektelig et noe negativt inntrykk

Mi experiencia fue buena, el personal fue amable y el hotel queda en la Zona Rosa y sus alrededores son seguros, hay bastantes restaurantes alrededor, y negocios variados: ropa, farmacias, etc

Excelente localização, suites amplas e confortáveis, internet gratuita, centro de negócios com facilidades de acesso.

Como esta en pleno centro de la zona rosa, existe mucho ruido alrededor. Ideal para conocer otra perspectiva de la ciudad de México. Mala idea si vas de negocios.
