Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. I would stay there again. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

POSITIVES: Arrived early and was able to check into our room. The room was nice. Staff were friendly. Loved the lobby area. The rate included a full breakfast which we were not able to enjoy due to the cutoff time at 10am. Restaurants were nearby. NEGATIVES: The bathroom drains were not the business. The arrangement of the room was kinda uncomfortable (couch should be on the other side by the window, the TV cannot be seen well sleeping on the 1st bed). The desk chair was very uncomfortable (bad for the back). Our room view was our rooftop. Not enough parking lot space. SUGGESTIONS: Breakfast time to extend to 11am espec on the wknd. Expand the parking spaces.The surrounding appearances need to improve Be nice to have a Fred Meyers in the area.

We loved everything about it! Great beds; super-clean, and truly clean-smelling, not just masked; friendly, helpful front desk; and the breakfast was really surpassing, right down to the chopped green onions, ham, and shredded cheese to sprinkle on the scrambled eggs! Many, many choices...

The king suite with corner jetted tub was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom left me wanting more. They let us check in early but check out time shouldn't be 11 for what we paid. They also charged the room to my card days before we arrived so be ready for that.

The hotel was clean and basically what I expected. Parking was convenient. There was a pool, which I did not use, but it would be nice if I came through with my kids. There was a little breakfast in the morning. The quality of the food was certainly not great, but I really didn't expect a Tom Douglas meal. The staff were polite. I felt safe there, and it was quiet overall. In the morning, I headed to Yakima. I was right back on the freeway and on my way. Conveniently located.

We were well invited from the front desk worker; she was great! I did have to clean the counters and the outside of the refridgerator. The room was nice. Needed one more chair in the "front room" where the TV was. Three of us were squished on the love seat with no chairs in the bedroom to sit on or bring into the main room.

This hotel was amazing! The location is right next to I-90, easy on and off. The atmosphere is beautiful and upscale with a fantastic price. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed every minute of my stay and will be doing it again in 2 months!

As with most hotels, the breakfasts are awful! Take away the sugar and white flour and what do you have? Apples, oranges, milk, and hard boiled eggs. That's it! Nutritionally inadequate food. What is offered is beautifully presented, the breakfast rooms clean and cheerful, but the food: totally lacking in value. How about some real whole wheat breads, sugarless cereals, and real cut-up breakfast fruits. Don't serve us hot scrambled eggs however. Who wants to eat powdered eggs? And the sausages are loaded with sugars. How about some nice (not American) cheeses? Better yet, don't include breakfast in the price of the room, and let us decide whether or not we want to pay for the breakfast after we see it.

Just off main hwy and it was very quiet. Super nice pool, very friendly. I would stay there again.

We went to Ellensburg for the annual CWU sanata Festival. It is the second time to visit Ellensburg. Best Western Hotel is more comfortable and better maintance. We love it and be back if we join the CWU Piano Festival again.

I had to take a state required test as a teacher. They accomodated me with their government rate. The room was beyond what I expected and the hotel facilities were great! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very friendly staff and great accommodations.
