Comfort Suites Seven Mile Beach and Resort - سيفن مايل بيتش

We stayed here for only 1 night to enjoy Seven Mile Beach. There were rough seas the day before which washed up mountains of seaweed on the beach. The crews were cleaning it up but it was best for us to walk down past the Marriott to avoid the seaweed. They had it cleaned up by the next day. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Eggs, Waffles, Cereal, Pastries, etc... The room was comfortable and the walk to the beach is not far at all. The bathroom had a lot of counter space on the vanity and the room had enough space for a small couch. I would stay here again.

The Place was clean and room was ok. However, please do consider to stay far far away from the local restaurant (Stingers). NEVER have we eaten such a low quality meal. Everything was fried and had the wonderful taste of NOTHING. Addeding further to the misery, was that not a single fresh vegetable or fruit made its way to the plates. Even the drinks were made with processed fruit juice, Why not use a few fresh ingredients when in a climate where fruits and vegetables can be grown??????????? If you stay away from Stingers and in that way safe yourself a heafty bill for the sub standard foods and drinks, then you will be fine at this hotel.

We needed a suite for our party of three for only one night--we had a 7:30 am flight the next day. The pull out sofa was directly next to the air conditioning unit, which was very noisy and cold. The rooms were satisfactory otherwise, but nothing exceptional.

Unclean rooms that smelled and good luck finding a place on the beach!

This hotel advertises pet free but there is a dog, likely part of management, on the first floor, #107. All hotel staff, from front desk, to cleaning staff were friendly and nice, what a great team of people. Martin & Jermaine were amazing at breakfast: their food was always warm and plenitful. We enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the son while we ate. Yes, there were chickens running around but, um, hello, they run around everywhere in Grand Cayman. The room (2 bdrm suite) was a good size and the cleaning was great. The fridge was much larger than expected: it is a full sized fridge. There are serving dishes & cutlery for six as well as pots, a colander and glasses galore. We walked 15 minutes to Kirk's Supermarket. This is a modernstore with lots of organic options . The hotel advertises that Kirk's delivers. We purchased beer & rum at Black Beard's in the 7 Mile Plaza about 5 minutes towards Georgetown from the hotel. We dove a tonne with Ambassador Divers and thoroughly enjoyed the people and the valet diving service. The beach is gorgeous and the hotel has a lot of lounges, never a problem getting a spot. We enjoyed sitting out on them under the stars a few nights and enjoyed the live music from the Marriot next door. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub was nice, though the temperature did fluctuate dramatically during the week.

Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. Needed a hotel on SMB (short notice) for 1 night before flying back to UK. SMB hotels are not cheap, specially when I was looking for 2 bedrooms (either 2 separate rooms or 1 suite with 2 rooms). Comfort Suites ended up being approx. $200 cheaper than major hotel chains (private rental accommodations are also an option, however not so easy to get for just 1 night). It's a short taxi ride from the airport ($15CI) and 1 minute walk from beach. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The 2 room suites have a bath in the master bedroom and a separate bathroom (shower only). Small kitchen with fridge.Laundry facilities on site. Check out time is noon and our flight was only due to leave at 7pm. There is a storage room for checked luggage, which I would have used had I been traveling by myself. However, since I was traveling with my mum (who is over 75 years of age) and I knew sleeping on the plane overnight would be an issue, I asked about a late checkout. Despite being high-season, the hotel agreed to accommodate the request (for a nominal fee) and we were able to checkout at 4pm, for which we were very grateful. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was more than sufficient. Internet access is also offered with a basic package (good for reading emails/online flight checking)' and a paid package (for anything requiring faster connection, such as watching news/listening to music/work). All in all, happy with the stay

We only stayed here for one night, but I would deffinantly book here for a longer stay. Stingers bar attached to the hotel had great food. Nice pool and beach access.

We loved our visit. They were very good to us, especially our kids. The location and surrounding space was perfect for our family. If you wanted, you can make a whole day(s) right at the hotel. Very fun. They kept our hotel room very clean especially since we tracked in sand everyday. We'll for sure visit again. Thank you. The only suggestion I have is to create more beach space for Comfort Suites.

We stayed at Comfort Suites on the 1st and last nights of our trip to be close to the airport. The room was clean. The staff was excellent.

We went to Grand Cayman for scuba diving. Comfort suite was located in good location, also have good dive operator (Ambassador Divers) right next to it. Although its close to the beach, you wont get a view of the beach from any of the room, and none of them have the balcony. It wasn't a necessary factor for us. Walking distance to few restaurants and bar. Beach from the hotel is very clean as well. Cayman Island is not a cheap place, and most of the hotel is very high priced..more than double the price of comfort suite. this rule also applies to the food, so don't be surprise to pay over $70 for lunch for two people. Room is very clean and breakfast is nothing great but it was included made it nice.

My Husband and I had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman. It was our anniversary and new years eve. We had a king bed that was a little to firm for us, but other than that it was great. The staff at Comfort Suites was awesome and so was the breakfast. The location was so prefect. We just had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

We were satisfied, good sercvice, nice and clean, very good breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights to see sights and shop before going over to visit a friend at another island. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite and the location was easy to walk to some shops or catch the bus to other places. Would be happy to stay there any time!

Expensive for what it was....nice room and comfy bed......walls are a little thin regarding noise. Breakfast is basic and so is the gym. Staff are friendly.

Overall the stay was great, however, when requesting an early checkin, I was told that they could tell me more at 0800hrs the next morning. I showed up at 8am and they told me to come back at 9am. I returned at 9am and they told me to come back at 9:30.. this went on a couple more times until 11am. I wasn't real happy about being jerked around for a couple hours. the individual AC units in the rooms sound like a jet engine when turning on avery 15mins or so. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. A little rustic, but worth the money.

The Comfort Suite Hotel is a short drive from the hotel. There were licenced airport taxis readily available at the airport. At the hotel I checked in at the reception desk with my reservation number and was soon given relevant information about my room number and which floor it was on and a room entry card, a breakfast ticket (which I never had to produce) and the password for the free wifi. I opted to use the safe in my room which was a refundable $100 deposit on credit card and $2.50 per day charge for the use of the safe. Quite frankly, I need not have bothered with the safe because my belongings were perfectly safe and secure in the room. The young woman who cleaned my room and provided clean towels and linen daily was very friendly and trustworthy. My room was nicely laid out with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and sink with hot/cold water. The hotel was clean and presentable. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. I travelled alone and thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Grand Cayman. I used the public buses which were $2 per ride and were very reliable and safe to use. The bus stop was immediately across the road from the hotel. The hotel bar and restaurant (Stingers) was also an enjoyable experience. The food was good. A very safe country to visit. I would use this hotel again based on location, cleanliness and quality of service from friendly helpful staff.

Very good location, good value. Better than the few Comfort Suites I've tried in mainland U.S.

It was perfect for me and my husband, not a 5 star hotel but perfect for the price, breakfast was very good and the hotel is a minute away from the beach, they also provide with unbrellas and chair so you can sit in front of Seven Mile Beach and enjoy the same as if you were staying in the Marriot for half price!!!!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman. We wanted to stay on Seven Mile Beach because it is centrally located. The hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable. The free breakfast was better than expected, with waffles, fresh friut and hot scrambled eggs. The Stingray resturaunt had great food and music. The hotel could use some updating, but the snorkeling right out front is amazing!! We would stay there again.

The staff was not particularly friendly and acted as if they could care less that we were paying through the nose for a one night stay. Oh well this is the Cayman Island which has certainly changed since we began coming here.Stingers was great however ,it was the best thing about the stay !

This was a good location at a relatively inexpensive price. It's very close to seven mile beach and other, much nicer hotels; you're a 25 foot walk from the beach. The rooms are suites; they're clean and in decent shape, but the furniture and setup is relatively cheap. It's not a super comfortable place, but it's good for what it is. The onsite restaurant is mediocre. There's a great outdoor restaurant/bar across the street (Coconut Joe's).

I was in Cayman on business so I am reviewing it through that prism. I can't rave enough about Nikki, Patrice, Steve and the entire hotel and restaurant staff. So courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. My room was beautifully clean when I returned from meetings. There is a business center for work and the beach for relaxing. If you want fancy amenities for a vacation or honeymoon there are other places. But if you want a hotel that is comfortable, with a great staff and a good value, this is it!

All was wonderful. Hotel location is the best, near all attractions and a short ride to Georgetown. Complimentary breakfast was super!!! Pool and pool restaurant up to high standards. Beach was a 2 minute walk from pool and beautiful! Buses are worth taking anywhere.Car rental across street from hotel. Hotel workers were polite, friendly and helpful. Restaurants are nearby, and were plenty and varied from casual to high end; something for everybody. I didn't want to leave.

The overall experience of my stay at this hotel was great except that the lady at the front desk on the day i checked in was not at all helpful. She was performing her duty very grudgingly. She should quit her job if she doesnt like her job but has no right to treat the customers that way.

The hotel was clean, being upgraded and had a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Exercise room considerably under-equipped - one treadmill, etc. Location excellent, breakfast excellent, bar ambiance very pleasant. One reservation in our 3-person set was in error, causing one party to lose their room.

the bed was hard as rock and the pillows were square - other than that the staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean

Big comfortable rooms with quick wifi, short way to the beach, great pool bar. Breakfast was not the best with mainly waffels and cookies, but ok. Lots of bars, restaurants and at least one nightclub within walking distance of the hotel.

I used your service to make a reservation for my Honeymoon. The room was advertised a "ocean view" we were VERY disappointed to find that both rooms we stayed in were parking lot view and the ocean was no where in sight. The parking lot view basically ruined 2 nights of our honeymoon.

Everything good except the air conditioner goes on and off all night.

Chose this hotel as I had stayed here before. It seems to have gone down hill. Reception process was poor. Room air conditioning would not run in my absence so came back to a hot room, also could not turn off air conditioning in room. Room could not achieve an equal temperature because of layout. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows awful, when asked for replacements was told that there were none available. Will not stay here again.

The Comfort Inn is priced on the low side in comparison to other hotels in Cayman. We thought we were making the right decision -- it's a great location, but the downsides were many. The beach is not good and daily it had large accumulations of seaweed, despite efforts to take it away. The hotel has very few lounge chairs and there were never enough to go around. The hotel's key system was new (they said) and every day our keys would not work and we would have to go back downstairs to get them redone. The hotel desk would call for a taxi for us, but refused to call to make a restaurant reservation. On the plus side, the little pool-side restaurant was a suprise -- their coconut shrimp were outstanding, all the appetizers we tried were great and their prices the most reasonable anywhere (including their bar!)! But if you plan to dive every day and be away from the hotel, this may be a great place for you. The daily breakfast fare was always well supplied (cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, eng muffins, bagels) and fresh.

O hotel é bem localizado, é confortável e os funcionários sao muito atenciosos e simpáticos.Só o café da manha que é muito fraquinho, mas as qualidades citadas superam esse defeito. Recomendo!
