very nice people always ready to help us. it was also close to everything we had to see.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and it's just OK for an overnight stay. It looks a bit dumpy when you drive up. The room was a nice size but the sheets and towels had obviously seen better days. Overall the service at the front desk was good and friendly. The bed was fairly comfortable. For the price I paid I was OK with it but would pay a little more and find something nicer if I had to make the trip again. A waffle House is right next door.

this is a glorified roach drug habitat and is dangerous getting to I was almost hit 3 times trying to get into the entrance there was blood on the comforter and th water was brown like coffee if you want to feel like a vagrant then stay here if not immediately to another hotel.

didn't realize that they had put me in the wrong smoking preference till after settled in the room. Asked for credit card info that they did not need with no satisfactory explanation for gathering more info.

The room was big and well accommadated. There was a couple fighting and many people slamming the doors in the hall I stayed on. The room service left a pillow on the floor and did not put a bag in one of the trashcans. Overall it was OK, but I will find another hotel next time.

What a deal for the price.

I was coming from the West, so I made a u-turn under the overpass at College to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, the ONLY driveway into the place was too close to the intersection, so I ended up having to go all the way down to the next intersection, make another u-turn and try again. Even without using the u-turn lane this time by, it was still difficult to get into from the regular turn lane. The driveway has a sign that indicates that it is the entrance to the hotel, but it doesn't mention that it's the ONLY entrance into the hotel! Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic! Wonderful staff, the room was nice and cool and the breakfast selection was great (especially the Texas-shaped waffles!!). I highly suggest they try to strike a deal with the Harley shop next door to put in a back driveway, though!!

Good value for a short stay.

I was very impressed with everything...especially my room. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. and very reasonably priced. I have already reccomended them and I will be back myself in the near future.

We arrived late at night and everything was ready for us. The bed and room was quite comfortable and checking out after breakfast was a breeze.

The hotel room was dark and dreary just as the previous person noted. The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast.. The rooms are sound proof which is good if you have small kids and are worried about disturbing neighbors.. The locals know the rooms are soundproof and I got the chance to witness a big party during my stay. I will be checking out the other hotels in the area.. I probably wont be staying at this hotel again.. And the only reason I would is because I have noisy small kids and the Breakfast which had waffles, sausage and eggs.

Our stay at the Ramada Beaumont was quite pleasant. Clean, room large enough for a 'small' super bowl celebration, excellent gym set-up, and an adequate breakfast presentation. Only negative was a night manager's attitude..he needs a bit more customer service 'training'. Would recommed a stay here and will return. Wished it had been warmer...pool looks nice.

If you're using this hotel just for sleeping, It does just fine. Wouldn't recommend otherwise. The bathroom could've been cleaner.

close to my store, nice hotel, good price.

This looks to be a newer hotel. The rooms are quite large and well furnished for this class of hotel. Our stay was brief but comfortable and the staff was friendly. It is located just off the freeway and close to food and shopping and even though our room faced the freeway we heard no road noise at all. The hotel was clean and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were staying in Beaumont. The only thing to be desired was breakfast. The continental breakfast consisted of muffins, cereal, and waffles shaped like Texas. No fruit or other options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. There is a Hooter Resturant and Waffle house within walking distance. If you are going to the Ford arena, there are few taxis in Beaumont. It was difficult TO find anyone willing to get use to the area, so plan on staying sober and taking YOUR OWN VEHICLE.the HOTEL USE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

Today is 08/11/2010. I stayed at the Ramada Beaumont last night for my first and last time. It is a horrible, smelly, dingy, nasty place. Since you are the type of person who actually takes time to read a review about a place before staying there, you are also the type of person who would not want to stay there. Any positive review is BS. I cannot believe that Ramada even allows their name on this place.

Our stay was a delight, everything was above what we expected and extremely comfortable. Room was exceptional clean and air was cool. Our king size bed was comfortable and all the extras such as fridge and microwave, although we did not use them, it was great to know they were there if needed. Having the restaurant literally on the premises was extremely convenient for weary travelers. I have marked this hotel as a must use in any future travels to Beaumont Texas.

The hotel is obviously remodeled, but done well. FREE continental brkfast. I got to do early check-in which was good. The front desk lady was cool. I definitely recommend to someone visiting Beaumont for a short wkend trip.

When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in process went very smoothly. The air conditioner had already been turned on in our room, so we did not have to wait hours for it to cool down. The breakfast was very good and there was quite a variety. We decided to stay an extra night and that did not seem to be a problem with the hotel at all. The lady at the desk told me that she would give me the same price that I had gotten from hotels.com and then she graciously have me a new card key. All the employees that we came in contact with were very pleasant and all in all, the experience was very enjoyable.

Room smelled funny, hotel looked dark and dreary. In desperate need of remodel. Soda machine on second floor needs to be replaced. Tub was dirty, could've used some bleach.

After spending time in an awful hotel a couple of weeks ago, there was some hesitation on my part to book another room, sight unseen. I am very happy to say that the Ramada displaced those fears and I now have a new "home away from home" when I have to travel to Beaumont. The front desk staff were all very nice and went out of their way to help us. They were also all talkative and friendly. Our room was very large and very clean. We ran into several members of the housekeeping staff while we were there and they were all friendly as well. The wi-fi internet was a "must have" for us. It worked fine! My husband and I both brought our laptops and neither of us had any issues withloading speed or dropped connection. The breakfast in the mornings was great. In addition to your typical pastries, muffins, cereals and juice they also had scrambled eggs and sausage patties which was a nice surprise! To summarize, we were very pleased with this hotel and have nothing negative to say. I will glady recommend it to friends and family if they need to come to Beaumont and I will definitely be back.

They were out of 2/3 of the food when we went to eat at 7:30am. They did come replace more than half of the missing food but it was to late. And there was only two other coupels in the area while we ate.

Nice hotel for a overnight stay along I10.

The rooms are much larger than one would expect for the price. We have stayed here on two different occasions and both times felt we received the best room for the price range. The staff was helpful and courteous. We were also pleasantly surprised that the continental breakfast included so many options, although the "extra items" may be served only on particular days - I am not sure.

I did have to get a different room when I checked in. I reserved a non-smoking room but when I entered the room it was extremely obvious that someone had smoked in it. The front desk quickly moved me and I was satisfied with the second room.

Hotel needs a remodel. Very drab hotel and room. The computer printer in the "business center" did not work

I have a 9 month old baby the staff was very accomidating with a crib and anything else i may have needed. I will stay here many more times.

I was looking for a hotel near Baptist Memorial Hospital.this hotel is just down the road from the hospital, near great restaurants. Great deal for the cost.

WOULD NOT PAY RACK RATE BUT IF U CAN FIND A GOOD DEAL THEN IT IS WELL WORTH IT STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL

Clean, comfortable room & a far better value than we'd experienced the night before at a different chain in a different city.

We thought the hotel was very well maintained, staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast included, good location, nice pool, laundry facilities and great value for the money!!!

No elevator to the second floor, vomit on the stairs, and a Texas style flying cockroach on my bed.

Great room for the price. I was surprised to see how large the rooms were. We had two queen beds and a loveseat along with the normal tv and desk.

We had a great room, it was very spacious, including a small couch. It has a large pool, very clean. Nice breakfast selection. The only drawback was the parking, the hotel was fairly full, and we had a hard time finding a place to park in the evening.
