Baymont Inn and Suites Reno - رينو

Receptionist is friendly. Hotel outside appearance is OK but carpet in hallway and elevator is very old. Strong contrast to this, room is apparantly newly updated, very clean. My room is on 4th floor (top of the building). I like the high ceiling and spacious room. It has a small kitchen and refri which is not mentioned in website, supprise! Best breakfast beats all others I ever had in other hotels.

I have stayed in a number of inexpensive rooms at the casinos in Reno and this room was a better deal all around because it was very clean, almost new, and it did not smell like cigarette smoke. Breakfast included too!

Front desk employees were very lazy. They didn't want to do anything but play on there computer or smart phone.

This hotel was relatively inexpensive and I was impressed with it's overall appearance and cleanliness. Additionally, I arrived early due to al change of schedule. The staff was able to check me in early. I certainly didn't expect it, but was grateful that they were able to accommodate me.

The hotel is across the street from the Grand Sierra Resort which has a bowling alley, golf and lots of good restaurants. There are alternatives to the casino scene. The absolute best part of the Baymont Inn is breakfast--eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal and some absolutely delicious sausage patties.

Great bargin for the price, would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was very good for the price:free.Wouls recommend it for bargin hunters.

Aside from the hotel looking like it was older than dirt in the hallways and only having 2 washer/dryers and the fact they put me on the top floor I enjoyed my stay. The people were friendly and the price was right. I ended up staying 4 nights. Of all the hotels I've stayed at recently, I would return to this one for sure.

1) Bathtub filled up with water as I took a shower; water didn't drain as much as it should've. 2) No public bathroom; had a roommate who used the room's bathroom and I had to wander all over the hotel to find a public bathroom. I couldn't find one though. 3) I don't eat pig related food; continental breakfast would've been better if there was turkey or chicken or beef related meat available. Other than that, it was a very comfortable, seemed clean, non-smoking rooms were definitely clean and didn't smell like smoke. Flat screen TV was awesome!!!

My room was quiet and clean and breadfast was just great.

Best place by far, nice workers, close to everything, and cheap! Although there was some hair in the tub, over all great place to stay and the breakfast buffet was great as well.

Stayed at the Baymont on new years eve and should've chosen Motel 6 compared to this place. Everything was below my level of expectation. I booked this place on Hotels dot com and arrived to find the hotel does not look as clean/updated as the pictures. I thought well that shouldn't be a problem as long as everything else is OK. Once we were in the supposed non-smoking room, it not only smelled funny but had traces of smoking. Eventually I lie down on the bed and pull the sheets down for a rest and notice spots on the sheets and more gross hair... I then go to the second bed and low and behold spots on the sheets here as well... I call the front desk who sends a maid within 5 minutes and changes the sheets. That night we decide to use their shuttle to head downtown as we don't want to deal with parking on new years eve. The shuttle arrives within 20 minutes and once on-board there is a strong odor of someone/something had previously relieved themselves inside the bus. Holding our breath, we are dropped off downtown and eventually call back for a ride and end up back at the hotel. The next morning we check-out and I request to speak with the manager. The manager is not available and they take my information and tell me I should be receiving a call back within the next day or two. A week passes and so I decide I should call them. I call and no manager is available so I leave a voice mail. Another 4 days pass and no return call. I call again and leave a message that I am still waiting for a call back before I leave my review. Well... beyond a reasonable time has now passed and here is my review.

Walked in.. Lobby looked nice.. Hotel older. Went in where elevator was, someone smoking weed. Whole floor reaked of weed. Elevator needs to be fixed. Sent my mother in law to basement, locked my son in, and slammed shut on me. Room not clean. Hair in shower and sink. Toothpaste still on faucets.. Manager would not call us bk after two attempts and hotel. Com could not contact them as well. Would not stay again!!

I wasnt looking for a lot for the price i paid, but i was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Complementary breakfast was really good. One drawback was the elevator was either out of service or engaged for maintenance because after waiting 10 minutes with no elevator we had to take all our bags down three flights of stairs.

The room was pleasant and comfortable. However, the it took a couple of hours to get hot water one morning I was there. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The hallways and entrance into the hotel was very unkept, the hallways had an odd smell and the grounds were not well kept. Overall, the stay was fine for me.

Presented well on hotels.com; older facility but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is absolutely fabulous; this alone would warrant repeat stays.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again, the only complaint was there was very little hot water in the morning. Probably due to everyone showering at the same time, but it was still a nice stay.

So the location isn't great and the view isn't either. But it was affordable and nice friendly staff overall a great deal (spa and breakfast) great!

Hotel service was great. The hotel shuttle will take you within a 5 mile area, this was a plus. A good selection for Breakfast.

Late flight - arrived about 11:30 PM. Asked if we'd take a room with 2 doubles. Said "no, we reserved a king bed room". Told us they weren't sure if the room was cleaned yet. Waited about 15 minutes for shuttle driver to arrive to run and check. It was clean, so we finally got to go to our room. It was OK. Chair was all stained, but room appeared to be clean. Breakfast was a dud. Had a room reserved again in 3 nights, but went elsewhere.

Carpeting was very dirty and overall cleanliness could have been alot better every where in the building.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff is very friendly and room was very clean. Breakfast each day was nice with hot choices. No complaints free hi speed internet. you wont go wrong by choosing this hotel.

Love the place. It's clean, located right across from a major casino hotel. Friendly staffs. Came here with my wife, and spent 4 nights here. Will definitely stay here in the future, and will highly recommend others to stay at Baymont in Reno.

Clean, safe, and professional staff. You couldn't really ask for more! I would def. stay there again.

Outside looked nice, hallways looked rather old and rundown, but the room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and sausage/ham. Good deal for the low price we paid.

My first stay was a pleasant one. I decided to stay again on my way back from a trip. This time, the room wasn't quite as nice and it looked like the roof had leaked at one time. The patch job on the sheetrock was amatuerish and no one had bothered to re-texture. All in all though, the staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I will stay here again if I am in Reno.

I booked because of proximity to airport. The hotel was a good bargain for the price. It was definitely not a resort but the amenities were decent. The service was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast buffet provided several choices.

The room was adequate for sleeping one night, but longer stay would not be recommended. The property was not up to the quality of other Baymont Inn I've stayed. Close to Motel 6 level, except the bed was very nice. Parking lot is not well lighted.

THe pictures on the website makes this hotel look very nice. ONce you get there and check in you have to back outside to access the elevator to the rooms. The carpets were old and the walk down the hallway to my room made me feel a little unconfortable. The rooms were small but served the purpose. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport which is why we stayed there. The free breakfast was ok, the waffles were good but the ham and eggs were pretty gross. Over all I will not stay there again.

Everything was fine. The price and the room . The only complaint was that when was when I tried to get my hotel breakfast. 3 hotel cleaning people were there in the way when I was trying to get my breakfast and probably other guest . I had to wait 3 different times.The 3 employees were there off and on and wouldn't move till they got there breakfast. Very rude and annoying. The breakfast is for the guest, not rude employees. They shouldn't be in breakfast area at all until the guest are done and breakfast is closed.

For me, we just stay there for one night. It looks very good for me. They have a gym and you can use their computer, printer and wifi. I'm not a picky guy, maybe that's one of the reason I love this very much. :)

Not too bad. Rooms are nice and clean. The continental breakfast was very nice.

The Baymont is in a great location to the two major freeways that surround Reno, which is excellent for going or returning from a short or long motorcycle run. The morning breakfast is excellent , all you can eat and plenty of coffee or juice to wash it down with. The staff is very polite and courtesy and willing to assist at a moments notice. I will definitely continue to book my stays at this facility.

Requested two joining rooms when booked and got to the hotel and one room was on first floor the other on the second. We booked at least a month month in a half ahead of time just so that didn't happen.

Close to airport & major roads but quiet in room... Very clean room with good bed & amenities at a reasonable price. Comp breakfast better than most.

A very nice, comfortable, large room. I like the fact that you can leave your vehicle in their lot and they will transport you to and from the airport 24/7. The only problem I had was finding the hotel. The street that it is located on is not well marked so keep your eyes open. It is the first or second left turn off the highway.

I found the desk personnel to be very helpful and pleasant. The food they servered for breakfast was held at the proper temps, presented well and was overall very tasty. If I need to stay in Reno in the future I will diffantly use this hotel.

Great price for the night, very nice hotel in general and a delicous breakfast with things you dont always find like waffles and eggs.

The hotel lobby was very deceiving compared to the condition of the rooms. The mattress was like sleeping on a box spring, the air conditioning did not keep the room cool, and the shower was filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
