Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria - دالاس

In the room the floor was wet like a pipe was busted. Lot of noise in the hallways. Drunk people coming in and out of the hotel. In the bathroom bugs in the tub and water on the floor.. You would do better staying at Best Western...

We love this hotel! It is our second stay . This time we met our adult children there for some fun dining out. We will continue to stay there as long as the rates stay reasonable for weekends. We also sent some friends there a couple weeks ago & they loved it to. The rooms are all-suite, elegant modern. Walk to Galleria without risking your life. Perfect.

Very nice hotel. I would not give it 5 stars just because the servers are not supposed to be server, they are some local people who have no idea about what server is.

Had to listen to elevators all night; sound like a garbage truck dumping dumpster all night long!

hot water did not work and had a maintenance guy out for about 2 hours to fix. I would have thought they would have least given me a free night or comp for the night. I did not ask, but they should have offered.

Best place I stay in Dallas. Conveniently located across the street from the Galleria. Great contemporary feel.

I arrived in town on a Friday a day earlier than planned to find that my hotel was not returning my calls to check in a day earlier do I called hotel.com and they found LeMeridien. The place was so wonderful and my hotel was not. So I checked out after the prepaid days ran out and ran back to LeMeridien for my final 2 days where I knew I would feel welcome and cared for by knowledgeable and caring staff. I think that says it all !!

I love the location, comfort, staff, and decor. This has been my favorite hotel for years. Now my friends have been introduced to it and were impressed as well.

Very nice hotel .. A few things in the room weren't working refrigerator, mirror in bathroom but the room was very comfortable and relaxing an u can't beat the location!

Beautiful hotel and friendly guest. Right across the street from the Galleria Mall.

The look of the hotel is very nice and modern. Not as upscale as they make it seem. Its just good decorations on a regular room. Service SUCKS! Takes over an hour to get ANYTHING you ask them for. Sometimes more unless you call back or complain. I had what was suppose to be a VIP suite which was still dirty upon my arrival... Even though I arrived at 10 pm and check in was 3 in the afternoon. Then I was put on a lower floor which was crowded and loud. I was not pleased and will definitely NOT be staying there again.

I left my jacket in the hotel, but cannot find it after I call back. I never met such things in other Hotel before.

This hotel was in a very convenient location for our stay but I would not return. The hotel lobby needed to be swept and vacuumed, I gave this a pass because they are doing construction in the lobby but once we got to our room I could still see so much dust everywhere. There were marks on the walls and the bed was not neatly made or comfortable. Unfortunately this hotel has all the makings of a nice modern hotel but it really needs an overhaul in the cleaning department.

The hotel was nice. It did have a lot of mechanical noises that sounded like they were in the ceiling. Stayed in room 505. Hotels.com as usual does not tell you that there will be a parking fee. $18.50 per day if you self park. I blame Hotels.com for this as it seems to be a common occurence on their website.

Our shower had a leak. Other than that we really enjoyed or stay. Will definitely come back.

The staff was very pretentious and snotty. Also, there is a $20 charge to park in the hotel's lot. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The lobby noise carried all the way up to the 9th floor.

The hotel is not in bad overall shape, but I had linens on my bed that were not properly washed. Specifically, the decorative footer smelled of fecal matter. It was a very unpleasant expereince.

I had a very nice stay here for a week on business. The rooms are very spacious, and excellent value. I was able to work very happily from my room. Free Internet connection offered very good service. I could stream videos and listen to the radio without problems. There are lots of nice touches. An iPod dock by the bed. A 42 inch plasma. The staff were all friendly and jolly the whole, and I felt like a guest not a customer. Great.

awsome hotel overall, except for the front desk they're a litle snooty

This hotel was beyond what I expected and then some. The staff were very helpful and patient ; always smiling. My room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The valets were very courtoeus and eager, I havent one complaint.

Convenient shopping in Galleria mall but the room is too dark

The hotel looks good, but the miss important details. The rooms are spacious, but there is no dresser, so you have to choose, hang up your underwear or live out of a suitcase. Wonderful wide screen TV, pay per view only. No network TV available. Locked wine cooler, but no refrigerator

I thought the hotel was the best I have stayed in. We arrived early and they could not accommodate us with rooms but werehelpful with our bags. We did not like getting there and finding out valet was $35.00 a day which increased the good deal we thought we had when we arranged for our hotel stay. It seems this should be noted that there are charges for a place to park ones car. Self park was $17.00 a day. The hotel staff are slow to answer calls when one is outside the hotel. I had to call several different times before they answered. The staff is honest as I left a diamond ring when I checked out and they already had it at the front desk when I finally was able to talk to them when they answered the switchboard.

Me and few soulheads friends of mine just needed somewhere to get dressed while we painted the town for a NeoSoul birthday party. The hotel was great. It was very beautiful and feminine. I absolutely loved the decor and ambiance. I wish there was one in Houston so I could host events there. Anyway, I will definitely stay again if I had to. The staff was cool. The shuttle is pointless but oh well. Life is too short to trip. :-)

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. The special rate didn't hurt, but we would pay more to stay there.

It's a brand new hotel with modern design. bed is comfortable and cleanliness of the hotel that make me come back.

The Hotel Le Meridien in the Dallas Galleria area is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and I love the interiors. Staff is always attentive and courteous.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality of the service. However, my stay this past week was very disappointing. The key card for the room of one of my associates malfunctioned and he was unable to gain access to his room for over 1 hour. In addition, his room smelled like smoke and they were unable to relocate him. The water faucet for the shower in my room didn't function properly, so I was unable to take a hot shower. I was offered free parking as compensation. The breakfast wait staff was not very attentive and it was a struggle to get served with coffee and drinking water in the morning. The dinner restaurant was under construction and not available during our stay. All in all, I was very unhappy with my experience.

We have stayed in this Hotel twice and each time was great. We like the location next to the Mall and we don't have to hassle with parking and it takes about 5 minutes or less and your standing in the Dallas Galleria. The price is definitely right and we will be back.

This hotel is in such a perfect location right by the Galleria mall. We are originally from Dallas and now live elsewhere but thought it would be fun to stay in Dallas for New Years. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were very helpful and we absolutely loved our room. Very modern and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I had stayed at this hoel many years ago when it was a brand new Hilton chain hotel. With it's great location for shopping & family, we decided to stay here for our anniversary & NYE 2011. It was a great hotel, very clean, check-in was fast & problem free!

The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to our requests. The room was spacious, clean and met our expectations. The pull out sofa and kitchen area were ideal for us. Plus, the room had a huge flat screen tv!
