I have nothing bad to say about the Hotel.Friendly staff,security 24 hrs a day, cleanliness of my room and convenience of location is not bad either.I would choose the same hotel next time.

I would not recommend this hotel, the bell man didn't even help with our bags to the reception desk. We were constantly asked to take a tour for a time share. The reception clerk was not friendly. It is what you get for the price, if you want to be near downtown it is a good location. We had a paid 2 night reservation but moved out after the first night, our room was attached to another room - when they turned on their lights, it lighted our room--we could hear each other, no privacy. But on the good side, the room had a kitchenette good for a family or long stay. Cannot comment on the food - we didn't eat at the hotel. The bar is very limited on variety of alcohol.

I arrived on sunday, mind you the day of my birthday. When I got there the room was not ready but I antisipated it was going to happen because of the difference in time. Since we were hungry we asked about the reataurant, we were directed to it. However, the first thing they asked us was our room number, we didn't have one so we were advised we had to pay cash for lunch, wait a second, isn't it all inclusive?. The worst part about it, the food was raw n the meat was so raw my 3yr old said it was gum. Now, the service was the worst by far. I needed to make an 800 number phone call for my transfer back to the airport and I was sent to the pay phone. The phones were locked in the rooms. On another occasion, I locked myself out of the room and I had to wait for the front desk person to cut some papers which was for 20 minutes before she made my key. The beach its not tidy up for a hotel that it is sitting in front of the reef. The other surrounding resorts were cleaning every morning what was been wash off by the reef. Plus the pool was freezing cold. Entertainment? Didnt see any during the entire week I was there. I would have to say, the only thing that was good was house keeping. I will never go back to this dump nor I recommend it to anybody. It felt like I paid with leaves and not money. The worst stay so far at a hotel.

hotel sucked beds were all worn out , u laydown and it feels like its goin to break, shower head wasent working , bartender was taking advantage of american people charging them more for ther drinks, mgmnt comp me various drinks do to incident.

Hotel had lots of bugs, including cockroaches. LARGE cockroaches. You couldn't tell when you first walked in the room, it looked fairly clean. We ordered a sandwich from room service that was good, the breakfast buffet was gross! I didn't think you could mess up breakfast that bad. The pools are a bit small given the size of the hotel. You're by the marina which is pretty, but not the clear water views like other local hotels.

Asked front desk at 11 am, if it was ok if we went to eat, before noon check out, because we'd might be back a little late. They said no problem. When we went to check out at 1230, they locked us out of the room and demanded we pay 50% of room fee for late check out, even though we cleared it before hand. Other hotels, usually offer late check out at no charge when you ask.

Killed two large cockroaches, tons of ants! Food is horrible. They charge 50% of room fee for late check out (even for 1 hr). Room looked ok when we entered, ants and cockroaches a pain, afraid to eat in room/or have chips/drinks. Sprayed OFF Bug Repellent on us and bedding every night. Swimming pools are small compared to other local hotels. Only positive was cheap price, it's ok if you pretend your camping and only use it to sleep while you check out the attractions. If you want to stay in a hotel and enjoy amenities, I wouldn't recommend.

I have to say I was very pleased with the hotel as they accomodated us wonderfully for me and my wife's honeymoon. The pools were well kept and the surrounding environment was always fun.

Front Desk Staff Arrogant. I book a King side bed and they didn't have it for which I believe I was assign a JR Suite with 2 double beds, but at Check in the arrogant Staff treated me as second class client, took away the pre-assign room and try to give me a regular room with 2 double beds without an apology or explanation; After I complaint they ended giving me a different Jr Suite with 2 double beds, but the phone and the little kitchen were not working at all. Carlos at the restaurant was very helpful. I will recommend it for the location and cleanliness.

Staying at this hotel was about what we paid for. We did the all-inclusive, the drinks were descent and the food was marginal. Hotel was very strict on check in times, although we did get an hour extension on our check-out, but had to deal with house-keeping banging on our door through the extra hour. Pool and beach were pretty good. Chairs on the beach were not in very good shape. Overall, hotel was satisfactory.

We were lucky that we had not booked all inclusive but we considered upgrading, we tried the restaurant on our 1st night and was deeply dissapointed with the food, there was not much variety at all and there was only 2 sweets to choose from both of them were caramel the only difference was the colour. We are not really fussy eaters so on a few occassions we tried the snack bar simple things like burgers a fries, i watched them put the frozed frech fries in the fryer they did this before the oil had got any heat in it, this resulted in fries not tasting of anything other than fat and grease. We did love the location of the hotel and it was clean but does need some updating, the entertainers do a lovely job but there is no decent evening entertainment. I left some sandals by the sunlounger one day the people tidy up the sunbeds straight away if after 5pm yet they did not get handed in, a few days later i forgot my new wrap that was hanging across the bars and was not surprised that i nener got that back either.We love Mexico and will go back but sadly not to this hotel.

Booked easily on-line, pictures representative. Hotel fine, very adequate, easy walk out to beach although the swimming area was very limited by piers/boating docks on both sides. The check in staff stated I had been "upgraded" and was thus expecting more but room pictures same as on line; I think she was just trying to flatter.

The hotels location was perfect. The ferry ($15) to Islas Mujeres is a block away. There's a supermarket in front of hotel, as well as the bus stop ($8 pesos) to city center. Breakfast menu was very good with its variety of national and american food, although the alcohol drinks are expensive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Not bad for the price.

Excelente atencion. Habitaciones muy comodas y limpias. El hotel en general muy bien mantenido, limpio y ordenado, Colmo nuestras expectativas. Para recomendar sobre todo por el precio y la ubicacion.
