I was very happy with my stay. Staff was nice and professional. The room was beautiful.

Generally, I enjoyed the uniqueness of the decor and comfort of the rooms. I had a problem trying to get service at the bar, but room service was very responsive. I would recommend this hotel highly for a different experience.

The hotel was really nice but must of the times I stay in a hotel must of the times they have a refrigerator and a microwave but this hotel did not have either one. That would be my only complain about this hotel. Overall the hotel is in a nice area, close to the mall and restaurants. I also like all the activities the hotel conducted during the evenings.

Perfect location for our business & pleasure. The Preston is excellent quality and reasonable cost. Great location! Very enjoyable stay and we highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks!

Hotel Preston was ok. But I will be looking at other options for future visits to Nashville. The hotel staff did not seem very professional. Except for a guy named Jazzy....who went above and beyond to provide customer service. Some things that bothered us....the bathtub did not drain. After 5 minutes in the shower, you were up to your ankles in water. The carpets were pretty dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Other wise, this place has a lot of potential to be better in the future.

Very convenient to major highways. Excellent customer service (at one point I asked at the front desk for extra tea bags and sugar and it was delivered within 4 minutes!). Wish our room had a mini fridge, but pleased with all other aspects of the stay.

If you have a smoking allergy, run away Simba, and never return. The employees are nice --- isn't everyone in Nashville--- but the hotel is dated, rather run down, and smells like an ashtray.

If you don't feel like forking over some major cash to stay at the W, Loews Vanderbilt, Opryland or even the local Hampton Inn, the Hotel Preston is really the next best thing. Conveniently located next to the Nashville airport, it's also close to all the major freeways so you can get wherever you want to go in no time flat. And unlike many of the cookie cutter hotels with no personality, The Hotel Preston has quirky modern decor, helpful staff, Aveda bath products (always a plus in my book) and some fantastic dining options. Really, my only complaint in what was ultimately a fantastic stay is the rather limited selection of TV channels and movies. But other than that, it was downright cozy and a great value for the price.

The restaurant in this hotel is amazing. The staff is very helpful and willing to get anything for you. I had an overall great stay at this location.

I recently stayed at Hotel Preston in Nashville Tn on April 3 and checked out April 4. As soon as I got home that evening I realized I left my black pants hanging in the closet. I really thought I would get them back since I called so close to the time of leaving them. I have been calling everyday after talking to Monique and now cant get a return call or word that they have them or not. I am so disappointed! This is the first time I have ever left anything in a room before.. April 3rd room # 918

The Hotel Preston has it all! This boutique hotel offers something for everyone. Let's start with the pillow menu-one word, Awesome!!!! If you are feeling lost without your pet from home, order a complimentary goldfish. If you want to mellow out- they will send you a lava lamp to chill you out! When visiting music city, don't miss out on The Hotel Preston!

At first glance everything seems posh and modern because of the cool decor but when you look closely you might notice some strange little details standing out. Our room, for instance, had this huge unused open area leading from the door into the room. There were some moldyish tiles in the ceiling over the shower and the wooden door in the bathroom was chipping. Our phone didn't work either. However, the bed was awesomely comfy, the shower was nice and hot and there is an early free shuttle running to the airport. Given that I got a good deal on the price, I was a happy camper!

What a great hotel. It was centrally located to all the fun things we did during our stay... Percy Priest Lake and Opry Mills and downtown. Very clean. Friendly staff. Seemed like a great neighborhood and easy to access from the interstate. Will come back and stay FOR SURE.

Several couples stayed at the Preston for a birthday party-had a great time & hotel was very accommodating. We enjoyed the buffet offered Sunday morning-VERY GOOD! We will stay again!

Professional front desk staff was friendly and informative. Comfortable guestroom was very clean. Wonderful portrait photography on display throughout the building. Only con was a slow flushing toilet and corrosion on bottom of bathroom door. Hmmmmn...wonder how that got there! Can't complain because o of the low price found on website;-)

ask for a fish and lava light when you check in...and also a robe(no charge). the room was clean...nothing fancy but no problems at all. Normally stay at Hampton's but this was fine.

Nice hotel, close to downtown, but the main attraction is it is close to the freeway. Nice rooms, clean and affordable.

The outside looked questionable but once inside it was nice, close to highway so you could hear sirens at night. Cane back the second night ready for bed and foud our room hadn't been cleaned because you had I put up a sign to ask for it to be cleaned, always use to the other way around.

Hotel was not just good for the price, it was good period. Clean and warm atmosphere. only view from the window was the highway, but other than that hotel is very good. I would return

We found the hotel clean and well appointed. It was comfortable and located near downtown Nashville. The staff was friendly. Restaurant was nice , ate one lunch there. The lounge was great with live music every night. We hope to visit Nashville again and would certainly stay at the Preston again.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds! All in all. Very nice stay.

I loved the goldfish and lava lamp because I felt like they were trying to do something different in a budget-priced hotel. Excellent soaps--Aveda. The art is interesting--somebody was thinking about what was going up, including the pink dress made from crayons. We had cookies and milk -- 2 glasses of ice cold milk and 8 large pb cookies --delivered to our room for $12.89. I was surprised that the food in the dining room was good. If you are tired to the stepford hotels, this is the place to go.

My friends and I really enjoyed the hotel. The inside is WAY better than the outside of the hotel. We enjoyed the location (downtown Nashville). Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would stay there again.

Pretty good hotel....Room service started late but overall it was decent. Service was excellent, and the staff was very professional and courteous.

Hotel is older, but very nice. Rooms very comfortable and clean. The on site resturant was very good and good price. Service was excellent. Only issue was at check in they seemed to not have our reservation for two rooms, had to show conformation email from Hotels.com.

The hotel is literally right next to the airport but I never actually heard an airplane. The neighborhood seems slightly shady but we never had any problems. Big bonus is how close it is to the highway, very easy to get around Nashville. Lovely rooms and comfy bed! The food is awful though so drive to Waffle House down the road. Must dos around town- Ryman Auditorium, Belle Meade Plantation, Hermitage and the honky tonks on Broadway!

Old Ramada I think turned kind of into a boutique hotel. Awful neighborhood, felt trapped at this place, terrible bar service, and unprofessional front staff. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I will not stay here again next time in Nashville for work. Room was pretty big and semi renovated. Bathroom was still dated. Was close to airport and as usually those hotels are usually worse than others. Find somewhere else to stay in Nashville.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I have two complaints. The water pressure was low and no microwave or fridge in the rooms. Otherwise my stay was really nice.

We check in on Friday night for our anniversary weekend get away. Room stunk so we went and bought candles, floor around AC unit was wet bed was like logs actually logs are softer. Had to change rooms at 3:30 in the morning cause my wife could not sleep in the chair any longer. The other room was better but come on after that how romantic can a weekend be. Was glad to check out and get home to a bed we could sleep in. Do not stay at the Preston.

I really enjoyed my stay and I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Older hotel that has been completely remodeled. It was very nice. We had a family of 4 and the bathroom is very small for all of us trying to get ready. No vanity outside bath.

We only stayed at Hotel Preston for one night, but we enjoyed it. It is really close to I-40 but was a little difficult to find at night, though. The staff at the desk were really friendly. The elevator required your room keycard to activate it. I liked the added security. I would recommend this hotel to others.
