Holiday Inn Express Portland South-Lake Oswego - ليك أوسويجو

I needed a suite with two separate bedrooms. This hotel gave just what I needed. It wasn't plush, but it was clean. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. I would stay there again.

The Hotel is right off the freeway and still quiet. Nice place to stay. Easy in and out.

I love Holiday Inn hotels, this property is just another reason why I love to stay at Holiday Inn. Great location, great service and always clean.

Loved every bit of my stay, except the excersice and pool area was a bit small.

difficult to find the hotel entrance

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Upon entering the hotel lobby, there was no one to be found and they didn't show up for 10 minutes while I waited to speak with someone to check me in. They put me on the bottom floor and my window was right next to a busy, load bar and we had no black out blinds so just about anyone could see into our room. I might stay in this hotel again if I was in a different wing.

The good: staff, cleanliness, location. Breakfast was okay (not much fruit, plenty of bread/carbs). The bad: my single queen bed room was TINY, there was a round table instead of a desk and the chair was very uncomfortable for working on a computer.

We used to live in Portland so we were familiar with the area, however, we originally intended to stay closer to the city. When we located this hotel and made our reservation we were pleased to see that the location would be convenient to I-5. We were very happy with the comfort of the room and the breakfast selections. We would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler, business or pleasure.

The mattresses in our room are quite worn out, thus, not very comfortable to sleep in. The room also looked dated. The complimentary WIFI was not working. We were given a number to call, however, the line is always busy. The front desk staff was useless and not helpful on the matter at all. So, we did not get WIFI at all during our 3 nights stay. Also, during the nights, we were constantly woke up by loud noises (kind of sounded like train crossing or made by air brakes of big trucks). Didn't get good sleep at all!!! Very disappointing!!!! We booked the hotel after reading some of the good reviews. Definitely not what we have in mind. We will not go back again and will not recommend anyone to stay.

This was a great stop for our family on our way to Seattle. My kids really enjoyed the tv channels and the breakfast. The room was clean and the staff attentive. We will stay there again for sure!

Very convenient to other locations ... all within driving distance (to downtown, malls etc). Rooms were of good size, but the washroom was too small (even with the sink outside). Lack of hot tub in the swimming pool. As with cleanliness, I am disappointed ... there was leftover french fries under the bed curtain which was never cleaned from the previous customer (I don't know how long). Would recommend this hotel based on location and price. One final thing is that the beds need to be replaced, way too soft.

Better than average breakfast, nice staff, A little tucked in and hard to find at night.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable beds, had a frig and microwave. breakfast was extrimly good. negative as location about 9miles away from downtown.....

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is more than you usually get at hotels advertising breakfast.

The best hotel stay experience to date. My wife and I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, and the overall experience was 5 star. Hotel staff is very friendly, and we saw many smiles - so that is a reflection of management too. Thank you for making our trip to Portland to visit family such a pleasant experience, and we will be back!

When we got to the hotel and checked in the people at the front desk were very nice. Whe we first got to our room and went in we were amazed at the room. The room was very spacious and clean. The tv was large, the beds were really soft and had lots of pillows which was wondefful for us. It even had a little couch. The mini fridge was a nice size, great table for using our lap top and the bathroom was nice too. The continetal breakfast was wonderful and have many options to chose from, the staff was really nice, the hotel and pool were very clean. It would have been nice if they had a hot tub though. The hotel is close to resturants and other places, although we didn't go to far from the hotel. It was the best hotel we ever stayed at and we would definatly stay there again

This hotel is a a great hotel, the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was great. Parking was an issue the first night we were there and we were told to park at the bar next door...that was a little unnerving. The other nights we were "in" early enough we were able to park at the hotel. The breakfast room was way too small! Every time we tried to go to breakfast there was a line out the door to get food and no hopes of finding a place to sit, so it is either haul food back to your room Mr don't eat. If you aren't counting on breakfast it's a great hotel.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Easy location to get around. Will stay there next visit to Portland.

I usually stay at the Crowne Plaza, just off of Kruse Way, in Lake Oswego. I chose HIE for the accessibility. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of everything. When I opened my door I was amazed at how nice my room was. ( king ) the room was very clean and I really liked the look of the room and furniture. Bathroom vanity was impressive. The bed was extremely comfortable. I used the indoor pool as well as the fitness center. My over all visit was very pleasing. I found this hotel to be more to my liking then the Crowne Plaza and I will use this hotel every time going forward.

First I requested a queen or king room, but what surprised me was that I got a "Special Need Room". Never requested and I could not take a bath, shower was like for special needs people. When taking the shower water all over, needed to use all the towels for water runoff. Ask the front desk about it and said we dont have a regular room , but what surprised me is that I was not offer on the next night the room that I requested. Excelent breakfast. Emanuel

I was disappointed with the Holiday Inn Express. Each morning, the eggs at breakfast were extremely salty. They tasted as though the cook had dumped an entire box of salt in each batch. The TV selection did not include PBS. The Wi-Fi connection was not consistently available. The front desk was short-staffed at check-in, resulting in long waits. The room was very noisy, due to loud door-closure mechanisms and heavy footsteps in room above and in stairwell. The room was very expensive and was not a good value for the price.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. Just off the freeway (but you don't hear the traffic noise in your room, which was great), and very close to the mall (retail shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, etc.). The only disappointing part of our room was the "bathroom" sink being in the room, not enclosed with the rest of the bathroom. If someone was up early and getting ready for the day, it was tough to use the sink & mirror (lights on) without waking up the rest of the family who were still sleeping. Other than that, the room was clean and pleasant, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the fitness room & pool were satisfactory.

The room was small probably because we booked on Hotels,com.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The east facing rooms get road noise from I-5 which is a stones throw away. The breakfast was so-so. Pastries not warm. Buffet and dining room got messy quickly. Seemed like their food service was just not prepared to handle the volume of guests the have. Otherwise, our stay was great.

My stay was great - just overnight (as I was traveling) - easy access to I 5 - but the traffic was terrible! Would have been nice to have a hot tub to relax in (non at the hotel)

Frequently stay @ Holiday Express. It's good value.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is always the first thing we check. The front desk staff was very nice, and my niece really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a top rate place to stay! From the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the beds, to the breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time at the Holiday Inn Express. Everyone working there was very nice and the room was perfect! I will be back next time I'm in town. Also a very impressive buffet in the morning.

Very warm pool which is how it should be in the winter months. thank you!

SO LOUD SO VERY VERY LOUD. Room right next to freeways and walls are thin.

Great location with great shopping close by and several restaurants nearby.
