Hotel ZaZa - دالاس

This was my first time at Hotel Zaza and won't be my last. Fantastic location, comfortable room, fun pool / bar. I loved the self-serve coffee bar on each floor. Next time I'm going to book ahead a massage in their on-site spa!

Great people - staff was upbeat, friendly, helpful and really out going fun to stay there- enjoyed the bar the pool the food the gym the atmosphere !!

I go to ZAZA to hibernate-great rooms-great staff. Great restaurant.

Great hotel if your travelling on your own. There is som much to do when staying at the zaza and the location makes it ideal for nearby things to do. Staff were great, I can't wait to return.

Awesome hotel! We walked around everywhere. Lots of things to do and very friendly, helfpul staff. This is a must!

The hotel was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. It is very close to good resturants and the staff was very accomodating. I would stay there again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel , everything is just the way it is described.

We enjoyed it. It was very convenient and relaxing. It's right in the middle of everything.

Unbelievably luxurious bed linens. That's what I'll remember most about my ZaZa stay! But really, all around, great quality and cleanliness in the room. Nice bathroom amenities, good towels, fabulous robe. Trendier than I expected and at night the pool area becomes quite a scene. Very loud music throughout the night and very loud guests (the woman next to us routinely locked herself out of her room and knocked until security came). We weren't in the party mood so we laid low and enjoyed the surrounding area (great shopping a few miles away and great restaurants and bars in walking distance). There was a loud fan in the room and we guessed it was for white noise. The food was good. Expensive and small portions, but everything was good. Expensive to park (each day is $24 plus tips to take it out) but the valet service was quick and very friendly. Front desk was hit or miss. One stellar employee and then a handful of others. Nicely equipped and clean gym. Pool area very small (online pics look bigger) but clean and comfortable. Padded chairs are nice. Probably only about 10-12 chairs available and then several bench areas. It seemed to get most crowded in the late afternoon. Nice touches like morning coffee bar (good coffee!) and afternoon treats and tea. Overall, marvelous hotel. I will be dreaming of that comfortable bed!

I was disappointed to see when we checked in that the restaurant was under construction. We did see a nice area in the patio where they were serving meals and drinks. We came back from dinner on Sunday night at almost 9:00pm and told they were closing. Bummer. Last year we went and the pool area was under construction. Bad timing and not much fun. I don't think we will be going back again. At those prices the room was okay but the hotel when under construction was no fun.

The hotel and food were both great...the staff were all so super nice and helpful...the entire experience was delightful. The only bad thing I have to say about the hotel is that when laying at the pool, I think that paying hotel guests should have priority of the chairs and not the stuck up snobs that come there just to lay out and drink ..I mean, we are the ones that actually paid to stay there.

This hotel does a great job and is well managed. They do all the little things right, like coffee bars on each floor and great water pressure and very comfortable mattresses. Sitting area in the room I was in. Great location and super hip bar/pool. I think this hotel offers a great value.

We loved this hotel. Stayed for a weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. This is WAY better than The W, its cost less and the rooms are way bigger! The room was so clean, comforable, with a sophisticated decor. Can pretty much walk anywhere on McKinney Ave from here. The only 2 cons are that parking is $24 per car and the lounge, Dragonfly, is full of 50 yr old divorcees.

I have lived in Dallas before, and I have also stayed in many hotels and without a doubt ZaZa is one of the best options. Quality/Price is just great. Location is unbeatable as it is very near restaurants, access to I-35 and US-75. The Hotel is very trendy, yet doesn't feel as overwhelming as some others. The restaurant and bar are great. I definitely recommend it, specially for business travel, travel with friends, or romantic travel. Not so much for families

Poor customer service especially rooms are not ready at the time it check in. Poor representative. Definitely not the way being treat at a 4 stars hotel. Not recommendation.

My wife and I had the time of our lives. The convenience of the ZaZa was second to none. Everything the whole weekend went exactly as we wanted.

I love ZaZa, but this time it just wasn't the same. Came down to grab a spot at the pool around noon. It was so packed, I couldn't even find a place to put my towel; so I just went back to my room. I'm all for a packed pool. But when non-hotel residents are taking up the prime seats, I'm going to have issues. All the manager could do, was apologize. Live and learn, I'm going to pick a different place next time I'm in Dallas.

ZaZa is near the south end of the uptown area, so a quick cab ride will get you to all the hot spots. The hotel itself was very clean, very trendy, and overall just a very cool place to get away for a weekend. Staff was great and we enjoyed hanging at the pool.

Granted, location is great, looks are great, but it is $25 extra to valet park your own car, the mattress was very soft, and I could not sleep. The cable channels were average, no HBO. If we had to pay full price ($350) per night we would have been so disapointed, but we paid almost half thru Hotels. com. Overall a nice place, but the incovinient parking and soft mattresses made me think I won't come back to celebrate our anniversary there.

It wAs an enjoyable experience. Maybe didn't quite live up to all of the hype tat surrounds it though. Room was small but clean, nice but not extravagant. The food was very good but my no means the best in Dallas. All in all we are glad that we tried it out but may stickbwith ThevAdolphus in the future!

staff was nice...but the overall aroma in the air was a little snotty...make sure you are wearing HEELS if you want to go to dragonfly

Great small boutique hotel in the heart of Dallas. Chic design, friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Great location. Within walking distance to Nobu at Crescent Court. Fabulous in house restaurant, Dragonfly.

All was just great except one thing, our car was delivered to us by parking attendant with fresh scratches and wall's paint on rear bumper. They even tried to say that we brought it to them this way and only after point them to the fresh paint that matches garage walls they sort of accepted the claim.

My husband and I spent Mother's Day weekend at the hotel as a little "get-away" from home and it was well worth it! We have always heard about how nice it was but to experience it for ourselves was totally different. We had a suite and it was very spacious with beautiful decor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose visiting Dallas or those who live locally.

I was not pleased with the charges for parking. I also did not like the fact that I had to leave my room to go get coffee each morning. The Hotel is not worth what they charge for their services.

One of the best 4 star Hotels in Dallas.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Wonderful rooms. Awesome location. Terrific restaurant/bar with a very hip, high energy, late night crowd. There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. I spend a good 100 nights a year in hotels, and this is one of the best. I love the botique size; not too big, and not too small.

GREAT ATMOSPHERE......YOUNG CROWD...... WHEN COMPLAINED OF A SMELL IN THE ROOM THEY PROMPLY MOVED US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM....
