I stayed three nights for business and really enjoyed Hotel ZaZa. Clean and modern with a strong art theme throughout. Service was great, free wifi and coffee in the morning make the hotel really stand out. The restaurant is very good but a touch expensive. Overall a great stay for the price.

This hotel lives up to it's reviews: very loud young crowd, room check in is late 4pm. Knowing that I arrived late and still had to wait. DO NOT stay here if you want to unwind, relax, getaway weekend but if you want a hip IN crowd 20 somethings , it's a must. Very well decorated but not worth the hype.

Great spot and amazing service!!!!!

Only complaint was valet service was dismissive and unhelpful with shuttle service.

I stayed at Hotel ZaZa for a birthday weekend getaway. The room was comfy and clean. Staff were terrific. Very helpful and prompt. The pool area was great. Food at Dragon Fly was wonderful. Hotel location is great for walking to visit art galleries, restaurants, and nightlife. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very stylish hotel - aiming for boutique chic and a place to be seen rather than the Hilton/Marriott market. Nice (small) outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with bar but most people having cocktails around it, not swimming in it. The style is like a small W Hotel (think dark corridors and funky artwork) and rooms are large. Europeans will appreciate the ability to walk to bars, restaurants and shops rather than needing to drive everywhere.

Large, clean rooms. Wifi is entirely free and very fast. Some restaurants and bars on nearby McKinney. Hotel bar can get somewhat loud on a Friday night.

amazing service. my taxi drove up and the doorman knew my name, flight time and took my bags with a smile. I usually stay SPG for points, but will now on only go ZaZa.

The Zazu is a wonderful sensual and eclectic hotel located in the Oaklawn district of Dallas. Enjoyed the ambiance throughout and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel ZaZa was great.

I was looking forward to a girls weekend staying at this location, when we got there we were upgraded for free. We had an amazing stay and walked the neighborhood to eat dinner, the only negative thing I can say about the stay is that the restuarnt area that is with the hotel had music blearing into all hours of the night. It was a little hard to enjoy the room and rest with all that going on. Overall I would recommend it just maybe request a room away from the restuarnt.

I had high expectations of Hotel Za Za which were met for the most part. The hotel lobby was very welcoming. The staff sophisticated and helpful. The artwork throughout the building sufficiently eclectic and weird, even slightly creepy. But I was surprised by the condition of our bathroom. Upon entering it for the first time, I found the toilet to be backed up. Maintenance responded right away and corrected the situation, but left with the toilet running and I was forced to make that repair. Later in the shower, I discovered a not-very-clean shower curtain. While these were only two albeit minor situations, I was left with a slightly unclean feeling about the bathroom. The rest of the room was in excellent condition. We had the opportunity to have cocktails in the lounge on both nights of our stay. If you're looking for quiet, avoid it. If you like a crazy pick-up scene complete with very well-dressed men of all ages, this is the place for you. Cocktails and bar food were delicious.

Good location, great place to stay for a couple of nights out, expensive restaurant, breakfast has to be taken in the room at a surcharge if required, rooms with two beds, the beds are on the small side, overall I'd rate a 3.5/5.

I'm from Chicago and am used to staying in trendy hotels in NYC. This measures up. Stay here and be satifisfied with your selection. I will be back when I'm in Dallas. Thank you ZAZA. Staff is outstanding.

It is near some good resturants

I can't say enough good things about Hotel Zaza, but I'll try... Pros: Big rooms, nice furniture, excellent restaurant, candy everywhere!, amazing photography on every wall, beautiful pool area and event facilities, friendly staff who remember patrons, bathrobes, great products. Cons: I would give the fitness facility a 3.5/5, it's still pretty nice. Business center is somewhat limited -both to be expected in a smaller scale boutique hotel. highly recommended!

We had an enjoyable time our first visit to ZaZa. I invited my wife in from out of town for a valentines evening. All was great until i got my bill. Our valet charge for 1 night was $56.00, for our two vehicles. I also found two erroneous chargers on my bill for $143.00 and $4.00. When I called the hotel and asked for billing I was sent to a recording and directed to send and email outlining my issues. I did send the email and got a response within 24 hours. They apologized for the errors and credited my account. They offered no explanation as to what the extra charges appeared on my bill. Moral of story, take one car, and check your bill for overcharges.

If you are going to bother to ask why I am in town and I say "for business" why would I be put in a room next to a bachelorette party??? Otherwise, I cannot wait to stay here again...huge rooms, great amenities, very comfortable bed, and best of all...great water pressure in the bathroom!

Great service!!! I was very pleased with the accomodations and the friendliness of the entire staff.

The place to stay. Great service and beautiful, comfortable rooms. Love the coffee on each floor each morning. Only problem is that occasionally on weekends, it is a "scene" and valet parking is crazy.

But not outstanding as I expected, For the price I was expecting to be overwhelmed. Downside was because I booked through Hotels.com They did not recognize my Loyalty program Which I have status, they just didn't care. So I got a GREAT PRICE from Hotels,com but I sacrificed my status,.

We arrived at 4:00 for check in (as stated in our email) and were told our room was dirty. We got into the room by 4:45. This made getting to our evening event difficult! Concept suit (pricey) had a stained couch, ripped dust ruffle, stained wallpaper in bathroom, towels that were shredding. Went to have dinner at Dragonfly, but left our table before ordering because a private party was spilling into the restaurant and was extremely loud and obnoxious. The valet staff was the highlight. Will not be back.

We stayed at this hotel due to a much needed mini vacation. The driver was excellent. I have to say that my husband left a bracelet in the room that I had just given him for Valentines day. He called several times and couldn't get anyone on the phone. He was told only housekeeping could help him with that. Of course when housekeeping did contact him back, they didn't find it. I find that hard to believe. I have since called and the phone just rings. I will not stat at the hotel again because as a customer if I try to get assistance don't tell me housekeeping are the only oes that can help. That is poor customer service. The fact that the bracelet can't be found is a bunch of bs.

Used it for a romantic get away. The staff was nice and the location great. A little crazy at night, but rooms are far enough away to "get away".

I flew from Tampa, FL to Dallas, TX, to see a friend for the weekend. I booked 2 rooms, RM #359 and RM #334. I had room #359 and my friend, the other, #334. My friend has not slept well in over 2 years, which is why I booked seperate rooms, at ZaZa, a fairly upscale hotel, with nice linens and thick, "blackout" drapery. The next morning I asked her how she slept and she explained to me that once the booming from the club ceased, at 2:00am, she was finally able to get some rest. I explained this to the front desk personnel, Michael, upon check out. I asked him to provide her with a comp room for the next time she is in the city, due to the inconvenience of not being able to sleep. He said the best he could do was offer her a discount or a bottle of Champagne upon her next visit. He assured me that he would make it "worth it for her to return to their hotel"! I will never stay at ZaZa again, due to his lack of compassion of a guest having a terrible night's stay! Why wouldn't the front desk have warned us of the potential noise level upon check in? Why would anyone think that I, or my friend, would spend one more slepless night there? Due to the callous nature in which our complaint was handled, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. If you do chose to stay here, in spite of this review, ask to be in a room far from the nightclub.

Awesome Hotel! Excellent Rooms. Superb Service. Close to all of the great restaurants. Highly recommend!

This hotel has an awesome ambiance and oversized rooms. The artwork lining the hallways and rooms is fantastic. I can 100% see this type of hotel being a great success in NYC, LA and Miami.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ,I JUST DONT THINK WE WERE GIVEN THE SUITE WE WERE PROMISED, WE WERE PROMISED A COCEPT SUITE AND IT REALLY WASNT I HAVE STAYED INT THERE CONCEPT SUITES ,THIS ROOM WAS NO NICER R BIGGER THAN OUR MASTER BEDROOM AT HOME ,JUST THINK IF THEY DONT HAVE THEM AVAILABLE DONT BOOK PEOPLE, TELL THEM THIS A LESSER SUITE THAN YOU RECOMMEND

Zaza is simply the best for young professionals in Dallas.

We stayed there for a few nights after our wedding. It was very nice but I think it was more for the trendy and party goers than to stay and relax a few days. The gym is the nicest I've seen at a hotel but I feel like the staff could be a little more attentive for what you're paying per night. Overall, very nice, modern place for people to party.

It is a lovely hotel. Very hip, beautiful and super clean. Where it faulters is on customer service at the reception desk. They were not very friendly or welcoming.

We stayed here for an overnight getaway and loved it! The ambiance of the rooms, lobby and bar/restaurant is very cool. The bed was OK - could have been more comfy. The location is great - walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Ate breakfast in the restaurant (eggs benedict and waffles) and both were excellent. Wish we had our bathing suits to sit out by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
