Windtower Lodge and Suites - كانمور

Room was very small - a heads up for those with more than one piece of luggage. No table or chairs. Queen bed too big for the room. Have stayed in smaller hotel rooms in the UK which were better apportioned.

The hotel is newer and clean. It is very poorly managed though. I feel bad for the people that have to work at the front desk. We stayed there 2 nights and had to rekey our room key every time that we wanted to get into our room. It was a huge inconvenience because of room was on the other side of the hotel. The contental breakfest was very underwhelming. There was only juice, fruit, and 1 type of pasteries. Very limited. All of the hotel guests were laughing that this was all they had. There is also no Air Conditioning in the room! On top of that they had winter duvets on in the summer so you were dying of heat at night. They gave you a fan to try and help. The room was supposed to be a Queen bed but it was just a double and there was about 3 feet around the bed in all the directions and then there was the wall. I felt like I was staying in a Hostel. Which would have been fine if we were made aware of this during booking.

staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was great and we really loved the idea of the bbq outside! We would definetly come backagain!

Late night party kept us awake..room incredibly small, wish we would have known we would have upgraded.

we stayed in one of the adjoining rooms that was very small... it was also quite warm, but they did provide us with a fan in the room... no deck off the room, so we pretty much just slept there... otherwise, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there on a very busy mothers day weekend, so everything was very busy, but otherwise it was enjoyable.

We booked a standard room and standard it was .... just room for a queen bed and a dresser..no living space of a typical room.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were small and in need of maintenance, but clean. Not bad for price paid.

T'was the night before boarding and all through the night, the beers were a flowing to my delight. The staff was so nice, they felt like my pep's. After breakfast in the morning I rode off in my Jeep. Windtower is great I yelled, yes it is for sure. But it t'was but a blur.

The weather was incredible and our stay was fantastic. We would of liked a room with a view or at least a balcony, fridge or desk. Breakfast was included and that was great. The outdoor hot tub was in good working condition. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was alright. Hotel was easy to find, but it was difficult to approach. The space is not designed for approaching the hotel. It is a facility that is full of time-shares as well. Odd place, tiny room, no A/C, but it wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed. Good breakfast and good rate.

It was very nice! The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was spacious and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the location was ok. There was a sticky residue on the bathroom floor but nothing a pair of socks couldn't handle.

My fiancé and I came out to canmore for a getaway. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and let us stay in the hot tub for half an hour longer than the closing time. Rooms were comfortable (had the suite), however did not like facing the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, there wasn't much variety. Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent views and comfort

We enjoyed our stay, location was convient. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Overall appearance of hotel was nice, comforting and inviting. Unfortunately the continental breakfast that was advertised for 645 did not start until 8. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the continental breakfast. It was the major downfall to this hotel and inconvienant for skiers wanting to get to the mountain on time. Bed was comfy, room was clean except for gum stuck to the shower rod.....

We found the unit crowded and it was very warm . It is February and we had to open both the patio door and the bedroom windows to sleep. Details - wine glasses but no corkscrew - they don't leave them in the units apparently because guests take them - really. I did not appreciate that I had to pay to park underground. The breakfast included in the rate was underwhelming. I would not rush back to this location.

The room was just way too warm for us (25 degrees C) and we could not get it to cool down. The thermostat did not seem to work and we couldn't figure out how the warm air was getting into the room. We opened the window and door to move the air, which was fine until you closed the door and then room heated up again! We turned on the ceiling fan and it made an annoying clicking sound no matter what speed it was set at so we had to turn it off. Then we could hear the TV's from the lounge just below our room - they were set so loud that we could hear it in our room until 11pm. The room itself was extremely small. The booking said "Standard Room" but what we got was the spare room located beside the "real" room. It was basically a bed and a bathroom. We received vouchers for breakfast in the morning in the lounge. When we arrived, we were the only ones there and it took awhile for the waitress to greet us and seat us. Even breakfast took a long time getting to us and we were the only ones there! Wouldn't stay here again.
