Pokolodi Lodge - سنوماس فيليدج

It isn't luxury, but it was clean and very convenient to Snowmass Village. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There is a free shuttle provided to and from Aspen's airport. The city bus to surrounding areas stops at the top of the hill. There was free continental breakfast every morning in the lobby. Also, a wine and cheese "party" in the lobby one night. The bed was comfortable. There is no elevator in this hotel, but there is a pool and hot tub. The toilet was hard to flush, we stayed on the first floor and there was very little water in the toilet and when you flushed, the water pushed up so we had to close the lid when we flushed in order not to get splashed. Also had to flush several times due to little water in the toilet. There was a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. There is however a microwave in the lobby. Like I said, not luxury, but was a good value all things considered.

It is a traditional hotel room from 20 yrs ago. The great and really only benefit is proximity to ski slopes. way overpriced during ski season but hey, that's the way it is in Snowmass/Aspen area.

This hotel was chosen for its location to everything and price. I rented this for my son's, so , they could snowboard right out the room to the slopes without taking the equipment off. They could walk to food and entertainment. The bus to Aspen ran often and was a great ride. I will rent here again on our next trip.

Kind, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Awesome location right against the mountain. Aspen access is convenient and half the price of Aspen lodging!

right by all the village conveniences and a very short walk to the slopes. There's even a museum for the nearby Mammoth discovery ; supermarket a couple of minutes drive down the road. Loads of good eateries. discounts offered to guests by nearby ski gear rental company. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Especially cosy and clean room, felt very alpine. would have liked a microwave in room but there are several dotted around the hotel for guests. buses to Aspen and other ski areas if you don't have a car. Would stay here again in a blink and definitely recommend it! Wish we had been braver to try the hot tub! We stayed in the first week of opening after Thanksgiving which was good as we got a three nights for the price of two deal and it was quiet everywhere but enough snow for an enjoyable stay. Everyone in village very welcoming and the place is not snobby. The continental breakfast was getting better by the day, so should be in top gear for later guests! I wanna go back!

It may look pretty basic on the outside, but the room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and relatively modern. Great value for money. We went in the off season so there wasn't much going on in the neighbourhood, but the place is really near the ski lifts and Snowmass Mall. Probably a great location during the ski season.

Just needed a place to stay overnight and this fit the bill. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but good enough.

We stay here every year. Our room had been recently updated with granite countertops. Very comfortable beds.

We were pleasantly surprised at the room accomodations, separate bath and shower area with a refrigerator. Would stay there again, nothing fancy but nice!

Excellent room rate considering the location! Very nice rooms with coffee maker and coffee in the room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the continental breakfast. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area and will recommend it to our friends.

I have mixed emotions about the hotel. We went Labor Day weekend when a huge music fest was going on and we were told if we have a parking spot we should keep it, instead of venturing out. I am not sure if it was to spend all our money in Snowmass Village or if they were really telling the truth, but I would think they should accomodate guests with parking. And they had a crummy continental breakfast on Sunday but nothing on Monday which was Labor Day. We traveled with 2 small kids so I would have figured they would have had breakfast for a full hotel on Monday morning. It was in a great location and the pool and hottub was great. I don't know if I would stay there again.

I really liked staying in a place where the staff were very friendly and genuine. The Lodge has been in business for a very long time and provided a very personal and comfortable stay. Also it is ideally located right next to the SnowMass outdoor mall with easy walking access to anything you might need. I was also very happy with the heated pool which provided much needed relaxation after a great outdoor experience. Anothe nice touch were the upgrades in the room that were obviously relatively new. It is good to see when facilities are kept up and upgraded.

Although the lodge is not new, it is well located in Snowmass, well maintained, clean large rooms, friendly staff. Great pool.

The only thing that I would liked to have had was air conditioning. There was a festival the weekend we were there and it was warm enough to have used AC. But there was none so the window was open. Because of the amount of people in town and proximity to the shuttle pick up there were people outside all night. I was awakened at 1:30 am by people talking right outside my room. With AC the window would have been closed. That's the only complaint.

I had read about lodging in the Aspen - Snowmass area and decided to take a chance on this one. I wasn't disappointed, Pokolodi lived up to the reviews - reasonably priced, very clean room, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not exotic but certainly adequate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We used the hot tub at night and it was very refreshing. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay near Aspen, I'd recommend Pokolodi Lodge.

The Pokolodi is well located in Snowmass, convenient to free village and Aspen transport. The pool is relaxing and the views terrific.

One of the most economical spots when traveling in Colorados Aspen area.

Clean rooms, good service, comfortable beds. Only problem we had was the pool and hot tub closed at 9 PM. Would have been nice if it was open later.

The Pokolodi Lodge is simple with it's accommodations, but very friendly and comfortable. Great beds, very clean, and welcoming people. I don't ask for more.

Facility was nice. Staff was not particularly helpful. Our TV didn't work. Front desk seemd annoyed but said they would fix it. They never showed up. Also, they gave us wrong directions to a destination. Nice place...might want to train staff better.

We have stayed at Pokolodi several times. We find in the summer it is a good place to stay and drive into Aspen. You do not have to pay the Aspen price not to mention the required 3 day stay. It has a nice breakfast and you can walk to several restaurants to eat in the evening.

Great location close to the slopes and shops. My son loved the pool. Just what we needed for a quick get away.

What a fortunate destination for us after driving all day. Our beds were so comfortable, the room was very clean. We arrived later and were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who walked us to our room when we needed help finding it. The shower was clean, in good repair, the bathroom very tastefully modern. Linens were clean. I'm completely satisfied, would stay there again and recommend it.

For the price, it was a great place to stay. It was right across from the "Mall"...right near the Aspen Shuttle stop. Room was nice, linens were nice, granite countertop in bath, fridge in room. The pool and jacuzzi looked very nice. Think the "continental breakfast" could add an orange/banana/apple and a bagel to the offering. If you are planning to "play" and not spend much time in the room, this is the place.

Great prices for the location! One of the cheapest in the area but still an amazing place to stay! The pool and hot tub is just outside the rooms and the view is incredible!!!!

Loved this lodge! Kudos to Dave and his friendly, helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to be accommodating. We had a king bed, which was very comfortable. The room faced a lovely aspen glen and the service road, where many buses chugged up the hill; but the sound didn't interfere with our deep sleep. The rooms have mini fridges but no microwave; however, there is a microwave available 24 hours in the third floor laundry room and one in the breakfast area available during office hours 7 am-11pm. The continental breakfast included boiled eggs, a nice protein bonus. We'll go there again, hopefully soon!

We came in to Snowmass for a quick night to see a friends band play. Not wanting to spend a lot of money (hard to do in Snowmass/Aspen), we just picked the cheapest hotel with available rooms. I was a little fearful heading there, but found the location to be downright perfect! Close enough to the village to walk anywhere, but not in party town where nights would be loud. The hotel staff were really nice checking us in, then the true test came when we unlocked our door to our room for the night - a BIG smile. Very nice accomodations with great renovations and upgrades. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Snowmass. Thank you Pokolodi!

Short walk to the slopes nice heated pool and jacuzzi for after a day of skiing or hiking,friendly staff clean rooms and a great continental breakfast. I highly recommend this place 5 Star Rating in my book

I was looking for the cheapest hotel in Snowmass Village while attending a conference there and was very pleased to find that it was all of a block from the conference center and right in the heart of the village. The Pokolodi was minimalist in its provisions - its front desk is only staffed from 8 to 5 - but the room was clean, the staff was very polite and the location simply can't be beat. This is a bargain stay in a community where bargains are very hard to come by.

Continental breakfast was great, price and location are also stellar. I thought the room was nice, however the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Maintenance was unable to fix it. Not a big deal, but we also didn't want to switch rooms once unpacked.

Go and you will love it.

The Pokolodi was great!! The pool was perfect and our room had a little balcony. Very enjoyable!

No AC so the room was on the warm side in July. With the window open, and the cool mountain climate, it wasn't that bad. Nice grounds and pool area. An acceptable lodging choice

o hotel é muito bom e acolhedor, as camas são confortáveis e o atendimento foi muito cordial. Tem uma ótima sala de estar para curtir a paisagem no final da tarde.
