Super 8 St. Augustine Beach - سانت أوغسطين

It was a very nice stay, though the weather was bad.

Maintenance woman got really upset when I told her that we need the room clean!!!! BUT in general it is a great hotel for that price I will stay there again.

Very unhappy, if I could I would have changed hotels

We only stayed overnight. The room was clean, except for the bar of soap that was left in the shower with hair on it. It was a great rate being across the street from the beach.We would stay there again.

Overall our stay was really great. The rooms were quiet, clean(and I'm a clean freak), and the beds were very comfortable. The Manager is personable with a good since of humor. We had no problems with things we needed in the room (e.g. towels, soap, tp etc.) and we got an AMAZING price for booking 3 days or more. The continental breakfast could have been a little better but I can't complain really, it consisted of coffee, hot tea, juice, milk, selection of two cereals, toast, muffins, or oatmeal, no hot items, yogurts or fruit but it's free..The hotel has a pool that is 6ft deep (so no diving) and a hot tub but my 11 year old had a blast swimming. Location is good although I was doubtful when I read other reviews that said it was across the street from the beach because I don't like lugging beach stuff back and forth but it wasn't bad at all. To give you a better idea of the distance - Hotel is across the street from beach access. I say access because there is a resort hotel directly across the street so you have to walk over to a crosswalk about 60 yards from the Super 8 driveway and cross the street, and walk another 60 yards across a public access parking lot to the sand. It sounds like a pain but really it was no big deal and the public access has a little water park (just some spouts out of the ground, and a mushroom sprinkler) it is free to enter and it has washrooms and shower to wash sand off your feet. We will stay again.

The Hotel was just like the photos on the website. The location was right across from the beach with good acess, rooms were very roomy and spacious. Everything was clean and in good condition in the room and the beds were comfortable. Great deal for the price,,,, perfect for the trip that me and the boys had planned. Will stay there again.

the hotel was very clean, maid service came more than we expected it was nice to come back to a clean room with everyday fresh towels too. The only thing is if you dont have a pet make sure you sleep away from them, we were next door to a dog that barked the whole time in the morning when the owners left it in there

Considering it's the best price on the beach... It was great! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Hot water, air conditioning, refrigerator, pool, jacuzzi all we needed. Great location. Friendly staff.

Overall the stay was fine. I appreciate that my room was ready in time for an early check-in since the weather was really bad and I wanted to get indoors. Everything appeared clean, but I had to wear socks on the tile to keep my feet from getting dirty. Mostly the stay was average; good for a one night trip.

Staff was very helpful - we had a reservation glitch and the microwave was not working but they fixed both issues. Breakfast was what I expected - sweet cereals, toast, jmufins, juice, milk and coffee. The pool was open but cold (March) and the hot tub was great. Beach across the street was wonderful. I would stay again.

Close to beach (just cross the street), CVS (just 1 block away). Complimentary breakfast composed of white bread toast, cereals, some cakes, coffee and orange juice. Manager works alone. small pool and outdoor hot tub. I think it's good.

We had a wounderful experience at this super 8. The staff were very nice, rooms were clean and smelled fresh.The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast room it was way too small. We are already planing to stay there again.Thank you

Bathroom was dirty, but the rest was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. VERY THIN WALLS - can hear both neighbors.

The room was clean and large. Sue at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The continental breakfast was small but ok. We would definately stay there again.

The bed was hard as a rock. Something bit my girlfriend, though I doubt it was the brown recluse spider I saw climbing the wall. The bathroom was large and clean, the TV small, but adequate. I was annoyed to learn that breakfast- on Sunday morning no less- ended just after 9 when I entered the lobby. I just wanted some juice, but none was to be had. Nor anything else. And they seemed very eager to be rid of us, housekeeping opening our door and then calling us. Won't stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very nice.

Nice location. Big rooms, but the pool and hot tub weren't working. The breakfast was pretty skimpy, but you can't expect too much for a free breakfast. Everything was clean.

Great value for the price. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. A good spot for reasonable priced and great food is Antonio's New York Style Pizza near the pier. Sunset Grill is also wonderful. Close to public beach and ocean. Only problem is the pool is not open- stated due to public ordinance.... so call ahead if that is important to you. Fair breakfast.

The hotel was across the street to the event w went down to attend.

Hotel staff was rude, overall hotel was in need of renovations (you get what you pay for). We would never stay here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Great price and right across from the beach!! Very close to State park and very short drive to St. Augustine.

Are you serious?! Any manager could care less.. and the 'continental' breakfast was more like a 'barren wasteland' breakfast. But it was a cheap place on the beach, can't complain too much...

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean our room one of those days. We tried to talk to the maid and she spoke no English. We will not stay there again.

enjoyed our stay. only problem was not enough toilet paper, and would not bring it too our room. convenience to beach and local attractions. will book there again. comfy beds.

Motel listing states spa / pool available. It's a lie. We stayed about 2 years ago and the spa was unavailable because "it is not the season for the spa". Now 2 years later the spa is unavailable because "the pump is broken and can't find a new one". Do Not Stay at this Motel if you expect to have use of the spa. They do not have one. Try Howard Johnson Historic or Quality Inn on US 1- they have good outdoor spas/pools.

We found this Hotel to be in an excellent location when visiting St. Augustine. The Hotel staff were timely and friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Look forward to our next stay

Hotel was clean and comfortable - nothing fancy, but very good value. We were VERY satisfied, but I'll share the caveats: Continental Breakfast was very simple - do not look for any nutrition or decaf coffee here. Hotel is on "free trolley line" - but only for paying customers. Hotel is located across from beach - but all views are blocked. Loved the taco shop down the street!

Hot tub was broken. Sheets were to small for the bed. Phone lines were down. Breakfast was gross.. Worst place ever... Spend the extra 10$

I arrived a little early and was exhausted wanting to go to my room yet the lady ,she's tan and a little big, didn't let me go in and didn't even let me sit anywhere. She told me to go to the beach and sit there and wait with my luggage till 230. That was very disrespectful. On the other hand, the rooms were very nice and that's what made my trip way better.

Stayed for three nights. We were surprised by how big the room was and how clean and quiet the hotel was. We could walk to the pier for surfing and walk to 2 restaurants and a convience store, while only being 10 minutes from historic downtown by car, The price was unbelievable, booked through Hotels.com. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean room, minimal services. Good for a simple place to sleep. Only problem ... the sheets didn't fit the mattresses and kept coming off!!

Right across from the beach, great food nearby at the Sunset Grill.

It was okay. We have stayed at this hotel every year we go to St. Augustine but are not staying again because the hot tub hasn't been workng for two years.

The room was clean, staff courteous, and within walking distance of the beach...couldn't have really asked for more.

Nice.... can see the ocean and not pay $150.00 for it. Plus Sue at front desk is so very helpful!!

It is ok for the price and short stay + the AC was very noisy.
