Other than the horrible weather, we enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the wonderful staff.

Location is great if you want to be by the ocean. It is very family oriented, so if you want to go somewhere for a quiet couples weekend, it's not the right choice. If you have school-aged kids, it's got a choice of pools and a "kid's camp." Employees go out of their way to be courteous and responsive. Car valet is pretty quick. We reported something broken in our room and they fixed it as soon as we called. For the price, I would have expected the furnishings and finishing of the room to be more upscale. It's fine, but feels like a nice, but not luxurious, hotel.

Disgusting service for luxury hotel. I will never stay in Trump again. Do not recommend to stay in this hotel, choose any other.

I love the ocean view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone was really nice. Food in the hotel also is really good. I will be back for sure.

Great hotel with a great staff- there are lots of fees and gratuity is added to bills so read carefully. Awesome pool and staff, rooms are large and clean with great balcony.

Did not know 2 Trump Hotels were near each other. Great experience overall, The pool/ beach staff were very nice at all times and we felt like Super Stars!

Hotel staff is friendly and eager to please. Pool area is beautiful. Beach is clean. We felt pampered and luxurious and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

It is a shame, that they do not use their own made rules, so that all paying customers have the chance to stay at the pool. We complained about it, but nobody did do anything about it.

lobby is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. the rooms themselves though were not impressive at all. not sure what was lacking. i would not go back.

I dont mean to gripe. For a Five star hotel they sure do skimp on all of the little things. Inspite of that the location couldnt get any better! The staff was very helpful and the room was nice. They do have a proporty surcharge that was about $90. All in all it was a good experience.

Hotel just fine, but NOTHING, I mean NOTHING happening in the hotel or in the surrounding neighborhood once the sun went down.

If you are used to the Ritz or 4 Seasons, it is not that, but it is very, very nice and for Miami, worth the price. The rooms are really big, which is a plus, and immaculate. The oceanfront balconies are worth the extra charge. I hate so many Miami oceanfront hotels with windows that are sealed shut - I mean what's the point? To fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves and the fresh breeze was great. The gym is fantastic - really top notch for a hotel, and large as well, with many more machines than you usually find. The food at the restaurants was good - we were so tired from travel/work leading up to our short stay on our way home from S America that we ate all of our meals right in the hotel (highly unusual as we love to explore and are foodies). My only complaint is that I think it is just WRONG for hotels not to warn you when some feature or service is out of commission. They have an obligation to tell you right on the website. In this case, the spa was closed for renovation. I had looked forward to an afternoon of self indulgence after a brutal work/travel schedule, and felt quite ripped off by that. If you get less that 100% of what is advertised, it shouldn't be hidden until you've paid 100% of the price and it's too late. Making up for my irritation with that is the fact that every hotel employee I encountered was over-the-top friendly and nice. I mean so nice, that I couldn't even stay in a bad mood. If I wanted to stay in a hotel where I didn't care so much about the "cool ultra hip" factor as I did good service, ocean breezes, room to move around, decent beds, super clean, great beach, etc.... I'd totally pick this everyday over a trendy, cramped old hotel with windows clamped shut in tiny rooms - no matter how cool!

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of our holiday. The hotel was immaculate. Service and cleanliness alongside friendliness of the staff made our stay memorable We are so glad we chose Trump Thanks to Hotels.com for helpful reviews

This hotel should not be listed on "The Leading Hotels of the World" I have traveled extensively and have stayed at many of the hotels on this list. This Trump hotel is an embarrassment to this fine organization of hotels. This was more like staying at a low grade mid-class hotel.

Hotel location was VERY nice. Beaches were beautiful and pools were great. Hotel overall could use some TLC, however, very clean. Great place to relax and unwind. Close enough to drive anywhere but far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

I wanted to stay close to S. Beach without the hustle and bustle of being in S. Beach. Well, this hotel had all the comforts and amenities without the noise of a tourist attraction. It's a close 10 minute cab ride to the shops. The hotel staff was well trained and ready to accomodate any requst. Pools, grounds, excercise facilities---all good. There was even a grocery store, drug store and restaurant within walking distance. Nice.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, warm and you feel "special". The Ocean view was just what I needed to reduce my blood pressure. I loved my stay, the beds were soft pillows and I felt like a queen. We had room service for breakfast and the smoked salmon was beautifuly presented and my aunts breakfast was fantastic. She is still talking about the sausage. However, two nights in a row I did have room service after 11pm and the food was not great. The service was but not the food. That bother me that something so wonderful during the day, went down hill so fast late at night. Let me explain...my aunt and I came to the area to look at senior independent living apts, and she had a angina attack while were were visiting the area the next day after checking in the hotel. After spending a long evening at the hospital, I realized I had not eaten. I ordered Chicken soup, caesar salad with poached shrimp, chocolate ice cream. The salad was fine, but the shrimp was hard as rubber. Looking for a little comfort food with the chicken soup, it was sad. premade booster, canned chicken and can vegs. Kind of remind me of the can Vegall. Not good. Mr. Trump if you would like a good recipe for chicken soup, give me a buzz. That is my speciality. The next night, again I had ordered after 11 pm and had the angus burger no bun with provolone, brocolli, mash potates and the shrimp coctail. The presentation was beautiful, the shrimp was like rubber again. Everything else was great. That same night, the door lock broke on my room door and the TV would not work, but the engineer came up right away and fixed it. Being tired and upset that my Aunt was suppose to have martini's with me on the balcony and have a special weekend before she moves south, and with her being admitted to the hospital, the Valet staff made sure, our car was close by incase I had to run in the middle of the night back to the hospital and the front desk staff was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was great.

One suggestion to Hotel Management, to inform guest that there is a strict 4 PM check-in and provide a waiting area or more convient lounges.

Excellent experience. Pools, beach, luxury, room, everything excellent. Neighborhood too. Great.

max 12-12:30 check out w/ no additional charge! Floors 5&6 newly remodeled, chairs umbrella and table complimentary at beach side. VERY POOR food & drink service at beach, bring your cooler and Ice. Had problems with ice machines, but staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a crying shame that there is not a cashiers available at all times to purchase drinks directly from the beach bar. Took ten minutes to get 2 cans of sprite with nobody else at the beach bar. The cash register was inside and took another 5 minutes to get my change. How much money that bar loses a day blows my mind! I've been in the casino /business service for over twenty years. I couldn't even get change at times to tip the staff! They have a nice place, but poorly mismanaged in it's beach side service!

hotel has major problem with the room cleaning crue. on the arrival we were waiting for hours to get our room ready. next day we came from business meeting around 4:00PM & room was not cleaned yet... sorry for this buitiful hotel in very nice & convinient location!

We had a great time at the Trump. The atmosphere was wonderful, very family friendly. The beach is great and few steps to the pool. The staff hotel is corteous and always trying to make your stay nice. If we go to Miami next year, will stay there again. You have to try their Pina Colada, is the best I have tasted ever. Diaz family.

Our room had a beautiful ocean front view. Great pools and very nice beach front. We got excellent service at the pool and on the beach. A little remote if you get tired of the hotel's restaurant and don't have a rental car but otherwise an excellent family beach vacation location.

Our room was upgraded to studio, very clean and spacious. We spent the mayority of our time at the pools & beach until late - loved it!
