Four Points by Sheraton Fairview Heights - فيرفيو هايتس

The water pressure was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, but that is the only positive comment I have. The elevator didn't work when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage upstairs at midnight after a long, exhausting drive. We were hungry and wanted to heat our food but there was no microwave (or refrigerator to keep it cool). The room was not inviting, but the bathroom was much worse. The toilet was low for me and I'm under 5'. We heard every word that our neighbors uttered and felt movement every time someone walked down the hall. I'm thankful that we only had to stay 1 night.

Good Hotel... stayed 4 nights .... very reasonable w/ breakfast option. Only on 1 day we found (early morning breakfast 6:30a) ... seemed staff was stretched and no-bread until more staff came out until 7am... probably can plan better for early break-fast. What took us back was reply from one : Sorry running late - it will be while or no bread until other staff member showed up and helped us out immediately.

Only complaint I have is that I booked a king room and got a double. They gave us some free drink coupons for the bar to compensate but we don't drink. Power went out for almost 2 hours but that wasn't the hotels fault. Hotel is beautiful. Beds are comfy. Staff is pleasant. We've stayed there several times and will stay again.

St Louis was completely booked, so we needed a place to stay for one night before we could stay in St Louis. It was only 15 mins from downtown. Rooms were nice and clean, had a small restaurant and a bar. Offered a free beer...

Great night .

Free breakfast would definitely make this my first choice to stay

Breakfast was great friendly service..room was clean. Bathtub was rusty and nasty

I checked in late and ran to meet up with friends. I came in late and had to be up early so I went to set the alarm to find it caked with filth. I was so grossed out that I used my phone. In the morning when I called down to see what time breakfast ended I found my room phones didn't work at all. As I went to hop in the shower I was met with more filth. It looked as if it hadn't been scrubbed in sometime. So off I went to my mothers to shower. Came back and had breakfast, which was the best part of my stay. I also found water was leaking in my window, the refirderator stunk, and the couch had a weird smell to it too. Very unsatisfied with my stay and do not plan to stay there ever again. Also the king suite looks nothing like the suite in the pictures they show you on the site.

I really don't understand why this hotel is so highly rated. There are a ton of hidden fees that other hotels (especially much cheaper ones) do not charge for. $50 pet fee. $1.00 local calls, + a per minute charge. The "Free Breakfast" costs $9.00. The doors don't respond correctly to the key cards. The room did not have the fridge/microwave I requested. No whirlpool in the pool area. This is a 2 star hotel charging 4 star rates.

Was nice hotel had reasonable checkout time and fairly priced

They robbed the stuff in my car after they broke the lock on the car door . No camera on the parking lot or guard. So don't think I was over joyed at the stay.

We have stayed before, so this was a return visit with 4 Points Sheraton Fairview Heights for the third time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, very quick to respond to needs with the room (extra towels, extra blanket, etc). The breakfast buffet is always a nice touch as it is complementary with your stay. The ONLY thing that was a bit of a concern, was the bathroom and shower were not in complete working order & I mentioned to the front desk that the room was in great need of repair in that area.

Enjoyed my stay in Fairview Heights. Clean rooms, great service, great breakfast buffet and really close to the train system. I would recommend to friends and family.

No complaints everything went as smooth as possible. Highway construction in the area was the only complaint we had.

Close to shopping and restaurants.

over all it was very nice the only thing at all that was wrong was the caepet in the room looked very bad and stained.

I was not satisfied with the lack of communication between hotels.com and the actual hotel. We wanted two things on this trip out of the hotel, free breakfast and a hot tub. Hotels.com informed us they had this. Upon arrival we found that they had neither of these.

The staff was very friendly, and the Weds night free buffet was great!! My pillow was feather,I'm algergic, so ask to have it removed and new foam put it. Got the foam but they did not remove feather--that was the whole point!! My tub had stains of yellow on bottom--not sure if rust or not clean, so did not use it. There were several stains on the carpet, and the desk had no desk lamp to work by. I had to write orders with my shadow in front of me with low light. In general it was a good location for me, and the lobby and grounds quite nice, but for the cost the room should have been cleaner.

Very nice hotel. I booked this hotel because they where running a special price. I visit St. Louis quite a bit and always stay at Farview Heights because of cost and location to St. Louis. There is a cluster of hotels in this same area and good resteraunts close by. About 15 minutes to Downtown St. Louis. This hotel is what i would expect from a Sheraton.

Waited three to four minutes for someone to appear at front desk. We were first sent to dirty or occupied room. For a Sheraton I was expecting better sanitation standards. Not throw pillows and bedspreads touching the sleeping pillows and sheets. I had to PROVE my room came with breakfast. If I had not taken time to print my confirmation out my frustration level would have been off the charts!

I don't understand why they did not install exhaust fans in bathrooms when hotel was built. Everything in the bathroom gets beaded with water, including the towels. Water pressure in the shower was great, though. Our room had a few maintenance issues ( wobbly toilet and plaster damage on windowsill), but overall was comfortable and breakfast was great!

The hotel was in a perfect location-close to restaurants, shopping, and the MetroLink.

The staff was great & the free breakfast was awesome.

Check in was quick and friendly and very nice hotel.

It was nice, clean, and comfortable, but for the price, breakfast should have been included or have been much cheaper. A family of four does not want to spend so much on breakfast. Our family doesn't eat that much food for breakfast before 9 AM!

Stay was ok. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. Were told breakfast was included, but when we checked in only 2 breakfast coupons per room per day were given. Linens were supplied for three people and were restocked by maid service for three even though we had extra dirty linens for four.

The maintenance and the quality of the hotel has really changed.

This was the first time I've ever stayed at a 4 Points by Sheraton and it was quite nice. Candace at the Front Desk was very professional and explained the layout of the hotel for my convenience. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating as well. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Only 30 minutes from the Magic House and St Louis Mills.

There was an 18-inch red stain on the bottom of the bathtub. While the rest of the hotel was decent (nothing special, by an interstate), the stained tub was difficult to look past.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in, the lobby was nice, quiet, and clean. I put my bags in my room and headed downstairs to find a bank and some lunch, when I asked the front desk where a bank was located the clerk stated she didn't know. I walked outside and looked around when I noticed a large building with the word bank on it in front of the hotel. After banking and eating I headed back to my room for a nap, sometime in the evening it became louder outside my room. This progressed to children running up and down the halls like banshees, slamming doors, and loud adults walking the halls and talking in their rooms (what no insulation in the walls). I was able to hear entire conversations including the complaints about your buffet downstairs, this continued until around midnight as the neighbors finished a heated round of The Price is Right with their tv! Did I mention the broken toilet that they were all talking over? So fast forward to the next morning when I checked out. I walked up to the front desk and stood there while the phone was ringing off the hook and a gentleman was busy printing something in another room. I think I'll pick another hotel on my trip back, and your staff should maybe take a walk outside and look around at who their fellow businesses are, also some hospitality courses wouldn't hurt.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good! The bathroom looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. I would stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel and conveniently located to see the sights in downtown St. Louis. The only issue we had was that it is advertised that they have a free breakfast but it isn't really free. We had 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) staying in our room and we were given only 2 breakfast vouchers. The reason I picked this hotel was because it got high ratings and advertised free breakfast. We had to pay for the kids-$10. They don't eat $10 worth of food. other than that we had a very good experience.
