We stayed at the hotel Fiesta Americana for 9 nights in the middle of February 2012. The hotel is very nice and very accommodating. My spouse and I- we are a married gay couple and the hotel was very accepting of us and gave us no issues whatsoever- had a room with a king-sized bed. The negatives: - the rooms are a little dated in their look -food costs are high at the hotel The positives: -the hotel is in a great location- on the Plaza Hidalgo, next to the main plaza, the Macro Plaza, and next to the pedestrian street of Morelos. -the staff was very accommodating & helpful -the bed was very comfortable and a good size. -very clean rooms as well as the building in whole. About Monterrey: Yes,the city has received a lot of negative news lately for good reason. I have visited the city regularly (for long and short periods of time) over the last seven years and I have never felt any risk to my personal safety, ever. You should take precautions, but that does not mean that the city center cannot be enjoyed without ease. The location of the hotel makes it easy to move around and see the sights knowing you are in a very secure area.

The hotel attendants were amazing !! There were always so eager to help and so delighted to be help us.

Very nice hotel. Great location for walking and siteseeing. Plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Very good service, clean rooms. Only negative is that the WiFi signal was so weak that I complained and got a refund.

Love this hotel. Been to mty a couple of times and hads dow this is the best one i've been to. Centralized. Walking distace to Barrio Antiguo, Macro Plaza, and Paseo Santa Lucia. We will definitely be staying here again.

Me gusta mucho el hotel y me llama la atención de que a pesar de la baja en el número de turistas, el servicio siga siendo tan bueno. Quizás les recomendaría hacer una mordenización del SPA, porque en el estado actual, no da la impresión de un lugar destinado para el ejercicio y el descanso, sino más bien, un espacio hecho para cumplir con la necesidad de su existencia. saludos

Estuvimos muy contentos, muy comodos, en el centro de la diversion de Monterrey. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Recomiendo ampliamente el Hotel Fiesta Americana, excelente lugar y la recomendación de Hoteles.com es la mejor ya que siendo un hotel de alta calidad lo he aprovechado por los costos tan buenos.

el hotel esta muy bien uvicado esta muy limpio y tiene unas vistas hermosas del interior de la avitacion estoy muy contento de averme hospedado en el hotel los empliados son muy amables las avitaciones son muy comodas mesentia en casa definitibamente regreso a monterrey y mevolvere a hospedar en fiesta americana centro

excelente hotel , tiene todo, piscina techada con vapor, puedes relajarte y divertirte. al llegar nos dieron una habitación con sofá cama en antesala, muy grande, excelente, no la esperabamos y resulto fabiloso. el buffet delicioso y el servicio excelente. además la ubicación óptima, en la macroplaza y la zona muy seguram puedes caminar en la macroplaza y en la zona comercial aledaña. excelente y ampliamente recomendable.
