Best Western Park Suites Hotel - بلانو

We'll stay again when visiting family in Allen. It was a bit difficult getting there from south-bound direction...but nothing a good GPS couldn't handle.

I must say that some of the reviews of this hotel had me a little worried, but once we arrived and got checked in the worries were gone. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. I had no problems, therefore no need to deal with the hotel staff beyond that. The lobby was very nice and the breakfast each morning was very good, with a different hot entree each day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Located near many restaurants and shopping centers. I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a nice place just to sleep. Had all day activities that ened late at night. We were looking for a place to crash at nite. Turned out just fine.

One of the best stays in a long while. Excellent service, with good breakfast and even a happy hour mondays through thursdays in the afternoon.

Staff was unresponsive to our concerns about loud people yelling the hallways late at night. Will not stay here again.

We stayed there for several days. The maid skipped cleaning our room. When we returned late in the evening and found the room had not been cleaned we called he front desk because we needed towels. They had me come to the front desk for towels which was not a big deal expect the front desk manager was rude and sarcastic. An apology would have been nice and an example of the customer service I would have expected. Will not return to the hotel. The breakfast was poor.

Stayed for a long weekend and was an excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, and breakfast was more than we expected.GREAT VALUE. Have stayed at hotels costing 30+ more and they were not nearly as nice.

I would have preferred to get the room I paid for as opposed to what was left available at my late check in. Also, not receiving service to my room was a huge turn off!

My stay was quite comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The couch in the suite was unusable. Sitting on it resulted in sinking to a dramatically low level due to cushions that were worn out. The TV cannot be seen from the work desk, and the desk chair blocked access to the closet because there is very little room between foot of the bed and the desk. The exercise room does not provide antibacterial cleaning for use after exercising. No way to clean up after coughing, sneezing. Still, I would stay here again.

I was there with my wife and our four year old daughter. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was hot and pretty tasty.Overall, we were very satisfied.

Exceptional hotel for the price. Large room with sofa/chair/table sitting area plus fridge and microwave, large bathroom, very clean. Extremely friendly service, ample parking, and free breakfast. Have stayed there on two different occasions and very pleased each time.

Was in town on business for two nites. The hotel itself, as well as my room, was clean and comfortable. It would be easy to compare it against an upper-tier brand, but instead this hotel, priced as it was, was a very good value. Bathroom was spotless, and while the furnishings were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff, breakfast crew, and happy hour attendant were all very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was very clean! My wife and daughter stayed 9 nights and were very satisfied with the conditions. The breakfast was very good and they even had appetizers and beer for free on Mon-Thurs.

This hotel fulfilled it's purpose. We needed a low priced hotel to sleep while at a soccer tournament. Our room was nice yet out dated. The beds were okay. We will use this hotel again.

I really did love my stay at Best Western Hotel. The room was very clean.The King-Size Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, etc.The Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that travels.

Lawn care service cutting grass at 8 am, a little bit to early still sleeping. Housekeeping vacuuming even with do not disturb sign on door

The only negative was a dog barking in the hall. The rest of my stay was excellent.

We chose this hotel on a last minute trip to Dallas and were pleased to get a good rate. The hotel was very clean, but showing its wear. Peeling corners of wallpaper, ruts in the hallway carpet from the housekeeping carts, nothing terrible, but just needs some love. The breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, waffles & assorted fruits & cereals. The coffee was standard hotel bilge but passable to get me to Starbucks. There was a dog, of all things, barking from within the hotel. I called the office and they promptly attempted to locate the source. He offered to move us to a different room, but we chose to wait a bit to see if they'd be successful in removing the noisy pooch. By 10PM dog barking was silenced. Walls are a bit on the thin side, as we could hear the radio/tv from one of the surrounding rooms and the bed was quite firm (good if you like a hard bed-personal preference). Would I stay there again? Possibly for a quick stay. I don't think I could sleep on the bed more than a night or two, but again, that's preference. They did have free wifi as well as desktop PC & a printer in the lobby and the staff was curteous and attentive.

The neighbors were extremely loud--up til 230 AM---then again at 730---could not sleepwalls are either too thin--not insulated but sounded as if they were in the same room with us

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, although you could tell that the hotel was an older hotel. I would have liked to have seen a little better quality of soaps and shampoos, but the items were just fine. The breakfast was very nice, and suited our needs perfectly. With the addition of a little more protein options, it would have been outstanding. The hotel sits back a little way from the expressway access road, which made it nice and quiet, but a little hard to find. Make sure you read the directions perfectly, or you will miss the road to make your turn. I would defintely stay in this hotel again!

They triple charged my credit card after checking me in on someone elses' reservation. We had to move 3 times, once for the hotel putting us in the wrong reserved room, 2nd time the room had a bad odor, 3rd room was our reserved room.The beds were very uncomfortable.

We will only stay at this location when visiting the Dallas area

In short, I was happy with the rate I booked through Hotel.com. I was happy enough to ignore the odd smells, inaccurate reservation and other interesting aspects. The problem clogged with almost nothing in it- still no big deal. But I wasn't happy with the huge roach that I noticed crawling around my room at around very late one evening. The person the hotel sent was not able to communicate very well with me about how to solve the issue and he disappeared several times leaving me in the room with the roach. It's not a bad hotel- it will be OK for short stays.

We enjoyed it very much and were most comfortable in your clean room and breakfast was plentiful.

Really liked the hotel. Everything was nice, especially for the price. No bar or room service, but was clean and reasonably appointed. Access from freeway was not hard, but not straightforward either. Liked having a couch. Would stay here again.

The lights did not work in the rooms. Big stain on the comforter. The staff was friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights while on business. We chose to stay at a Best Western because of our previous stay at the Best Western Coconut Waikiki, which was wonderful. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. This is one reason I stayed here. The hotel served eggs, waffles, bacon (ham or sausage on alternative days I believe) yogurt, pastries, bread, milk, juice, and coffee. The hot tub was nice. My son loves playing in water. The pool was too cold to go swimming. We stayed here in April. The business center, which had two computers near the reception desk, did nicely for my internet needs. The staff was friendly, and the location suited our needs. If we are in the area again, we will probably stay here.
