Overall the hotell was fine and clean, until we were sitting in the room on the third floor and a mouse ran into the room. That is the only reason I gave it a low rating. We were three guys, so it didn't bother us too much and we didnt even change rooms. However, next morning we mentioned it to front desk and they offered free breakfast, which is pretty much toast and juice. Hotel is about 20 minute bus ride to the Old City, which is really cool. Otherwise there is nothing around the hotel at least walking distance. Overall, if we had not seen the mouse in the room I would recommend the hotel. There is also no Air Conditioning.

The hotel is not easy to find. However, the worst aspect is that there is no concierge/porter service between 10pm and 8am - a real problem if you arrive after hours. The immediate area is convenient for the Vassarely Museum but is otherwise not conducive for walking and there is evidence of much vandalism eg of bus-stop shelters. The studio apartments are clean and basically equipped but small. The three star rating is generous.

Aix can be pretty expensive and particularly for parking. So we went a bit out of town to the Citadines apartments. Sadly, they were a bit run-down, the place felt a bit like a school camp lodge. The staff seemed a bit over it as well, and the breakfast area wasn't very tempting. Also, the bus stops at about 9.30 so theres' a bit of walking to be done (at 4k or so, its possible, but...)

just I had the probleme for finding the hotel I think there was a better adresse .

Meet our requirements as arr. midnight. 20 minute walk to town. Great bus service to town and back if you didnt feel like walking, right at the gate! Studio room was clean and good facilities (as far as Europe goes!) Double bed was a King - fold out bed setee. But it was very comfortable - surprising. Definitly would stay there again. We are in our mid 40's

The Citadines in Aix was well taken care of and the staff was bilingual which was helpful, given my rusy French. The room was clean and spacious and the facilities at the hotel were awesome. There are only two complaints to be made: one is that it wasn't really very close to the city center, but it's okay because there are two bus stops near the hotel to take you right to town. The second bummer was that the bed in my room was actually a pull out couch. These things weren't a problem for me, but I could see why some people might find it irksome.

Quite a good hotel/serviced apartments. We had a room with a double bed but by the time you fold the bed out (it's a sofa bed) unfortunately most of the space in the room is taken up. However, this is made up by the fact that there is a very spacious balcony. Room was extremely hot though as it was Summer and when we asked, we were told the air conditioning doesn't work. We didn't want to leave the door open because of mosquitos, so unfortunately it was a bit stuffy in the room. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and were able to help with all our queries. Facilities that we found useful were the laundry, pool, table tennis table and also a drink machine. They also had a good (free) internet connection. About 3km out of town, so it was either a 20 minute walk which was very easy to find the route, or else the bus stops directly outside the hotel as well. A kitchen was very handy for cooking meals (and saving money) and a 5 minute walk will find you a supermarket, bakery, cafe/pub and also a newsagent. All in all, a very good stay and if we go back to Aix, we would definitely stay there again.

we liked the suite & conveniently near highway; but have to drive or long walk to center and impossible to park in center. the breakfast was not even a reasonable "continental b'fast" at 8 Euros/person [children charged too]. Also you will be charged a small city tax upon arrival.

Endroit calme situé aux abords d'Aix en Provence avec parking. Bon rapport qualité prix. Studio tout confort avec (petit) écran plat. Mériterait par contre une petite rénovation.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel de la ville d'Aix-en-provence.

Belles résidence située dans un quartier résidentiel paisible. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible par les bus 4 et 6 (arrêts tout proches). Nous avons eu un deux-pièces spacieux avec petite terrasse. Serviettes et produits d'accueil en suffisance, mais kitchenette pas complètement équipée : pas de poêle ni de grande casserole. Attention : contrairement à ce qui est dit dans le descriptif, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Parking gratuit, mais non protégé. Accueil très aimable.

voiture indispensable. dans les chambres les doubles rideaux et rideaux sont vieilliots et inutiles. pourquoi un canapé lit plutot qu un lit? fort potentiel mais mal exploité

Ruhige angenehme Lage nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer Service nur 1 mal in der Woche zu wenig. Freundliches Personal inkl. Putzequipe. Parterre Wohnungen sind eher ein Loch ringsum dicker alter Hag die Sonne hat keine Chance das Zimmer zu erhellen. Zimmer könnten etwas freundlicher heller gemacht werden Dürfte jedoch einmal ein bisschen renoviert werden Betten oder Bettsofa wie vor 50 Jahren

corescte bonne piscine mais panne de courrant le dernier jour dommage le frigo avait ben dégivré mais le personnel en était pour rien...a conseillé dans l ensemble pour un cours séjour

E' opportuno andare quando non fa troppo caldo perchè se non potete chiudere le finestre vi portate in camera tutto il rumore della vicina autostrada. Se poi siete "fortunati" e vi beccate un black-out (evento non raro sembra) vi trovate anche un generatore in giardino. Ma l'hotel è carino, le stanze sono ampie, anche per quattro con due figli come eravamo noi, la piscina è un plus di valore ed anche il servizio internet gratis in camera (finchè c'è la corrente) e wifi nella hall sono buone cose. Comodissimo per prendere l'autostrada (vedi anche il problema) per avignone-arles , ma anche per marsiglia. E poi Aix è una città molto carina e ordinata. Hotel consigliabile, anche per il buon rapporto qualità.prezzo.

w hotelu brak klimy,więc trzeba otwierać okno, a za oknem autostrada i na okrągło jeżdżące głośne motory, pokojówkę w tygodniu widziałem raz i to gdzieś na recepcji, pani w recepcji znała tylko kilka słówek po angielsku i nie potrafiła o niczym poinformować, ponad to przez dobę nie było prądu, więc z lodówki trzeba było wszystko wyrzucić. aby hotel 3 gwiazdkowy w dzisiejszych czasach nie miał agregatu prądotwórczego? porażka!!!

L'hotel est tres bien , le personnel attentilf et agréable. Il reste tout de meme a faire un ertain effort pour revoir la qualite des couchages . Un petit point retauration serait à envisager car si on a paqs de voiture ce n'est pas tres pratique pour dejeuner. sinon tres bien dans l'ensemble.

l'hotel est situé à + de 30 minutes à pied du centre ville. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le style un peu "viellot". Les petits déjeuners sont tout juste correcte vu le prix!! Un peu cher pour le confort.

Hotel et chambre très propres, petite piscine ensoleillée avec transats, les espaces communs pour prendre le petit dej par exemple (int/ext) ont un cadre très agréable même si un peu restreins. La chambre avait une mini terrasse, mais le lit soi-disant double était un canapé dépliable qui ressemblait plus à deux lits simples côtes à côtes. Un peu excentré du centre ville d'Aix pour y aller à pied mais idéal si en voiture (5min). A recommander!

Bon rapport qualité prix (nous avons bénéficié d'une nuit gratuite). Joli chambre bien située. Les moins: canapé lit pour dormir... Insonorisation mauvaise, dès 6 h du matin, on entend les gens se préparer!

locaux fonctionnels et très propres. calme dans secteur résidentiel accueil agréable rendu par du personnel soucieux de satisfaire le client

the hotel they have everything you need, the bus station, supermarket, in the nearby . only pay attention to the bus time table, it is easy to go to Aix-en-provence.

It's comfortable and tidy. Also contain kitchen with the basic cook equipment. However, the distance from center is 30 minutes walk, and must take the bus, and you know, bus in France sometimes strike temperately. The service in reception is not good. They are not patient to answer all the questions you ask.

Das Frühstück fand ich für 9 Euro recht teuer und es gab nichts frisches aber frisch gebackene Waffeln,dass was schon toll.Ansonsten alles da was man braucht um gut satt und zufrieden zu werden.

l'appartement est vraiment vieillot, murs décroutés dans la salle de bain, trou dans la porte des wc.il ne correspond pas à la presentation photo et c'est dommage.Bruit de la douche de nos voisins , qui sont rentrés tardivement , et l'isolation est completement absente .l'appartment necessite une urgente renovation pour qu'il soit proposé dans cet état à la clientèle , ce n'est pas normal .

Zimmer etwas klein aber ok. Sonst alles ok. Preis passt.

l'accueil est plutot froid mais professionnel, la chambre conforme à la description le lit de la chambre est très mou la salle de bain aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation appartement bien équipé, seul bémol: il manque une grande casserole (nous étions 4 et faire cuire des pates pour 4 dans une petite casserole est un vrai défit....) dans l'ensemble l'hotel est correct pour le prix

Goed hotel ruime kamers,vriendelijk personeel. 1 minpuntje verschoning van handdoeken kan beter. Verder was het top.

très bien indiqué. Choisi car j'allais à la fondation Vasarely tout à côté. Attention côté parking le soir en rentrant nous avons pris la dernière place sur le parking ! Sinon tout à fait correct dans le rapport qualité prix. Fonctionnel et propre.
