No one was at the front desk when I entered, waited approx. 10 minutes. Room was not that clean and has not been maintained. 3 of us in the room but they only had 2 bath towels. Breakfast was ok. Probably will not stay here again.

They gave me a room that was already occupied. Overall the place is quite rundown.

Called to confirm there was a working pool, and tr customer service agent confirmed with the hotel but when we got there, the pool was locked and hadnt been approved yet. Large rooms but the TVs didn't work.

I was suprised for the price that I had a spacious room. Refrigerator/micro wave. It was clean. Now for this price don't be expecting decor to be updated, etc. I didn't like the bed spreads but pillows were comfy. Desk clerks were very nice and helpful!!! Will stay again.

POSITIVE: Desk clerk who checked me in was very helpful and had a great customer service attitude! CONCERNS: 1. TV remote did not work. 2. Bathroom tiles, electrical outlet and walls around sink not clean. 3. Female employee working in breakfast area has attitude problem. She was offended that I did not want to eat the cold waffle that was sitting since before I arrived in the dining area. When I told her I wanted a freshly cooked waffle, she made a displeased facial expression, grabbed the plate with the cold waffle and threw it approximately 6 feet behind me into the trash can, which was loud and very unprofessional, especially given there were two hotel patrons seated near the trash can. Very unacceptable behavior!!

I was actually reluctant to stay. I had reservations at the Embassy Suites for the next several nights but there was no room there for one night. The room was shabby, and not clean. The sconce over the counter had wires hanging out so we were afraid to turn it on. There was used soap left in the shower. There was a complete kitchen but not one plate, bowl, cup, glass or any kitchen supplies at all. I did check for bed bugs and did not find any or I would have left.

Stay was conveineant but really needs some updating... Beds were comfortable.Couch was a little soft and hard to get up from.

Ithe only reason i rated a 4 and not a 5 on hotel condition is cuz I noticed the tubs are really bad there peeling they look really old but everything else was pleasent

This was my second time at this hotel, and my room was not nearly as nice as the first stay. It was very dirty, and the floor of the kitchen was actually sticky! I like the hotel overall, and the breakfast is quite good, but I was disappointed with my particular room this trip!

The staff was friendly. There was a limited continental breakfast. There wasn't a lot of hot water. The room was clean but a little outdated. Still worth what we paid for it per night.

I couldn't shower for 2 days!!!!!

Unhappy staff who seemed tired and bored. Rooms were disgusting. Smelled like bleach. Broken windows throughout hotel. Old and beat up rooms. Doors have huge gaps and do not hang right. Stained refrigerator. Guest was throwing up at 5 a.m. after night of hotel room party. Noisy most of the night. Exterior doors like motel. This is not an "inn and suites." If it were $50/night okay but $90? Blech.

it was good big room

Hotel staff were the best part of the stay, they were all extremely friendly. The hotel itself was ok, its old and could use some TLC. The suite should have been enough room but we were pretty cramped, the bedroom door couldn't close because the beds were in the way. Also we had to seek out bedding for the pullout sofa. Bathroom had mildew. Honestly if I were in a cramp I would stay again but if it were my choice, I would not stay there. But if you are ok with old then this place would be fine.

Stayed there with my sister. Stuff is a bit old and a bit dirty. Bed was comfortable but had a hole in the bedspread. Kitchenette was dated. biggest benefit was cost and location. Breakfast was late to open and coffee was pretty bad.

They never found my reservation. They showed me in three different rooms after we checked in, They sold my room again and some one with a key tried to come into our room at midnight. Very scary for us and for him. They did give a partial refund the next morning. Personel were very nice. Breakfast is very scarce.

I would not include this hotel on your website. Just bad.

Old dingy linens blankets. No TV in Bedroom suite. No HVAC unit in bedroom. Had to run HVAC on high to get sleeping room warm. Breakfast is horrible - Al starches , no protein. No cups, plates or cooking utensils to use in the kitchen. I never saw a security guard patrolling despite the easy access to the rooms. Did not feel safe.

Its an average hotel. We stayed in a room with Kitchen. No utensils were provided. The stove, fridge and microwave were very old but usable. The cleanness was average. It was a room with 2 beds. One bed had hairs in the bedsheets and was not at all clean. The other one was clean and the bed also was nice. The shower and bathtub were small and congested. Overall the hotel is trying to improve under new management. Its not a bad hotel to stay for couple of nights.

Stayed in Nashville for 2 nights for a PvD concert. Room was kinda small. Outdated lights, comforters, bathroom. Sink is on inside room with the toilet & shower. Fridge is super-small, so a cooler helps greatly. All in all, If you don't mind the occasional random call from room service, or the 10 min drive to town, then this is a fairly decent deal!

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and appliances are very old and warn. Worked fine as an overnight stay for convenience, but wouldn't want to spend any time.

Cheap, get what you pay for. Decent location & comfortable bed. Bathrooms are below average. Water in the toilet kept running , room smelled funny. TV cable was going in & out. Probably was a great hotel 20 years ago. Now just aged.

We reserved a room with 2 double beds. We were provided a king with a sofa sleeper. There was not bedding for the sofa sleeper. The bedding we obtained from the front desk had large holes in it. The comforter on the king bed had holes as well. The kitchenette consisted of a fridge and microwave. The stryofoam cups were not wrapped and had impressions dug into them. The walls had patched holes that were not repainted. There were cobwebs in the kitchen.

It was a comfortable hotel. A great value. Very happy to have found this hotel especially since it was close to my meeting.

Horrible. Stay away. Booked non smoking but got smoking. Toilet plugged when we arrived. They gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves. Dirty rooms. Broken locks. Two cracked mirrors. Garbage in room. Appliances from 1970s. Breakfast very small and unappealing. Used tinfoil in oven. Toilets not clean. Hair in shower. Outside doors with lots of road noise. Do not stay here.

Hotel was clean, very convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Apparently under new ownership, my granddaughters and I had a nice, uneventful stay. I will definitely stay here again, as we visit Nashville frequently!

Friendly but not real fast check-in. The property and room was clean, but aged. Overall, I felt I received my money's worth.

The room was okay at first view, but the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Then we saw the mattress, EW, yellow spots all over it ! The pillows were way to big and weren't comfortable at all, I didn't even sleep with a pillow nor did I sleep with a blanket because it was so gross. The hotel wasn't too far from downtown but not close enough to pay for a reasonable taxi ride.

The hotel had recently changed hands from a Ramada. It was near a highway that could be noisy for some. Location is not easy to find if you don't have a GPS. I thought it was an OK place to stay.

Had to make a last minute trip to Nashville, and this hotel was a great find. The room was spacious with a separate living room and full kitchen. The rate included breakfast that was very good. My room was not as clean as it could have been, but not bad, and certainly worth the price.

Best thing was being close to BNA

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was close to car and hotel close to destination. Rate was reasonable. Breakfast was limited; Only fresh fruit option was an apple, nor was there orange juice. Breakfast opened at 6:30, which was a little late for my needs, but okay for my spouse. Conference at a hotel near by provided a fruit, danish, juice and coffee breakfast, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

IIt fit my needs very well. I did like the fact it had a separate area with a kitchen and full size fridge. Wasnt the prettiest of rooms but the beds were very nice. I give it an overall 10!!

Price was reasonable and room was nice.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. A little out of our way but very enjoyable. Our conference was about a 15 min drive to downtown.

My boyfiend and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. We were on a budget and just needed somewhere to sleep. The room was dirty with stains everywhere; from the carpet, bed linens, to the bathroom walls, tub, etc. While waiting for a cab, in the neighboring motel parking lot, we saw a serious altercation between a large group of people. Hotel attendants wouldn't even call the police; said "It happens all the time." The area is definitely not safe at all. We will NEVER stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car.

This was a last minute decision after shopping all day we didn't want to drive home. First we didn't get the room we booked, they did give us another room next door. Second the toilet overflowed and we had to call the front desk. Third there was NO hot water that night or the next morning. Fourth the hairdryer in my room was broken and I had to take my wet head next door to dry my hair. I will pay more next time to stay anywhere else but here.

Obviously an older hotel, but well maintained. We booked a suite and couldn't have been happier. Quiet, clean, roomy. Would definitely stay here again just for the room. Hot breakfast was just hot waffles & a toaster, plus standard continental fare (donuts, bagels, cereal). But the suite has a kitchen, so next time we'll bring our own eggs & bacon.

I thought for the price and the money savings from staying at a high end hotel, why not try it. We were greated with a smile and a very nice gentleman. He was very helpful. Could not ask for a person to be more friendly and nice to you. Room was very easy to find. First thoughts about the room once entering was it is better than expected. There was a smell in the room that was from being cleaned. It was not a dirty nor musty smell. The TV was out-dated. (no flat screen TV) Channel selections was about what you expect from any hotel. Had HBO. No in-room movie rentals. Bathrooms were clean and maintained well. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Had good soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board (full size ironing board) was in the room and all operational. I am sure some people would find alot more things wrong but for the money and location I would stay there again.

Looks like they are fixing up the rooms inside first, then painting outside and updating. Hotel desk staff very nice, clean room, did not care for painted bathtub as paint coming off. Very comfortable bed, nice room, fair price, but WONDERFUL LOCATION if you want close to Grand Ole Opry complex and shopping center. Clean!
