We would recommend this hotel to anyone Easy access to the Boston transit system..We will be planning a return trip for a longer stay.

Very nice hotel. We stayed there the night before we traveled. the shuttle bus was great. They dopped us off at the blue line and picked us up on time. Also was on time dropping and picking up from airport. The only thing I was not aware was they charge you $20 a night to keep your car parked there.

I loved the fact that it's pretty much in the airport and walking distance to the T. The price is very reasonable and the convenience is excellent. Breakfast was great too. Made to order omlets, pancakes, waffles. Highly recommend.

By far, this is one of the cleanest and biggest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. We used this hotel as an overnight hotel before taking flight from Boston Logan Airport. They have a great selection for the continental breakfast, while their restaurant has a good selection and good tasting food. Another plus is the FREE 5:30 - 7:30 cheese, crackers, chips and nachos, and veggie bar with full soft drink, juice, and coffee bar! All in all, 5 out of 5 stars. Again, we did not expect such a wonderful stay! Awesome.

Pleasant hotel, overpriced, but right next to the airport and all of the hotels there are basically the same price.

It was great. Just what i needed arriving at midnight after a long flight.

We used this hotel because it is close to the airport and car rentals...yet we couldn't hear any aircraft noise. We were really pleased with our choice; the subway (known as the T) was 5 minutes walk across the lovely Memorial Park. despite signs saying the park closes at dusk, it doesn't, and is well lit, with plenty of people about, even after dark, so it felt very safe. There is another park adjacent to it, both were great for running/walking. The hotel also has a reasonable fitness room with 2 treadmills, a cross trainer and weights (plus a small pool and hot tub). The breakfast was excellent, as was the manager's reception (which runs from 1730 to 1930), which includes crudites, dips, crisps, cheese and crackers, plus non alcoholic drinks - brilliant! The suite itself was great - comfortable bed, nice bedding, spacious sitting area with small sofa, easy chair, desk, fridge, sink, etc...plus TVs in both rooms. The bathroom was good too - shower over the bath and doors into the bedroom and sitting room. Our only issue was when we arranged to keep to room on (at 25 dollars an hour after 1400) and were phoned twice to ask when we were checking out, waking us up before our night flight. Otherwise I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival but that was probably the best part of our experience. Location is great if you want to be close to the airport and there are also restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Everything was a bit dated looking in the room and the living space had uncomfortable furniture. The stopper for tub in our bathroom was broken and completely pulled out of the tub and the hairdryer was broken. Mini fridge was leaking water. Overall convenient location if you fly in to Boston late at night or if you fly out of Boston early in the morning but wouldn't recommend staying here for an extended amount of time because there are better options for the value in Boston.

Embassy Suites are known for quality service, good pricing, terrific accommodations and huge breakfast buffets. The Boston Logan Airport Embassy Suites has all of that plus a very helpful staff that not only greeted us with warm, freshly baked cookies upon check - in but provided take out menus when hunger hit at 1 am and room service had ended. Fast, clean, professional and a great location were in abundance at this facility. Even if you are traveling to Boston Proper the location is a five minute walk through a beautiful park to the metro. Takes you directly to the commons in 15 minutes. Definitely check it out.

My wife and I surprised our two boys with a trip to Beantown. We have stayed at other Embassy Suites properties before since the included breakfast and manager's reception have have been blown away. This property overall was average. While the staff was courteous and attentive, and the convenience to the Blue Line Airport Stop was a short walk through a local park, the mattress was if we were sleeping in a pile of quick sand. The only firmness of that mattress was at the edge! When I inquired about the internet, it was $9.99 for 24 hrs. In this day and age of large companies nickle and diming travelers, it would be nice to have it included in the room. Other Embassy Suites and hotels of similar quality include the internet for free. Perhaps this property needs to rethink this policy.

ES provided excellent support with van pickup late at night. On following day the 'valet service' was extremely helpful with our luggage and directions. Breakfast service was clean, fresh, plentiful, good. We would stay again.

Once I was able to locate the hotel it was a really nice experience.

I couldn't have asked for a cleaner hotel with very nice associates with it being close to the train lines and the airport. Had an amazing breakfast buffet & had a great time browsing the mfa in boston before my flight!

About a $20-$25 taxi fare into the city, could take the shuttle to the airport and get less expensive transportation.

The hotel is next to Logan airport with a very convenient shuttle. The rooms are really well designed to maximize space, and were particularly convenient for travelling with a 16 month old. Only negative was a slightly noisy air conditioning system which seems to be common in many hotels.

My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by the Boston Airport over the weekend and while the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good we were pretty unhappy with the functional state of our hotel room. We reported our A/C not working and maintenance came up to fix it, but it was frozen over so we had to leave it off for 1-2 hours and open the windows. If this was an isolated incident it would not have been that much of an issue, but this became an annoying cycle constantly repeated over the two days that we stayed in the hotel.

Across street from rental car facilities. Must navigate construction. Valet parking only ($35). Hotel staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Hotel interior clean, neat and updated. Going to downtown Boston requires using tunnel ($3.50 toll each way).

My husband and I brought our 2 young daughters down from Portland, ME for an overnight get-away. The pool was perfect entertainment for our little ones as well as the park just across the street from the hotel - it had a wonderful playground! The hotel is next to the airport, so not a lot of places within walking distance from the hotel, but there was a T stop just on the other side of the park that we took to Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was perfect for our little ones - it had good variety for everyone. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great stay!

The hotel is located on the airport property, so the shuttle arived very quickly. I was able to check in early and they were more than helpful with providing an area map and instructions on how to ride the subway, which is only across the park (5 minute walk). The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were nice and comfortable after a long day walking and site seeing. I liked we had two tv's so watch different things when we wanted. The breakfast was very good and they provided a nice variety of things to eat as well as an made to order omlet bar. They had cookies at the front desk and an evening reception with cheese and crackers, fruit and chips and salsa. I will more than likely stay here again when I return next month. I don't think there was anything we didn't like about our stay.

I was disgusted that they wanted an additional charge of $9.95 per day for internet use. Seems like gouging when our internet service at home is only 25 bucks for the whole month. The hotel itself is fine, and the shuttle service was very good, but the location is odd. It's surrounded by rental car lots and freeways. You'll need to use the shuttle to get to the T or airport, not a place for those who like to walk. The breakfast was also very good.

It was a shame you charge for parking at the hotel when you have an underground garage that has plenty of room for parking for your guests. This hidden fee will be the reason I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Quiet and clean. Staff is great and goes out of way to be helpful.

Despite saying there is a parking garage, this hotel requires that you valet park and currently charges $35 per night !

I booked the hotel for functional reasons but honestly I could have happily stayed a while. What stands out for me was the customer service. The fellow at reception was really professional. I felt greeted, valued and informed as I headed to the elevator, key card in hand. The gentleman who brought our room service was personable and polite, great service. Breakfast was extensive for a complementary one and the environment really nice for breakfast. The beds were heavenly, i was tired but really... these were very comfortable beds. Thumbs up from this traveller!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained. The staff was excellent, helping us with any question. We had one issue with a lunch in the restaurant and it was taken care of promptly. The central lobby and restaurant are light and open, giving a very open feeling to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding...not your average cereal, toast and juice. My only hesitation is the slight hassle in transportation. In order to get to the subway, you have to take the shuttle to the airport and then the silver line bus to the metro station. It will take about 30 min total and can be a bit annoying. But that little detail (so nice not to have to rent a car) would not prevent me from choosing another hotel next time. This hotel would be my automatic choice and I would look forward to going back.

The room was clean, well-appointed with an amazing view of the Boston skyline. I did not get the best night sleep as the bed was not comfortable for me. Be aware that there is little parking available and valet seemed to be the only option at an additional $35.00--with that said, the valet service was easy to use and the staff were helpful and efficient. The included breakfast was outstanding. The variety was great and the omelette station was a welcome treat. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating.

For the one day that we stayed there we realized that we would come back again and again my husband and I agreed it to be our new getaway spot and we think it should be yours too.

The only reason we stayed here one night was to catch an early flight in the morning. I can't think of any other reason to stay at the hotel. It's a nice enough hotel with good facilities and an impressive breakfast buffet. The furniture in the room was ok. The view was of dumpsters, parking garages, rental car lots, and nothing else. But, we just needed a place to avoid an early morning commute and it was perfect for that.

We travel across the US for business so we really have perspective on what makes a great buiness hotel. Clean, friendly, valet only available parking - but car was pulled up in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was busy with tourists, but the selection was extraordinary and there were places to sit where you didn't feel/hear the crowd.

Good hotel rude agents on check in and also at check out took shuttle service to airport train station heat was off on bus weather was in the 20 s and driver went to fed ex before we were taken to train station

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the continental breakfast which was free was great! When we needed an extra bag or shampoo they brought it to us right away. When we went out at night the shuttles conviently took us to the train station. It was a wonderful stay and I would return to this hotel again!
