Very clean, comfortable--staff accomodating,helpful. We walked to the Boston T station from hotel, so easy access to anywhere you would want to go in Boston. Rooms were clean, quiet. Breakfast was very good--lots of choices. Liked the lobby area-plenty of cozy seating areas.

Hotel was pretty good. Rooms were spacious,king bed was soft, sofa bed was better than expected but not for heavy people. Pool was 3 1/2 deep so great for little ones, and wasn't over populated. Buffet was excellent for not being a restaurant. Didn't like the price of (no optional) Valet Parking. No free internet service (pay per device)though AT&T costumers can get free internet. As for location its close to the airport, can be a quick drive to the city but the cab rates and garage fees are over $20 and leaving the airport cost a toll of $3-$5 depending on what tunnel you take. Overall I would stay at this Hotel again for a next day flight but not if I plan to spent my time around the city.

My stay at your hotel could not have been better, the staff was wonderful, the hotel itself was gorgeous, the breakfast buffet was off the charts!!! The housekeeping personnel was excellent!!! I come to Boston every April and am looking forward to staying at your hotel again and again, I will never stay at another hotel as long as I come to Boston

The hotel itself was better than average, it lives up to the Embassy Suites name. We had a king suite, which was perfect for 2 adults and one 14 year old boy, so we could have our own spaces. Everything was clean enough and seemed nice. There was trouble with the elevators. The first day only one of three was working, and the rest of the weekend seemed to have intermittent troubles with only two working. For only having 10 floors it was a really annoying wait. Normally I'd just take the stairs, but I didn't want to lug luggage up 7 floors, and they were also not clearly marked except maybe 'employees only'. Things were a bit loud, and not from being by the airport. The sink really just made us laugh - using the sink in the bathroom made the sink in the other room gurgle, but it wasn't bad. The tv always came on at a really high volume and seemed to have a 'too loud' or 'too quiet' volume range. Air conditioning/heat was a bit loud, but it almost always is in hotel rooms. Overall, it was not unexpected. Location. We were not far from the airport and there was a free shuttle. This would be convenient for anyone going to the airport or catching public transportation into the heart of the city via the airport (which we did one day and it was great). The biggest surprise was a $35 per day parking charge. There was no other parking option given to us than valet. The hotel was surrounded by rental car companies and there was no street or lot parking that we could find. In the end, we could have stayed closer to the convention center at a higher priced hotel and spent less money overall. Food. Complimentary breakfast was great - a good number of options to start the day. We had dinner there one night and it was tasty and not too much more than a typical casual dining restaurant. A variety of Sam Adams on tap. Overall, it was fine enough, but if we hit the convention next year we're staying elsewhere.

Convenient for quick access to the airport. My family stayed here the last night of a lengthy trip to Boston and nearby before flying out of Boston. The location was great for this, however the rooms were a bit run down. Not all of the elevators were working properly making it a lengthy wait to get down from the higher floors - particularly in the morning with many going down for breakfast, and trying to leave with bags. Wouldn't suggest this place for a lengthy stay in Boston, but it was good for a last night stay.

The only reason we picked this hotel over other airport hotels is for the nightly reception that Embassy Suites always provides with a nice buffet of appetizers and complimentary cocktails. NOT THIS ONE! No free drinks and a few chips with some dried out cheese slices does not make a "reception"!

Loved the Hotel until checkout. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the valet gave us a nice military discount but upon checkout I found that they gave my invoice to another unpaying guest to see all my peronsal info.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious liked that it had a seperate living room. Location is a 5 minute walk to the subway but other than that not much around. The pool was dissapointing, only 4 feet deep all around.

Don't stay here unless you're coming from the airport! It was super convenient for that, especially if you're one who wants to pay for Valet, but otherwise, parking and getting in / out of the airport is a headache (this hotel is technically within airport grounds). And I wouldn't pay for valet if I were you, there is PLENTY of parking just on the other side of the permanent fence in East Boston, where you can park free at between 6pm and 8am (perfect for me since I went on business). The breakfast in the morning was great, great. Omelettes, pancakes, waffles, bagels, cereal, whatever I wanted was there :) And the hotel was SO comfy. The room was large, the living room was great, and the bathroom was also great. Water pressure was a little weak, but whatever. My TV was a little fuzzy on NBC (haha) but no biggie, didn't stay in that much. East Boston is pretty cool, and the location is right next to the tunnel into the city. It's also a short walk away from the subway if that's your thing. Overall, hotel was great. But next time I go to Boston, I might stay in Downtown to try something different. Yet this location was great, just great!

Chose the hotel for a weekend in Boston before driving to New Hampshire based on the proximity to airport and MBTA plus the free breakfast. The location is within walking distance of the "T" which allows easy access to Boston. Accross the street from Dollar rental car terminal made it convienient to pick up my car after my Boston weekend.

Surprisingly close to the city for an airport hotel. Very conveniently located with proximity to the T - either by short walk or free shuttle right to the station. The great value (free breakfast!) could only be improved by free wi-fi, which some others have indicated was available on promotion at some other time with Hilton Honors, however it was not made available to us during this stay. If we are travelling to or from the airport we will definitely stay again, but for visiting the city we will probably stay somewhere with free wi-fi for the convenience of travel planning.

They charged $32 to park the car from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Excellent room, food & fitness facility. Great shuttle service to & from Logan airport.

This hotel had one of the most helpful staffs I have ever encountered, from the valet to the desk clerks to housekeeping. Everyone wanted to make sure I had what I needed. Their management should be proud of their customer service.

Perfect location for first time visitors to Boston or seasoned veterans. Short walk to metro to get you to any sights you want to see. Staff helpful . .

Paid for a "King" suite and got maybe a queen bed. The mattress had more peaks and valleys than the rocky mts. On the flip side the breakfast was outstanding and the staff verry courteous.

Great value! Clean, comfortable room. Complimentary Happy Hour appetizers and full buffet breakfast was a bonus!

One short night, but it's well insulated, never heard any planes until we lft at 10AM. Sheets very nice, god pillows.

After the toilet water ran into the bedroom they moved me to the room next door and it was better no smell.

Very large room, great price for facilities offered, large breakfast buffet, quiet location albeit close to airport, convenient shuttle to/from airport, city centre easy to get to by public transport, friendly staff. Would stay there again for this price. Shame there wasn't free WiFi though...

Most hotels that offer free airport shuttle are pretty pricey. We had a lovely suite with sitting room, micro/fridge, large bedroom, and large bathroom. A fantastic breakfast including made to order omelets was included. A spacious lobby had a bar and nice restaurant. The staff were very helpful getting our luggage and a taxi for the evening. Would definitely use again if rates were comparable.

Hotel was convenient to car rental lots. Not much else to see/do in the neighborhood. Hotel has restaurant and bar--nice features when you check in late at night. Downside is parking charge--$32.00/night!! My advice is to pick up your rental car the morning you check out. Hotel has a shuttle that will take you to local destinations for free. That is what we will do next time.

I was flying out very early the next day and this is one of the best hotels near an airport I've stayed in.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and food at bar was good. A few cookies on the floor but Embassy Suites always have kids so it didn't bother me. The breakfast was great!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for a suite. The suite was laid out very well, comfortable for meetings and living.

We were in Boston for three days to visit family. Initially we were overwhelmed with the 200 kids from the UN event at Harvard and the front desk was not helpful untilnthenam shift where Alisia the front desk person troubleshot several minor issues that made the experience great. The whirlpool was out but other than that the trip was pleasant. I've been to better Embassy Suites but this one was satisfactory.

Friendly attentive staff. Close to the airport. Rooms need to be refurbished. Restaurant and lobby areas also kind of tired. It was acceptable but the airport Hilton is worth the extra $20. Pillows were uncomfortable. New flat screens in the room. Would be my third choice at Logan after the Hilton and Hyatt offerings.

Super convenient. If youre just flying in, rent your car the morning after because it's on airport ground's but has 38.00 only valet only parking.

We were flying in late and wanted a place to get to quickly and get some sleep. The hotel was perfect. Took the shuttle, slept, woke up to a great breakfast, rented our car from a rental place across the street and ventured on. My only wish is that we had stayed there the next night instead of paying twice as much to.stay downtown for the same comfort and service. I won't do the same next time. Only about a 5-10 minute drive to the heart of downtown.

The check in staff was not friendly nor was she very helpful. We asked if the hotel has a parking lot, the staff was clearly annoyed and replied there is only valet parking which was only $35 a night. We found out that eventhough parking spaces were limited, they were free right outside the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice but we are not going to stay there again. There are so many hotels in the city. We prefer to stay where the staff is nice and welcoming.

The restaurant was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes to get a burnt hamburger. The Hot Tub was not working. The front desk was very professional and the location to the airport was great for a 6:30am flight

We travel in and out of Boston frequently from London and then travel to Maine where my family live. We landed on a friday night late (10:00pm) and checked out by 10:00am the following day. The hotel itself was fabulous and the room was lovely after a long day of work in London before a 7.5hr flight. However, we left my husbands wedding ring by the sink. When in NH i called and admitted we had left this and the reservation personell sent a staff memeber to check that it was there. It was there and i asked if we should turn around or they could mail it otherwise, if there was a safe for the item to be placed until we came back the next week. The reservationist reassured me that the ring would be safe and it would be at the front desk when we came back through to fly back to London. We came back through 3hrs before our flight departure the next week, giving an hour to pick up the ring before going to the airport and the front desk did not have the ring. They didnt know where it was and their staff memeber was on holiday. Nightmare. All of a sudden no one has access to certain locked drawers by which my husbands ring may or may not be in. After nearly 40minutes of waiting, and a few tears when they asked the value of the ring (How do you replace such an item?) they were able to break open severeal locks and give us the ring back. It was the longest wait though wondering if we would ever see it again. We cant be the first people to leave an item behind in a room, total communication breakdown and lack of access to these 'safes' given we were reassured the ring would be waiting for us on our way back through.
