Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino - بالم بيتش

The marriott is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, etc. I was a little disappointed about the size of the fridge in the room. I bought 3 regular size bottles of water and they did not fit in the fridge. Buying food, drink, etc at the Marriott is extremely expensive. It would have been nice to go to a nearby store and buy some things, but no place to keep cold.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Marriott. Our Ocean View room was very comfortable, spacious and surprisingly quiet at night. Great to have 2 sinks in a vacation bathroom. The service and amenities were top notch. Doesn't hurt to have one of the island's best casinos in the hotel. Unfortunately, you can't get away from people getting up at dawn to save their poolside and beach spots with towels, but we were able to get good spots each day regardless. The only downside is that the hotel is the farthest north among the highrise hotels, but only a 10 minute walk or short cab ride to some shopping and restaurants. Overall, had a great stay at the Marriott.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pools and beach are perfect. We stayed in the premium ocean view room and the view was amazing. The room service was amazing. We ordered a few things over our week stay and it was such a treat. The cafe in the lobby is quite a hot spot. AMAZING desserts and donuts and sushi. My only complaint about the room is the pillow are horrible. They are down and they get super flat in 2 seconds. Also, the sheets are like sleeping on notebook paper. I would think the Marriott could afford some nicer sheets! There are just a couple things I would note for people looking to stay here: 1. it is at the very far end of the beach. Every service, food, drink, snack in and surrounding the hotel is very pricey. If you want to find more reasonable prices you have to walk down the beach a ways. If you take a cab anywhere it's more pricey since you are at the very far end of everything. Next time we would probably stay more in the Hyatt area. It's more in the middle of everything.

My boyfriend and I spent six nights at the Marriott and had a wonderful stay. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. As with most nicer resorts, the food was expensive, so we brought snacks and bought groceries for breakfasts and lunches and only went out to eat for dinner each night. If you're in the mood for a movie, a 3-D film at the nearby cinema was only $5.50 per person USD. The local shopping complex also seemed to have free entertainment in the center courtyard most nights. If you like iguanas, watch for the daily iguana feeding at the Marriott building next door where you can feed lettuce to them if you'd like - one of the highlights for the two of us who love animals!

Nice hotel well maintained staff very friendly very accommodating. Room was very clean and nice pool. Beach huts seem to be a hit or miss

The Marriott Stellaris was a wonderful resort. The resort was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Once we mentioned that we were in Aruba for our anniversary, one of the staff had a bottle of champagne sent to our room on our special day! How nice was that! We would choose that resort again!

My wife and I stayed on the "Tradewinds" (club) floor. Our room was clean and bright but definitely not luxurious. Internet access was unreliable. Hotel, pools and beach were crowded Thanksgiving weekend, even at the "private" beach reserved for Tradewinds guests. Other guests we spoke with indicated that it was no more crowded than most other Caribbean resorts. Hotel staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Great ocean views, nice adult pool, small casino.

My wife and I selected this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. After completing the check in process I asked the front desk clerk where the elevator to the guest rooms were located. She replied that she did not know and had to ask someone. Once we made it to our "Premium Ocean View" room that was supposed to be a king bed we were highly disappointed to find out that there was no ocean view and that there were two queen beds in the room. I called down to the front desk and stated that I paid hundreds of dollars extra for the "Premium" ocean view over the "Partial". They gave me attitude and said that they would relocate me to another room after putting up a good fight. We moved to another room that at least had a king sized bed however the ocean view was still really no more than a partial view at best. The layout of the hotel really doesn't give you an ocean view unless you are in a suite on the end. Most of the view is looking at the pool or palm trees. So, save yourself some money and go for the partial view as all of the rooms have a balcony with fairly the same view.

It was wonderful. Hotel was so beautiful and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Our room was great. Pools and pool area , location of the beach was wonderful. Shady trees and huts to keep you out of the sun if you want. Truly an enjoyable- relaxing trip. Hope to go back there again next year. Saving our money now...

Extremely clean hotel and room, very friendly staff, everything you expect from a Marriott. Helpful concierge. Location is great at the end of the strip on the beach. 2 pools, 1 is good for quiet and relaxing and the other more lively with a swim up bar so however you're feeling they have it covered.

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We recommend to all. Restaurants had great food. No need to leave this resort. The adult pool is a paradise with helpful staff - thank you Jorge. One recommendation - wifi in the room woulld have been helpful. We would only stay here next time we come to Aruba. Many thanks.

Hotel was nice but the price for food and drinks in the hotel were ridiculous. Have to leave the resort to get respectable prices.

Marriott hotel in Aruba is in a perfect location. You don't need to go anywhere since you have all you need there. Wonderfull beach, great swiming pool, peacefull place. The hotel is fantastic and the service is the best you can get. Congratulations to Marriot. This is by far the best hotel service I've had so far.

The hotel was great! The staff was even better! The location was pretty nice being that it was at the end of the line of hotels. From the moment I walked into the hotel to the moment I left I could not think of one negative thing to say about the whole experience. I definitely will be returning to this hotel and Aruba in general in the future!

We stayed here for 4 nights, in a "limited view" room in the south wing (room 717), which gave us a great price. The limited view was actually amazing - we could see the beach, ocean, and ships looking out. Only if you looked down you could oversee the new adults only pool they are constructing (should be ready very soon!). In the north wing the limited view would have been of a new hotel being built next door, but probably Ocean view too. You could hear some construction sounds, but not bad and finished early. Could also hear music coming from places down the way, but it usually was over by 10pm or so. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, loved the bed, very mini fridge we could put some snacks in, and great connections for all IT and A/V needs. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, this was the best thing. The pool was great, with really comfortable lounge chairs in sun or shade. Many iguanas hanging out by the pool. The beach was soft white sand and you could walk far into the water without it getting too deep. There is an annoying process of needing to reserve beach palapas/chairs in advance if you want to be sure to get one, but we would normally just set up at the pool and walk to the beach for awhile. The on-site store has gifts, clothes, sunblock, rafts, souvenirs, chips, ice cream, water, and other snacks. The raft can be blown up at the activities center on the beach. You'll pay $10 to buy one, or $5 per day to rent one! There were several restaurants on site. La Vista is good, but feels pricey for what you get ($17 for penne bolognese, $16 for a burger & fries, $23 for buffet brunch, the best deal). Simply Fish was also pricey, but fancier food and the setting was *amamzing*. You sit about 2 yards from the ocean, feet in the sand, listening to gentle waves lap on the shore. Gorgeous! Beautiful room and very nice and spacious bathroom. Great swimming pool and nice beach. It's about an 15 minute walk along the beach to nearby shops, malls and restaurants.

Beautiful setting & hotel very nice. Wasn't able to get Wi-Fi in the room which was disappointing even though we'd have happily paid for it. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL/RESORT TO ANYONE WHO IS VERY PICKY. YOU WILL NOT BE LET DOWN IF YOU STAY HERE!

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Aruba immensely. The hotel is lovely and the service excellent. The people are very friendly. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been shuttles to the airport. Other than that, everything was great.

I would have liked the room to be 5 degrees cooler at night - I had to sleep without covers it was so warm! Also, one night at 12:30 a loud noise woke me and when I looked out the window, I saw it was someone shooting mosquito fog around the foliage. I realize during the day there are people there, but there has to be another way. Also, I have never had to pay for internet before. I got a card for 40 minutes and the business center was closed on Sunday, so I had to finish my card trying to use the computers in the hall. I could not sign into aol or use the "mouse" at all - wasted all 8 minutes. Our room was beautiful though and bed comfy.

We had a great stay, only one thing to mention. The mattress top need attention. I'm not sure if it was a feather pad ??? But you had to sleep in the permanent indented area of the bed. Both myself and my husband had back aches by the end of the week. Service as excellent through! Room was very clean and probably the largest we have seen on the island. We would stay again, just maybe ask them to remove the mattress topper. LOL

While we loved the Marriott, we were extremely disappointed in the room view. It was that of a construction site and dumpsters. We had booked a Island/Partial Ocean View. Partial Ocean View was there, but Island view was horrible. The desk reminded us that is what we booked. I didn't book "dump site". We had to pay an extra per night and I had booked two rooms. A big chunck of buget gone on that one. Internet was a problem. We paid extra but couldn't get it in our room. Knowing all this, I would stay here again because the cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful, nice size casino, breakfast, although a bit on the expensive side for buffet, was wonderful with many choices.

Achei razoável minha estadia razoável e não voltaria. O hotel, apesar de novo e moderno, é enorme e muito impessoal, com um lobby escuro e frio, não combinando com o clima caribenho. Localiza-se em Palm Beach, que, contrariando a opinião da maioria, não me convence como o local ideal para se hospedar.... A praia é péssima, e para usar a infra-estrutura do hotel, você usará uma praia de agua extremamente turva, em toda sua extensão. Além disso, este hotel (e me disseram que vários outros desta região) cobra 25 dólares para o uso de suas palapas (guarda-sol de sapê)....fiquei indignada por pagar uma diária deste valor e ainda ter q pagar para usar a estrutura de praia do nosso próprio hotel. Durante a noite, é ligado o sistema de irrigação do jardim, e não sei que água eles utilizam, que faz com que o hotel se transforme numa verdadeira fossa, impossível circular pela piscina e jardim após um certo horário da noite devido ao cheiro insuportável de esgoto. A limpeza também deixa a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. Deixei a caixinha do sabonete no boxe, no primeiro dia, e de lá ela nunca mais saiu.... até os fios de cabelo que caem durante o banho, permaneceram por lá.... A cama e os lençois são muito brancos e confortáveis, e o quarto todo também é muito confortável. Não experimentei o café da manhã, mas no lobby tem uma boa variedade de produtos para um desjejum rápido antes de partir para qualquer praia bem longe dali.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Serviço formidável, com todos os atendentes cordiais e educados. No entanto, não gostei da praia do hotel, pois a água não me pareceu de boa qualidade. É a segunda vez que vou para Aruba e a segunda vez que fico em Palm Beach. Na primeira ocasião fiquei no The Westin e aquele pedaço da praia também não era boa. Na verdade acho que a praia de Palm Beach deve ser declarada imprópria para o banho, pois o cheiro da água não é nada agradável. Apesar de estar em um hotel de frente para a praia, eu e minha família acabávamos indo de carro para Arashi e Baby Beach, estas sim, praias paradisíacas. Faço esta observação. Em relação ao hotel, de maneira geral, excelente.

Excelente, em todos os sentidos. O hotel atendeu às expectativas da família (já conhecia outro da rede). Bons restaurantes no próprio hotel, o que dispensa a necessidade de sair para comer, embora o preço seja alto. Talvez devessem aumentar o número de palapas free por dia, pois elas acabam rapidamente. Em resumo, muito boa a nossa estada em Aruba, no Marriot Stelaris. Com certeza, foi uma ótima escolha.

Muito boa. O hotel tem piscinas ótimas, atendimento muito bom, limpeza impecável. A praia é ótima, e os passeios oferecidos são indispensáveis. Mas prepare o bolso, pois tudo é extremamente caro. Desde refeições no hotel até compras e passeios.

Maravillosa, gran hotel, perfectas instalaciones, comida muy gourmet, gran playa!!!!!!

Acho que o hotel poderia investir um pouco mais na área pra crianças, já que e um resort com forte apelo familiar. Uma brinquedoteca, piscina infantil, algo do tipo seria bem interessante. No mais o marriot e excelente, creio que o melhor da ilha.

Suuri, moderni ja siisti hotelli, jossa mm. seitsemän ravintolaa, kuntosali ja kaksi tasokasta uima-allasta. Maksaminen onnistuu USAn dollareilla, kuten myös muualla Aruballa. Hotellissa osaava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ravintoloissa hyvää ruokaa, joka hinnoiltaan Suomen tasoa. Hampurilaiset ja pizzat alkaen n. 15 USAn dollaria. Allasbaareissa drinkit alkaen 9 dollaria. Hotellissa myös pari elintarvikekioskia, joissa melko kallis hintataso (esim. 1,5l vesipullo noin 5 dollaria). Hotellilta pääsee vaivatta paikallisbusseilla keskustaan, pysäkit hotellin edessä, ja yhdensuuntainen matka maksaa 1,25-1,30 dollaria (riippuen bussista) ja kestää n. 15 min. Hotellin läheisyydessä Palm Beach Plaza ostosalue, jossa mm. muutama merkkivaateliike (Salvatore Ferragamo ja Lacoste), paikallisia ravintoloita, tunnetuimmat pikaruokaketjut sekä elintarvikekioski, jossa hotellia halvempi hintataso. Suosittelen kyseistä hotellia!

Confortável tem 2 piscinas( p adulto e criança). Nao é a melhor area da Praia porque tem muitas algas no fundo. Creio que Hyatty tem praia melhor e esta na frente do centro comercial com lojas e restaurantes. Fiquei em uma linda suite mas toalhas de banho muito pequenas. Acho que quem gosta de piscina e sossego Marriot é ideal mas praia,areia e shopping Hyatty com certeza.

Excelente Hotel, limpieza muy buena, gran calidad de servicio y a pesar de que está un poco lejos de los comercios de la costa se llega caminando perfectamente. Viaje con mi esposa y mi hijo de 9 meses y no tienen un servicio destinado para bebes a nivel de alimentación pero fueron muy atentos y me brindaron toda la ayuda necesaria en especial las chicas del Restaurant la Vista (Lilian y sus compañeras excelentes). En términos generales es un excelente hotel, piscinas y demás áreas muy buenas y bien cuidadas, mi única incomodidad fue en la playa, ya que fui en varias oportunidades y no pude conseguir una sombrilla disponible, además deberían incluir dicho costo en la tarifa de la estadia, de resto lo recomiendo, muy buen hotel.

hotel muy bonito y comodo la habitacion un poco caliente el aire no enfria bien, la atencion en linea general es excelente sin embargo la comida del rest de la playa muy mala y mal atendido, por otro lado la playa tiene problemas de filtracion de aguas servidas tiene un hedor horrible!!!!
