Needed place to stay while there on business. VERY comfortable and quiet! Plus the fridge and microwave was nice for quick bite of lunch and relax while on break. The southern exposure wind protected pool and jacuzzi that were heated (even tho it was February!) plus and complete privacy of surrounding beautiful hills of sage with hawks flying overhead -that was over the top! would definately stay there again ...if i had a reason to.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, it is definitely dated. The decor and furnishings were definitely old and very different from what is typical. The breakfast was good...that was probably the best part of our stay, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Good coffee and amazing made-to-order omelets were a surprise with the continental breakfast. We left with a great taste in our mouth, literally.

All the little things are here. 1. Easy location 2. Easy walk to room 3. In room suite with comfortable bed, free and quick wifi, and desk with outlets on top. 4. Good shower pressure 5. Custom free omelet for breakfast (plus extra) 6. auto lights in room 7. plenty of nice restaurants across parking lot 8. very friendly, professional staff 9. "Housekeeping! Housekeeping" up and down the halls all morning in case you sleep in. Thank you thank you. Clearly, whoever designed and operates the place actually travels on business. I'll be back.

We were looking for a place to stay after a day trip for a reasonable price. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We took ourselves twice to the swimming pool to relax. I think this was the highlight of that trip. Like I said, a true hidden gem in Orange County. If I even get a chance to stay, I'd do it again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning is controlled byb a thermostat on the wall in a place tht is hard to see. The front desk person did not know how to make the air conditioner work so we spent one very warm night there until the maintenance guy came up and showed us where it was. Very clean, big room, nice area, good place to stay.

this is one of the nicest hotels that I have every stayed at. I love the set-up they have where the beautiful flat screen TC acts like a computer!! In addition, the bed was so comfortable. They also had a wonderful HOT breakfast where you could make your own egg mcmuffin. This was very convenient for me as I was attending a medical conference nearby at Mission Hospital @ 8:00 AM. Staff courteous and very professional. I cannot recommend this place enough AAA+++. Thank-you and see you when I attend my next conference!

This was a last minute selection for a business trip to Irvine and it worked out great. It was easy to find and close to my destination. It is a technology friendly hotel, with wifi and great in-room internet access through an integrated PC/TV system. Bedding comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay here again as well as recommend to others in the area.

We showed up thinking it would be a bit of a hole, the breakfast blew me away. Waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, cakes/donuts, it was definitely not expected, especially for the cost. The rooms were nice, very large fridges and the tv/computer setup was amazing. Has games preloaded on it that you can play online, internet speeds here were faster then any hotel I've ever been at, you can use Netflix or any other online services. The neighborhood is nice and clean and not too far away from the freeway. Took us about 30mins to get to the beach, and there is mall/shopping just minutes away. This was an astonishingly fabulous place to stay, will be staying here from now on! Thanks Prominence!

This hotel suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, had an ample hot breakfast, and plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and readily assisted us with directions and maps. We would happily recommend it to others with similar needs. Our room was clean, and the kitchenette was perfect - especially for a family.

Very clean and well maintained. Quiet area but still close to everything you need. Breakfast was great and constantly being monitored and supplied so you didn't have to be lucky to get a hot breakfast. Probably my new go-to place to stay in the area.

This place is great. We stayed for six days in July. The rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping is friendly and awesome. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful and offered candy and chocolate chip cookies. Seriously, who does that? Awesome touch. The lobby is decorated in Amethyst crystals and always offers a complimentary newspaper. The morning breakfast is fantastic. Rivaling most continental breakfasts in the land! This isnt really a complaint, more of an observation. The pool looks kinda like all the construction guys brushed off their hands and said, ok all done here, and took off. Then, the last guy out notices a blueprint that's stuck to the fast food bag on the floor of the truck. The blueprint reads, "Awesome Pool". He panics! He erases the part that says Awesome, and calls some of his buddies over. He pays them a grand each and the bust out a quick pool in the back parking lot. No problem. Yeah, this place is great. Kids loved the pool, etc. Go there.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at the Prominence. From check in with Sa-ul, who also called a cab company for us, to check out, the stay was extremely pleasant. Great place for a night or two, close to many Orange County destinations, but not a crowded area.

I really liked this hotel. There are a lot of little restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. The staff was very nice and attentive. The free morning breakfast was only ok, but I don't expect too much anyway. The bed was comfy and having netflix in the room was great! I'd much rather have that then HBO. My only recommendation would be that they get remotes for their computers in the room. It wasn't too fun watching a Tv show on my Netflix and having to get up every 40 minutes to put on a new episode. It's not a big deal...it would just be nice to be able to sit and stay sitting. Also I would NOT recommend using your rooms coffee maker. In the morning I decided I wanted to use the in-room coffee instead of the coffee available at the breakfast in the dining area. But there was a hair inside my coffee pot! Who knows how long it's been there and the last time it was cleaned?!?! Gross!! I went without coffee that day. No biggie but still pretty nasty. And there was a hair on the side of the tub from a previous guest. I'd feel better knowing the tub was being cleaned after each guest. Other than those things I thought it was a really great hotel. It's far off the freeway but you tend to get better quality that way.

Stayed with two kids in room . While the room was spacious and clean, the pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on (even for kids). Breakfast was a ok...some cereal, eggs, sausage , typical hotel food. A bit farther from freeway than anticipated but right next to a Subway and Starbucks, and plenty of free parking. Overall good value for money and would definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Due to flight and car rental delays, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30 am. I had prepaid my room but of course they need a credit card when you check in - 40 minutes after handing my card to the clerk she still couldn't figure it out. I was exhausted and found this very annoying. I suggested we take care of it in the morning since I was staying 4 days - NO she could not allow that. Took over 1 hour to get checked in. Other than that the hotel was okay - my room had worn carpeting and it didn't look like they changed the sheets before I arrived - hair from previous occupant! I liked the internet access from the tv a lot. Breakfast ok. Workout room is 2 treadmills - of which one works. I would not stay here again.

Very impressed with the hotel. It was located in the area we needed to be in. It was clean and the mini suite was quite nice and comfortable. It contained a small kitchen and seating area and dishes and utensils are available if needed. The hotel also takes dogs for only an additional $20. You couldn't tell if anyother dog had stayed in our room....very clean and odorless! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable....would recommend a stay there.

We love hot breakfast, especially when it includes hot waffles. If you prefer starbucks or 7-11, they are nearby, as are some fast food places. The parking lot is arranged such that every space is close to the door. Each room has internet tv, so you always have something to watch. Too bad the pool was closed, we wanted to cool off on the trip.

Located a bit out of the way, but very quiet, clean and a most helpful and pleasant staff. We reserved their "King Suite", and the sofa-bed in the living room just barely fit, and wasn't the most comfortable. But everything else was efficient and just right. The unit has a generous kitchen, and they provide full utensils on request.

We experienced a very pleasant stay at the Prominence. Staff was courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very nice place, stayed here before. It is very clean, close to activities, and mor importantly, our kids and grandkids! Comfortable rooms and decent pool for the kids.

I was plseantly surprised when I arrived at out room. It was much better than I expected. It was roomy, bed was comfortable, clean, and great location. I expected continental breakfast, but it was full breakfast. Great place to stay with the family.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but for the price, it was great, and the service was very good. I would stay there again.

My wife and I love to travel to different hotels in different cities, put on some party music, mix some alcoholic beverages and dance the night away. The Comfort Suites have flat screen televisions in every room, and all of them are connected to the internet at no extra cost. Rather than listening to the alarm radios with bad reception, we were able to listen live on the internet through our tv! By far one of the best hotel party nights we've experienced...and there has been a lot!

Worth the money with only a couple of quirks. The GOOD: - Clean room - Tastefully decorated - Large flat screen TV - Free Internet on the TV - Immediate access to Netflix movies for subscribers(the best feature!) - Friendly Staff - Ample breakfast items at the free continental breakfast - Large refrigerator (not one of those tiny hotel ones) The bad: - Suite smaller than expected - Bed could have been more comfortable for the money. - The pool was not heated or so it seemed

　こじんまりしたホテルですが、玄関入り口から沢山の花達に出迎えられ、手の施されているホテルと最初から予感しました。 私は間をあけて、６泊しました。 従業員の方たちも明るく、親切で長期滞在にも向いていると思いました。 サブウエイ、スタバが隣接されています。 周りの環境もとても良くて、カリファルの青い空の中、散歩も気軽に出来ました。
