My husband and I loved this hotel, it is very cute and cosy. The Murano chandeliers give it a romantic touch. i would highly recommend it to my friends.

Great hotel, the island is an ideal spot to stay away from the main bustle and high cost of the city centre. Lovely boat ride across. Close to transport. Nice hotel, was with parents and we were split between the 2 sites but they are just up the street. Highly recommended.

We we're pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The decor is wonderful. Never in all my travels have I seen a hotel with such charm. Just be prepared to travel lite because like Venice you will have to walk from the canal to the hotel, about 5 minutes on cobblestone streets. Breakfast was basic but good. The rooms are nicer than the pictures. You do have to climb stairs.

The hotel was great. If you plan to stay here, you should keep in mind that it takes 20 min or so to get to Venice by vaporetto, which was fine for us since we were here for 3 days and had plenty of time. The hotel shampoo was great! The A/C worked nice and strong!

nıce and cute place to stay. the woman ıs very nıce and helpful but the man ıs a jerk. avoıd hım. make sure the key to the outsıde gate works before you leave. check the ferry tımes because hotel ınfo ıs not completely accurate. cheers.

We were looking for a romantic get-a-way and this hotel fit the bill. It is located on Murano, away from the crowds, and among the people who actually live on the island. In the days we stayed there, we got to know many shopkeepers and many locals. The hotel is beautiful, with nice details. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was typical. We were there in mid-March - no crowds, a little chilly, and a little out of the way. Still, we would stay here again in a second.

The hotel was clean and attractive. Unfortunately the location is something to be desired. It is on the island of Murano which is an expensive water bus ride away from Venice. The water buses stop running from most stops on Venice to Murano at around 9pm, which means you must somehow get to the Fondamente nuove stop in order to get back to the hotel at all. Also, there is no 24 hour reception. The doors to the hotel lock at midnight, and they provide you with a gigantic key to open the front door. Unfortunately our key didn't work, so make sure you double check that yours does. We tried unsuccessfully for nearly 30 minutes until we broke down into tears and by knocking loudly on the door were able to wake up an unfortunate woman on the second floor who let us in. This hotel is not for young people, or those people who wish to stay out past 10pm at night.

Staying on Murano was great. It was not crowded, especially after people visiting from Venice went back for the day. That being said, much did close when the last boat left for Venice. The hotel itself is really cute, but could use some improvements. The deck sitting areas really were not cleaned or kept up when we were there. The breakfast is really basic, but enough if you go to the grocery, which is close, to get fruit. Our room was a basic room, but we were in the attic, and would not be good for anyone who was tall, as the room was very short. The bathroom was out in the hall, which I knew beforehand, but it was really small, and very hot. Also, there was a huge wet mark that continued to grow and smell like mildew as we stayed, it was disgusting! When we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, so we had to leave our keys in the room.

Nicht sonderlich empfehlenswert. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, man hört alle angrenzenden Nachbarzimmer bei jeglichen Aktivitäten. Sehr sehr schlechtes Frühstück, mit eingebackten Zwieback und eingepackten schlechten Croissants.Dachbodenzimmer wo man eine Gr. XS und unter 1.70 , sein oder tragen muss, damit man irgendwo durch kommt.

L'hotel è carino e ad un passo dal vaporetto. La zona circostante è silenziosissima. Il servizio è ridotto all'essenziale ma efficente. La colazione è l'unica pecca perchè proprio misera. La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti. Peccato che nel totale silenzio esterno sia stato decisamente avvertibile il rumore delle pompe dell'impianto di riscaldamento poggiate sopra il solaio della nostra stanza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane comunque ottimo e la cortesia del personale indiscutibile. Consigilato.

Après avoir visité toute la journée Venise et s'être enivré d'architecture et aussi de foule touristique. Qu'il est bon de séjourné sur une île où les enfants vont à l'école où les habitants vivent à "leur" rythme. Cependant l' isolation acoustique entre notre chambre du premier étage et celle de l'étage au dessus ne permet pas de préserver l'intimité d'un couple amoureux. Des travaux d'insonorisation à prévoir. Sinon le service et l'accueil sont parfait.

Hotel agréable, calme absolu loin de l'effervescence de la place St. Marc. Le petit déjeuner est trop sommaire.

The hotel was clean and confortable, eventhough the room in top part of the building has windows only in the ceiling and it is a bit dark. The breakfast was a bit poor but acceptable. The personel is kind and available. The hotel is located in a quiet environment, far away from the chaotic venice, but still the connection to the city center is very good. You may enjoy nice dinner at competitive prices in the evening, eventhough not all the restaurants are opened in the evening.

I was in the attic double bed room and everything was ok except noise problem from next room. I could listen every small details from the next door. I guess the wall is not thick enough for privacy. Breakfast is bit disappointing for the price I paid but air-conditioning and clean room are ok

Atendeu plenamente ao esperado. Muito confortável, limpo e estruturado.

Opholdet på Hotel var rent afslapning for os, personalet var venlig , værelserne var fine ikke mindst toilet forholdenne var MEGET fine. Hotellet var lidt svaært at finde men det belo opvejer fa de fine forhold, Hotellet levered helt op til vores forventninger og kan varmt anbefales.

Hotel muito agradavel, confortavel, com decoraçao de bom gosto.Box do chuveiro um pouco apertado,pra não dizer minimo,mas no geral ótima estadia!

Läget lämnar en del i övrigt att önska, men om man vet att själva Murano dör kl 17.30 så behöver man inte gå och lägga sig hungrig.. det finns ju restauranger i Venedig. Hotellet helt OK.. rent, snyggt och fräscht. Vårt rum verkade nyrenoverat och låt i ett annes. Hela hotellet verkade f.ö. ha karaktären av annex, men funkade bra för våra behov... d.v.s. någonstans att sova under vistelsen i Venedig. Färjorna in till stan gick "som på räls" så man behövde aldrig känna skig strandsatt på Murano.

Fine hotel but is far away from the center /(Venice island) with last boat leaving Venice about 23.00. A trip takes about 20-25 minus. Hotel price is good. Internet costs euro 30 min and 5 euro for a hour. Breakfast is ok. Murano island is very nice but if you are in Venice just for a couple of days try to find something on the main island.

Ho fatto di quest'albergo il mio punto di soggiorno quando visito Venezia. Stare a Murano è tranquillo e molto conveniente per la città e l'aeroporto. Le camere sono gradevole e l'ambiente dell'albergo accogliente.

si vous cherchez le dépaysement et le calme, c'est bien malgré le fait que la chambre soit petite, pour rendre les clefs en partant nous n'avons trouvé que la femme de ménage car la reception était fernée. Autrement si vous aimez les moineaux, ils viennent partager votre petit déjeuner !!

Ruhig gelegen auf der Insel Murano ist der Aufenthalt hier angenehm und günstig. Die Zimmerausstattung ist Standard und sauber. Achtung Zimmer 13 und 14 sind Dachkammern !! kosten aber den gleichen Preis !! Sehr eng und nur Dachlukenfenster ! Kein Problem war der Tausch des Zimmers gegen ein geräumiges mit Klimaanlage und großem Fenster. Das beste am Frühstück war der Kaffee. Alles in Allem aber für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig zu empfehlen

Murano is very charming by it's own right. You won't find many foreign tourists, as most here are italians having a second home here or (lo and behold) permanent residents. It's very quiet and the fondamentes are almost empty in the evenings. The hotel was very charming with it's small hallways and staircases. Our room felt like an old venetian living room, with a spacious bathroom. Depending on how you feel about wall-to-wall carpets (bathroom was tiled), it appeared clean and tidy. Not much to see from our window though. Italians in general don't make much of a meal at breakfast. From our experience, a full continental buffet is only served at four or five star hotels. We were served cornettos, toast, cereals, yoghurt, juice, milk and coffee. The terrace is very cosy and don't be suprised if your fellow guests throws a 'boungiorno' at you. The staff is very hospitable and nice. If you think the vaporetto is expensive, try finding a better hotel then Locanda Conterie in Venice at a more reasonable rate.

This hotel is very clean and cosy, but don't expect a suite, the rooms are quite small. Murano is a nice area, quite and less crowded than Venice.

très bon hotel rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre et agréable. Personnel OK Points négatifs: l'hotel se trouve à Murano à dix min. en Vaporetto du centre historique mais accès difficile en soirée. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hotel.

L'albergo è situato fuori del giro turistico, in una posizione molto tranquilla sull'isola di Murano. Si raggiunge Venezia con il vaporetto in 10 minuti. Le camere sono nuovamente decorate con l'AC, un bagno nuovo e lampadari di Vetro di Murano. La mia camera era comoda per una persona singola e di standard piu alto che si puo aspettare a Venezia per il prezzo e superano camere di alberghi di standard simile e anche piu alto. Il personale è molto sympatico.

Rummet var ganska litet men fint med tygtapeter på väggarna och grova bjälkar i taken samt vackra lampor av Murano-glas. Badrummet var stort och fräscht. Hotellet ligger bra till, tyst och skönt efter en dag i Venedig, 5 minuters promenad till båtar som går ofta. Hotellets frukost är typiskt italiensk med kaffe/te och söta croissanter. Hotellets personal är glad och vänlig men inte så himla bra på engelska.

Veldig koselig hotell på rolige Murano. Frokosten var nesten ikke-eksisterende, så den anbefales å spise et annet sted. Gode muligheter til å komme seg til/fra Venezia, og hotellet anbefales.
