Hotel Delle Nazioni - روما

إنه فندق إيطالي تقليدي والذي يقع بموقع جيد للغاية إذا كنت ترغب في رؤية المعالم السياحية الرئيسية أو تذهب للتسوق. يوجد ماء ساخن وفير ونظيف. وجبة الإفطار جيدة بالنسبة لإيطاليا. القيمة جيدة بالنسبة للأسعار. إذا كنت تريد الفخامة في هذه المنطقة سوف تحتاج إلى دفع الكثير. محطات سكاي التلفزيونية وأفلام وكرة قدم كانوا مكافأة لتلك اللحظات التي تسترخي فيها في غرفتك. الغرف الداخلية هي أكثر هدوءاً. كان جناحنا الصغير صاخب قليلاً من ضجيج حركة المرور.

كان كل شيء رائعاً باستثناء موظفة الاستقبال عندما قمنا بتسجيل الوصول كانت وقحة قليلاً. كنا على جدول زمني ضيق للغاية, وقامت بتجاهلنا لمدة 15 دقيقة بعد أن أعطيناها أسماءنا (لم يكن هناك نزلاء آخرين هناك, إنها بدت غير مهتمة بمساعدتنا!) عدا ذلك, فإن طاقم العمل كان ودوداً ومفيداً للغاية والفندق كان رائعاً. الموقع المركزي لا يقاوم!

Nice hotel...quaint..and good service. The breakfast included in the room rate was convenient and good. The room was very small but that was true in 3 of the 4 hotels we stayed in over our 12 day tour of Europe. We had a large beautiful balcony off our room where we spent one warm sunny afternoon. The location was fantastic.

This was a wonderful hotel at a great value. I wish I had stayed here the first few nights of my stay in Rome. I don't think you can get anymore centrally located either.

Nice place for its location. Basic comfort. Street noise can be an issue for light sleepers.

The Hotel Delle Nazioni was great! It's not a fancy hotel, but it is everything you're looking for when traveling to Europe. It's affordable, very clean, each room has their own bathroom, in a great location (very close to both the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain) and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They clean the room each day which is nice too. There is also a taxi stand right outside which is quite convenient as well. We stayed there the second week of March so it was nice and cool, but they did mention there was not any AC. It was not a problem for us, but may be so if you were to travel there in the summer months. Overall, I'd say I was very satisfied with the stay at the Hotel Delle Nazioni and would definitely stay there again when I head back to Rome.

overall good hotel, good location.. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were efficient if not overly friendly. Breakfast was reasonable but buffet was not restocked. Main drawbacks are lack of free internet and lack of an iron

Nice hotel although room was very small and couldnt control the heat.Ended up leaving the windows open as the heating had the room like an oven

Hotel is not in a great area. Hotel was fair at best. Rooms are hot and they smell. Would not go back

This hotel is located 2 minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The location is perfect for touring Rome. The hotel staff was friendly and our junior suite room was spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Really liked this Hotel for a short break. The Hotel was less than 50 mts from the Trevi Fountain.. so within easy walking distance of pretty well all the main sites . The staff were really friendly . The rooms were fine .. not too small which you sometimes find in mid range city centre hotels and with decent bathrooms and beautifully maintained ... only slight issue was that they were a little warm (even in Dec )... on the other hand surprisingly quiet given the location ... breakfast was continental but included some warm dishes .......... overall very good value

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The hotel amenities are lovely, but the staff-particularly the front desk personnel- made our stay exceptional. They booked a car and guide for us and we used the same service for our last morning and Rome culminating in transportation to Civitavecchia. Whilst we were dithering about dinner plans on our last evening, the concierge suggested "Alfredo's." He booked a table and called a cab and the evening turned out beautifully! Yes, of course I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel is the locaton, just steps from the Trevi fountain. The room was a good size, for Europe, our room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, simply for the location.

Hotel was in great location and walking distance to all major attractions. Room was simple and clean.

Great location. Stayed at this hotel twice. The first room had a tiny bathroom and even tinier shower. The second stay at the end of my trip, the room had a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower. The first room needs painting -the walls were scuffed and the tiny bathroom ceiling and shower were peeling paint. still great location, helpful staff. The free breakfast buffet was nothing special.

If you are in Rome to see the sights well then this hotel is perfect location. Come out the front door turn right go around the corner and there is the Trevi Fountain! Room was perfect, linen and towels cleaned and replaced everyday! Brekfast was very good! Could not fault this hotel or the location!

Great stay with our friends. Everything was perfect. Very clean, wonderful sheets, great breakfast and very helpful staff. My husband left some clothes and they were very accommodating about forwarding them. I would stay there again for sure. Location could not be more central and easy to find.

the hotel is central to all the main sights in Rome, 2 mins from the Trevi fountain, 10 to 15 mins to the Colesseum. We were upgraded to a top floor room with its own roof terrace and we loved the room. The hotel arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport and we travelled in style (black Mercedes) for the same cost as a city taxi, our driver even called the airport to check our departure, now that what I call good customer service. Only one bad point is the hotel restaurant, the food was not good and the staff could do with some training on customer service, they appeared completely bored! Reception staff were all friendly and I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

What a great location to have as a home base to visit Rome. Employees were a little less than perfect, but, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We actually slept better there than at home! We would surely go back to this hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. And the location.. it is very central right behind Fontana de Trevi .. The hustle and bustle around the fountain was just half a minute's walk away and yet the alley of the hotel was quiet and pieceful. Most of the world famous sites were within walking distance of the hotel and Vatican city was minutes away by rail. This hotel made our stay in Italy memorable.

The room was a little on the small side but a 6 foot wide bed was a factor - that said teh room was cleaned every day to a very high standard by friendly and conscientious staff. The air conditioning was excellent and bed comfortable. The shower was perfectly ok -but a bit of a squeeze- but overall the bathroom a good size. No kettle for tea making which I felt shodul be included, the minibar was very expensive. The shutters and double glazing on the window ensured it was a very quiet room . For us the main factor in judging a hotel room is cleanliness and i was very pleased with this. The reception staff were helpful and sorted taxi's - greeted us in a friendly but not over the top way - the location was perfect in that we were so central and could walk to all the main areas of interest. The breakfast offered a comprehensive selection bith hot and cold, cooked and continentail -plenty of it and good quality - i am puzzled why other guests who comment say that the breakfast was poor! I would definately use the hotel again.

The hotel was perfect! Location was fantastic and our family room was great and very comfortable. The only little setback was that we had a pram and had about 10 steps to get to our room, other than that I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all who like quality and a fantastic location and don't mind paying for it!

We had an excelent room with a verandah overlooking roofs and a small Piazza.The room was well furnished a clean.We had clean bed linen everyday.The Maid Service was very efficient.The persons on Reception were most friendly and helpful no request was too much for them .Train times coach times and attraction info was forthcoming.The breakfast area was well organised and well maintained,nice decor and friendly service.Food quality very good and plenty of choice.The restaraunt food was well cooked and very tasty.Superbly located for most attractions all in walking distance Great stay would recommend

Great location! Walking distance from most sites. Comfortable room and clean hotel. Breakfast was just average, but provided several options. We would stay again.

It was very pleasant. The room was quiet . We'were right next street to the Trevi fountain: to see it at 7 in the morning with the happy few and late at night ...

Great hotel for the location and we also were upgraded to a suite, so that probably skews my opinion. The front desk is a little surly sometimes, but overall they were very helpful. Great location too. It's really close to Trevi Fountain and walkable to tons of other locations.

Upon arrival for four nights we were given a first floor room directly over main hotel entrance. There was little privacy when curtain was open from both the street and adjacent office building. Immediately requested a different room and were moved to smaller fourth floor room the next afternoon. Staff were helpful, but certainly didn't go out of their way, breakfast staff cared little to be friendly. Attached restaurant food was not bad, but it was the worse service we had in our three weeks holiday.

The hotel was great - very clean, well air-conditioned in 100+ degree heat and very centrally located. My only negative comment would be that the hotel staff was not very friendly which was very suprising compared to all of our stays in other Italian cities. The staff in the breakfast room was particularly rude. Overall, hotel was great though (aside from staff!)

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The location is great. Close to all main attractions in Rome. The service and cleaniness of the rooms was definitely excellent. The front desk staff were extremly helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and have recommend to our friends.

Overall the hotel was satisfactory. However we booked two superior twin rooms but one was superior to the other. The less than perfect room was dark and had snails on the ceiling beams! Other than the reception and cleaning staff, other staff were surly and rude. Whilst paying for drinks at the bar. I accidentally knocked over and broke a used glass left on the bar. The barman charged me €5 for the breakage. Never known this before in any other hospitality establishment, so my warning to others would be to take care. The hotel is well located for all major attractions with the Trevi Fountain literally around the corner.

Our stay in the Junior Suite was great, we were in a fantastic location with our window opening up to where the action was and the Trevi Fountain literally around the corner! Even though we were on a busy street, the windows when closed made the room completely quiet. The suite was spacious and very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again, in this perfectly located hotel.

The location of the hotel is great; within short walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and the Colosseum. However, I have several complaints about our stay. Housekeeping repeatedly came into our room to clean, even though the "Do Not Disturb" placard was on our doorknob. Also, their much-hyped breakfast is mediocre at best and their coffee, which is from a Nespresso machine, is awful. You're better off going to a nearby cafe. Annoyingly, we were given no choice but to let the bellboy escort us to our room, pulling our single roller suitcase and show us how obvious things worked like the TV and windows. This put us in the awkward situation of giving a tip for help that was completely unnecessary. Finally, there's no hot water maker or alarm clock in the room. In conclusion, I enjoyed the neighborhood, but I would probably find another place to stay.

A great place to stay if you want to see it all in Rome, right by the Trevi Fountain, close to spanish steps, we walked to the vatican and collesium too. Overall a good hotel, just was dissapointed that wifi did cost extra at a hotel with a 4 star rating as we got free wifi in a hotel with a 2 star rating.

very close to trevi Fountain and other sites. didn't need public transport, walked everywhere, even to and from main railway terminus where we got bus to/from Airport. Good buffet brekie although only hot bacon and egg available.

Hotel is a great location easy to walk around to major sites. The room, service and staff was TERRIBLE, no A/C, rude and rooms were not very clean.

Just spent a week in Rome at Hotel Delle Nazioni and could not be more pleased with my choice of hotel. The location is obviously sublime, but more importantly, the staff was extremely helpful. Spent time locating a particular wine bar and charting out directions as well as supplying info for better, more local places to dine. Not to mention helped with figuring out train times from Rome to Naples and so on. Really, truly happy with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

This Hotel was recommended by friends and I can see why. Comfotartable rooms , courteous efficient staff and the ideal location for sightseeing trips.Most of the major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The Vatican City was only a €10 taxi fare away .

The hotel itself was centrally located. It was clean, the breakfast was good and the superior room was very nice. Some of the people at the front desk were not very helpful. At the conclusion of our stay we were asked to pay a Rome room tax. They only accepted it in cash and would not generate a receipt which made it seem a bit of a scam. While I knew there would be a room tax, I suspect they overcharged us. Because the hotel is so nice and the location cannot be beat, I will, however, stay there again.

The Hotel Delle Nazioni is located a block from the Trevi Fountain. It is a fantastic location for seeing Roma. When we travel, we spend very little time in our room. We look for a good location, cleanliness, a good shower and breakfast, a comfortable bed and helpful staff members. Hotel Delle Nazioni had it all! I especially want to thank Salvadore, at the front desk, for all his help! He made our visit extra special.

everything was at walking distance, and the hotel it self was very nice.
