The 3 Ls of any property. Superbly located with an equally good and courteous staff. Every known landmark and shopping was a stone's throw . Thanks Hotels.com. We enjoyed every moment.

Good hotel, great breakfast, good staff, perfect location. Rooms were on the small side but not unexpected for Europe. Good bath.

very good location,close to the river and to ponte vechhio bridge. could walk to all landmark areas. the front desk recommended a couple of good restaurants.

Sensational. Best hotel we have had the pleasure if staying in. Great location, warm friendly helpful staff, large room, clean and welcoming. Overall highly recommend.

The hotel is extremely clean and the furnishings are very nice. There are comfortable sitting areas throughout the hotel. The breakfast is great. The best food and coffee we had in Italy with both hot and cold items. And it is served in a ballroom with frescos on the ceiling and a view of the Arno on one side. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The hotel gives you a free welcome drink and appetizers in the rooftop lounge. And they provide bottled water free of charge every day. The only drawbacks are they charge a nominal fee for internet, and the beds are very hard. We spoke to the management about the bed and they put a pad on top of the mattress which helped some. It has a great location near the Uffizi and along the Arno River just steps from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Don't miss the rooftop terrace! It is a great respite after a day of sightseeing and has wonderful views of the Arno and Duomo.

The hotel is very nice overall. The breakfast is fabulous with lots of variety including scrambled eggs and bacon along with the European spread. The hotel is extremely clean and has gorgeous views of both the Arno and the Duomo. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and they offer a welcome drink of a non alcoholic beverage or beer, or prosecco. They also provide free bottled water every day - something you never see elsewhere. They upgraded our room this time to a suite at no extra charge.

This hotel along the banks of the Arno where the film based on the book by EM Forester 'A Room With a View' was filmed certainly lives up to all of our expectations . The hotel itself is conveniently located, just a short stroll from the major historic sites in Florence. The hotel staff are welcoming and most helpful. Breakfast is served in the most beautiful breakfast room. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Hotel and would have no reservations in recommending it to both friends and family.

The hotel is in a great location for sights, food and entertainment. The daily buffet breakfast was very good too. The front desk is very helpful. The only disappointment was the over all size of the rooms (to small). Otherwise, was very satisfied.

Great hotel,clean big rooms,lovely bathroom.Great views.The staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel was in the an ideal spot for all the sites and near many good restaurants and cafes.The welcome drink was a nice surprise and the breakfast very tasty.I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small problems with the lift but nothing serious. The breakfast was extensive and located in a beautiful room. Lovely patio on the top floor with views over the Duomo and the river. Would definitely stay there in the future.

I needed to access the Internet and it cost us 5€ per hour, then it didn't even work correctly. Otherwise excellent. Any modern hotel should include wifi. I will not recommend this hotel to friends.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location couldn't be better. Our only complaint was that it felt a little touristy. Lots of Americans there. But then again it was in the biggest tourist area of Florence. The location couldn't have been better. It was practically adjoined to the Uffizi Museum.

Absolutely wonderful with two big exceptions: 1) HORRIBLE water pressure. If you don't mind walking around with shampoo in your hair, then it's fine. 2) No control over AC in room. You have to call downstairs if it is too cold or too warm because they have disabled the in-room thermostats. Really a very nice hotel and very well-located but I don't think it's worth it for the money, and I doubt I will stay there again.

Nice hotel, good location. 15 minute walk from the train station. The best breakfast we had throughout all of Italy! Our bathroom was a little moldy but the room was fairly big with a real king size bed.

The Hotel degli Orafi is a great location and the staff was very helpful and the room were very clean. We were given an upgrade when we arrived and had an apartment style room, 2 levels, with a kitchen. The staff was very helpful in making reservations for dinners and museums. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to our friends.

The hotel is very nice and is in a great area of Florence, right at the base of the Pont Vechhio. It's within easy walking distance to just about anything you'd want to see in Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the hotel's rooftop lounge is perhaps it's biggest perk. There are views of the Duomo and the river, and free snacks come with your drinks. While I have only good things to say about the hotel, the price was steep ... though that seemed to be the case for most of the nice Florence properties that we looked at.

While I initially thought the prices for the Orafi were a bit steep, it proved well worth it. The staff at the Orafi were always professional, courteous, and exceedingly helpful -- in stark contrast to other hotels I stayed at in other cities in Italy on my trip. The breakfast was also quite good, and the rooftop bar/cafe is also well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, for both business and pleasure travel.

The hotel is located steps from all the major sights in Florence, but once you step inside it feels like a lovely quiet oasis. The staff is wonderfully accommodating with regards to room preference. If you like a view, they will try and accommodate you. If you prefer something quieter (the rooms with a view face the street, which can be a bit noisy), they will also find something for you. The rooms in the main hotel are beautifully appointed, with lovely carpets, drapery and padded headboards that match the bedspreads. There are also rooms in the tower which aren't quite as lushly appointed, but they are mini apartments, with kitchens and separate living rooms/dining rooms. So depending on what you are looking for, request accordingly. The breakfasts are wonderful, with a range of choice of eggs, meats, fruits, salads, breads and pastries. Even better is the rooftop bar, with an amazing view of the duomo and the palazzo vecchio. This is a lovely,comfortable hotel, and I would stay here again in a minute.

I spent five wonderful days there. It is walking distance to all the must-see sights! It's impeccably clean with friendly unpretentious service. The dining room had a view of the Arno and the buffet breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

What a lovely hotel experience! They sent the BEST driver to pick us up at the airport; I asked for flowers in the room for my aunt's birthday- and they were the MOST GORGEOUS long stemmed roses awaiting us; our room looked out onto the Arno river and we swung the shutters open every morning to watch the morning rowers; the rooftop bar was this great place to unwind with an amazing view; the staff was superior- smiling and friendly and obliging to all that we asked for. The hotel was absolutely close to EVERYTHING. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal hotel in the most gorgeous city. Can't wait to go back. Hotel degli Orafi is where I will always stay!!

The hotel is very conveniently located between Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Our room had view of the Cathedral Dome. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated with fresco ceilings and view of the river. Sets you in the right mood for exploring Florence. Would stay there again. Not recommended for visitors coming by car.

I wasnt 100% sure of the location of the hotel when we arrived in Florence and was pleasantly surprised that we were on the Arno, directly between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The hotel staff, lobby, etc were great and remind me of most high end hotels, but with this being an old Palazzo, the building itself had much more charm (though completely renovated with all the modern amenities). Zero complaints but I would like to rave about the breakfast. It was a huge international spread (eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, etc) in a room looking over the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Amazing.

Very fair price. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Will stay here again.

We just got back from a two night stay at the Hotel degli Orafi and I wished we had stayed longer. The hotel staff was very accomidating, the location was amazing (next door to the Uffizi Museum), and the rooms were large and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with many choices and the room where breakfast was held was beautiful. There is nothing I would change about our stay at this amazing hotel!

道路側の部屋でしたが、結構交通量が多く窓は2重でなく音がうるさかったです。 それ以外はまあよろしいのではないでしょうか。

Charmerende hotel tæt på alle seværdigheder, ligger utrolig smukt ned til floden med udsigt både ind over byen og ud over floden. Søde og venlig personale.

Si vas a llegar en auto asesorate antes de cómo llegar, es complicado porque solo podes entrar con el auto si vas por ciertas calles, ya que queda en pegado al PONTE VECHIO.

Et lille fint hotel med en perfekt beliggenhed, få meter fra den berømte gamle bro. Meget svært at parkere tæt på hotellet, vi måtte parkere i parkeringskælder på den anden side af broen. Fik et glas prosecco samt tapas serveret som velkomst på den mest skønne tagterasse med udsigt over floden til den ene side og byens tage til den anden. Værelset var meget småt, men bestemt hyggeligt. Dog udsigt til baggården, men da vi kun havde en enkelt overnatning og Firenze jo er en smuk by, som skal opleves, tilbringer man jo ikke tiden på hotellet. Morgenbuffeten var den bedste vi oplevede i den uge vi var afsted. Der var et stort og lækkert udvalg og blev serveret i et smukt dekoreret lokale. Et godt valg for en romantisk ferie, samt folk som gerne vil bo midt i alt det smukke kunst og kultur.

フィレンツエのホテル デグリ オラフィに2泊しました。ロケーションもホテル屋上のバーからの眺望も抜群でした。 客室はコンパクトで高級感はないものの、バスルームなどは機能的でした。 唯一残念だったのは、チェックインした際、トイレの便座が汚れていたこと（前の宿泊客が使った汚れが残っていた）。お部屋の掃除をしてもらった後も、トイレの床は掃除されておらず、がっかりしました。

有名なヴェッキオ橋のすぐそば。 ドォゥモもすぐ傍なので歩いて観光出来ます。 部屋の雰囲気も凄く素敵でゆとりのある素敵なお部屋でした。何と言ってもバスルームにアロマが置いてあって良い香りが漂っているのが小さな気遣いで非常に嬉しかった。 朝食はビュッフェですが、とにかくパンがおいしい！ staffの対応も非常に良く、また泊まりたいと思います。 私はユーロスターでフィレンツェに入ったのですが 中央駅からも歩けますし、taxiでも１０ユーロ程なのでその点でも便利でした。 このホテルはぜひともオススメします！

まず部屋がとっても広いです。洗面所も広く（シャワーのみ）清潔です。また一人１枚Tシャツのプレゼントとウエルカムドリンクのサービスがついてました。 なんといっても朝ごはんが素敵です！家族で朝から大興奮でした。 場所はウィツイ美術館のホントすぐ側でとても便利でした。今回止まった部屋がANNEX（別館）だったようでエレベーターの乗り継ぎがちょっと面倒だったのが・・・でも全体的に大満足です！

Bra läge på hotellet! Väldigt bra fruksot buffe och allmän service. MEN jag måste varna för sängarna! De är stenhårda och jag sov inte många timmar tyvärr på grund av detta! Det gör att jag tyvärr inte skulle vilja komma tillbaka. Speciellt då jag reste i jobb ärende och man behöver sova gott för att orka med långa arbetsdagar.
