If you want to have a good night sleep , you got it . The bed is so big and so comfortable. The room condition is good and bathroom is clean. We are very happy to stay here.

Airport Express (Single Journey Ticket) to Kowloon Station take 20mins + HK$90 then take free Airport Express shuttle bus K1 to Eaton Hotel (5mins). Walk toward Starbuck (2mins) and you reach Nathan Hotel. Tips: Ask for Group of 2 - single journey ticket if you are travelling with two or more people, for cheaper price. Nathan room come with King size bed, yet there are still spacious enough to open up three of my luggage. Room are big & spacious with 47" LED TV and free wifi. Bed are clean & comfortable. The Breakfast come with lots of choice and taste good. There is a starbuck on the lobby for coffee lover. The staff are very helpful, big smile and friendly. The location are well placed. 5mins walk to Jordan MTR Station, 10mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district and Mongkok night market. You can request to keep your luggage after you check out and collect it in the evening before you take the shuttle bus to the airport.

Good: large room (Nathan Grand room) for HK, location, ease of getting around, hotel that covers all the basics well. This is not the Grand Hyatt but does everything well at less than half the price. You will not find a fancy bar, or restaurant, or 5 star service, etc but if you only need a nice, efficient place, this is it. Bad: the worse part of the hotel is the restaurant service. The breakfast food quality was ok, with lots on the buffet bar but it may not appeal to everyone. Service was HK standard, where they seem to talk loud (i.e. yell) at each other when talking. Improve this area and the hotel might do even better. Oh, the freeinternet is horrendous. I would always lose the signal and have to log in over and over. Quite frustrating. Even going to the lobby require login again.

I was very happy w/ this choice and will definitely stay here again. From the Jordan MRT station (Exit B), it is a brisk 5-10 minute walk. The entrance is just around the corner from a Starbucks. The lobby was modern and clean and there are 3 lifts which move quite fast. All I had to present was my confirmation number and I had a room key within minutes. The room is not the largest but spacious enough to fit a queen bed w/ night table, a large writing desk, a suitcase table and a closet with electronic safe and small ref w/ minibar. The bed is firm but comfortable w/ 4 large soft pillows and 2 firm throw pillows. All the lights, music, air-conditioning, and door signs can be controlled from a touch panel on the night table. There is a late model 40" LED TV, with a few popular English channels (BBC, CNN, Movies, NatGeo, etc.) and Chinese channels. There are 2 free bottles of water w/c are replenished each day. The bathroom is very roomy and clean with a full size bathtub/shower. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and the usual assortment of toiletries. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and thorough but spoke very little English. The hotel even allowed me to stow my suitcase for free even after I checked out already. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a mid-priced hotel room that is right in the center of Hong Kong where you can easily access the entire city.

Really enjoy our stay at Nathan Hotel partly due to the room upgrade. The condition of the hotel is very new because it is just being renovated. The hotel staffs are very friendly especially Marco who recommends places to go eat, shop and see. Location is very convenient for tourist arriving on airport bus or Airport Express train.

The hotel staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of help during our stay with them. When I initially checked in, the wireless signal was very weak and when I alerted the front desk, they went up with us to our room and fixed a access point to boost the signal in the room. Very good service indeed.

Good services, close to alot of eating places, free wifi and starbuck is right in front of the hotel

The desk employees were very helpful and friendly but the hotel is tired and shabby. The room smelled musty and stale and that odor did not go away even after the AC was running the entire night. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom and no outlet in any of the rooms (we upgraded to a suite so had 2 rooms) that converted the electric currency. There was an adaptor at the desk for the computer but when I plugged my water pic in it, it blew it out. The Internet wireless connection was intermittent at best. I mentioned this to the desk staff and was told the hotel was planning a future remedy of that problem. I liked the location and I had stayed in that area previously at the Prudential Hotel. As others have commented it is close to numerous markets and just a few steps from the Jorden MTR station. I would not stay here again.

I was happily surprised by this hotel. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and the staff were helpful. Its in an excellent location, close to the Jordan MTR station and Jade Market. Its good value and we would return again. They upgraded us on our return from Macau but both both rooms were fine noting that if you are in Hong Kong you will not be staying long in your hotel room but out seeing the sights and shopping! The Bali Bar on the top floor is comfortable and has a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

The room was very small for the price, almost no closet space, 2x2' at most. Wifi had no signal though the concrete walls. Staff not very helpful. I would not stay again

Good hotel, central location on Kowloon side, near to sites such as the Nightmarket and the bus routes on Nathan Road. Good buffet breakfast facility. Comfortable & clean, room on small side for us + luggage but all at reasonable cost. Would use it again.

the room is bigger than what i expected in kowloon, the price is reasonable for its size and location. the room is clean, but they didn't change the slippers. Overall, its quality and service from the staffs is good.

As an HK Sheraton/Marco Polo/Royal Pacific veteran, I simply got annoyed getting hit with a USD 300/night room rate. I kept seeing the Nathan Hotel during my frequent trips to HK and decided to take a chance on the hotel. Hotel is great. Staff were fine, rooms were nice, and location is right on NathanRd, smack in the center of things. Price is 40-50% less, and I see absolutely no reason to stay at the big-box hotel chains in HK.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Rooms are updated and are quiet. The restaurant has very good breakfast buffet. There is a wine bar in the lower level with a nice selection and tasting specials at a reasonable price. The hotel is located nearby the subway and also easy bus access. I would stay again.

I thought i give this hotel a try cause they had free internet. Staff and service was great, but the condition of the room was not worth the price. I stayed in an executive room, the bath tub was dirty and outdated, the bed sheets had some stains, furnitures were old, and the wi-fi was spotty and slow. I've stayed at the Eaton (across the street) and the Novotel (a block away) and think the price and quality are far better then Nathan's. Don't be tricked with the name of the room executive, it's the lowest room type. I most likely will not stay at this hotel again.

We requested a no smoking room but when we arrived this was not available so first night in a Smoking room (not as bad as expected). Management very apologetic and for rest of our stay were upgraded to a suite (better than expected). Breakfast was very interesting - literally where east meets west. Fried egg or Dim Sum? (there were also tuna fish sandwiches - not sure what that was all about! Overall good hotel at a good price and convenient to get to most places.

We found the NATHAN to be in a great location, central to all areas of interest, and would rec=viste on future Hong Kong travels.

We took the bus from guangzhou and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. MTR Jordan station is nearby.

The hotel although giving us an non-smoking room but however just opposite our room is smoking most of the time & the smoke passes through into our room. This make us feels very unhappy. The hotel should take note of that. The room cleaning staff is not friendly. Overall, the location is ok.

Location fantastic! Right in the middle of Nathan Rd and there is a Starbucks downstairs! A21 Airport Bus stops outside the hotel and is a convenient and cheap way to get there from the airport. Much cheaper than a taxi which will not get you to the hotel that much faster. Checked in smoothly and efficiently but was allocated a room on the 14th floor which absolutely REEKED of stale cigarette smoke (didn't realise the Nathan was not a smoke free hotel). Was only staying for one night en route to the Mainland so did not make a huge fuss, but that probably wouldnt have helped as hotel was full. That one detail spoiled what would otherwise have been a great stopover.. Beds comfortable, staff professional and friendly. Shame about the smokey room...

Before you get out the departure gate at the airport join the queue near the exit to buy the 'airport express' tickets. I bought the to and returen tickets with a small savings at 160HKD, remember to keep the ticket well though; it has a one month expiration date. The train will take you to Kowloon in about 30mins and you can take the K ferry bus into the city/ hotel for free!! To go Nathan Hotel I took the K1, they will ask for your hotel to double check too so no worries. You will alight at the 2nd last stop, at Eaton Hotel/ 7-11 and walk just a little ahead to Nathan. There's a gym at level 6 and a bar/ pub at level 14. Subway trains are about 15mins walk away and there's Macdonalds opposite the road and behind it, lots of local HK small restaurants to sample. O, you can also pop by the 7-11 near the hotel to buy a local handphone SIM card for 48HKD, really cheap n easy to use so a big relief there! iPhone users are disadvantaged because they use a mini SIM card which the local convenience stores don't carry, I think maybe you can buy the cutter and this problem can be easily solved? Btw, the staff at the front desk ( Kathy L) went out of her way in getting the right room for me, I changed it 2 times firstly because the view was horrible facing an office bldg, next because the floor was smokers floor..... I am very pleased with the hotel, there's electronic safe in the rooms, the usual complimentary hygiene stuff and 2 free bottles of water replaced everyday. My friends told me however that the bigger twin beds room at the 4th floor does not have the nicer furnishing compared to the smaller double- bed room I had? To get back to the airport I pop over to the 7-11 outside of Eaton hotel into the bus K1 and it took but about 10mins to get to the Kowloon station I think? I could check in my luggage and then be light and free to ride the 'airport express' to the airport (I didn't forget to use my return ticket). Slight worry when at the station we are to go T1 or

This hotel is in a GREAT location!!! If you are looking to shop the Temple Street Night Market or the Ladies Market or the Jade Market...heck, any market in Mong Kok, this is the hotel for you! It even has a Starbucks adjoined to it!!! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room could use a little updating, but it was absolutely clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many hotels in this area and, for the price, you simply can not beat this one! Luxury at a reasonable price.

(1)         'Free Local Calls' Not clearly stated. Should indicate that 'free local calls' can only be made at the Lobby and calls made from hotel room are chargeable.  Was informed of this only at the time of check-out and was surprised that calls made were charged at HKD 3.00 per call.  Felt really disappointed, especially that the calls made were all short ones, eg. leaving voice messages. (2)         Free Wireless Internet         Internet access is very weak especially surfing from the hotel room.  Need to go to Lobby. (3)        There were no delivery of daily newspapers. (4)        No Airport Transfer provided -- Would appreciate if these are available.

Great customer service. Great location with Starbucks conveniently at ground floor. Lovely and comfortable bed and pillows. No bathtub though. No nice outside hotel view. Decently nice for traveling. Will definitely stay here the next time round.

The concierage for travel was particularly helpful. It was convenient to have the Starbucks at the street level. Room service food was quite good. The room was comfortable. I was pleased with this selection.

Just an over all great hotel. Beautiful hotel with lots of helpful staff and great location. I arrived about 7 am and my room was not ready yet. They directed me to the penthouse restaurant for breakfast buffet and then got me set up on one of their business computer kiosks so I could get some work done / waste some time while waiting for my room. Rooms are very nice and clean. Location is great with restaurants and shops on the street. Starbucks inside the hotel and a 7 eleven next door. Leo the bell boy was great. Always helpful and always seemed happy to see us. Would definitely recommend this hotel + it was a very reasonable price. Hope to be back soon!

Nathan Hotel is very conveniently situated to all the tourist attractions and transport system. The hotel staff provide excellent service at concierge and in the dining room.

Very well located, easily accessible to airport, right on Nathan Road in the heart of the city, close to shopping and Temple Street Night Market, very approachable and helpful staff. Only a short distance to the Star Ferry Terminals. Highly recommended, although we wouldn't eat breakfast at the restaurant again. The quality of the food was poor compared to the small local restaurants just outside the hotel door.

I booked the room for me and my parents for 3 nights stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs. The Nathan room is spacious for HK standard and able to accommodate two super single beds comfortably. Situated in between two MTR stations, the hotel is very conveniently located in Kowloon. Do check out the Nathan Congee on Saigon Street(next street from the hotel), they serve delicious porridge!

Good location, however rooms are old and small. Not very clean and stank of ciggarette smoke everywhere.

We were surprised to get a really big room with 2 twin beds. It was really comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping. The 711 nearby was a blessing as when we are hungry in the middle of the night, we were able to get precook food. The store lady was really friendly and helpful. As for breakfast, the wanton store next door is really good.

Our Nathan Club Floor room was huge, well furnished and most comfortable. The "club" room itself was a surprise, being tiny, with a few chairs, a little reading material, a few cans of juiceand a couple of internet points. Water cascading from our bathroom ceiling on ur last day, should not have happened, but was promptly fixed. While on the subject of maintenance, the second lift was out of order for 3 of our 4 days at the hotel. Not good enough for a multi story building that has only two lifts in the first place. Service was uniformly prompt, polite and effcient during our stay. Breakfast was generous.

Everyone was so friendly and efficient,wish it was a lil cheaper,i did not think executive floor was any big deal.coffee and computer monitors,only,and magazines.hotel was one of the quietist.

Nathan Hotel is conveniently located near Jordan MTR station. We had a great time shopping along Nathan Road, bought some stuff from Temple Street & had a good meal of clay pot rice there. It's our 3rd time staying in this hotel.

I chose Nathan hotel for my 5 days stay in HK because of the good reviews here. It is indeed a fantastic hotel. Room are very clean, staff are friendly and there is free internet service which is a plus plus point! It is also rather near to all the amenities though if there is a direct airport transfer to the hotel, it would be better. The only downside is that one of the lift was down during our entire stay and it is really very inconvenient as we had to wait a long long time before we reach the ground floor. On top of this, although the staff are friendly but they could have taken more initiative in recommending us good dining places. We had to prompt and prompted further then finally got what we wanted. Other than this, I must say the service in Nathan hotel is considered more than good comparing to other 'services' we got around HK. The staff always greet the guests and a smile was always spot on. Will definitely return to Nathan again! Keep it up Nathan!

We travelled free and easy from Singapore to Hong Kong. Upon arrival at the airport, we went to Guangzhou to spend a couple of nights and then travelled back to Hong Kong by coach from Guangzhou. To our surprise, the bus from Guangzhou stopped at Jordan Road and Nathan Hotel was just about 10 mins (no more than 400 m (0.4km) from the stop ! Although I have travelled to HK several times, this is the first time that I stayed at Nathan Hotel. I am very pleased with the hotel in terms of the room size, beds, linens and other facilities in the room. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. The friendly reception staff, and all the front desk staff (manager and bell boys) are very passionate and take pride in delivering their responsibilities. They respond quickly to your requests and are very helpful. The rooms are very tidy and clean and the beds are comfortable . The Jordan MTR station is nearby and there are many eateries (small shops and restaurants) around. You can also shop along the street stalls across the hotel. There is a famous dessert stall just across the hotel by taking the under pass. I personally prefer this part of Nathan Road than the Tsim Sha Tsui section which is busier. From the hotel, one can walk to Yau Ma Tei and Mongkok or take the MTR. I would say I made a good and right choice in staying at Nathan Hotel. It was a comfortable hotel.

I was very happy in my 5 night stay, and will stay there again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Great room, good service, good Starbucks in lobby and a nice walkable HK neighborhood. I am a pretty tough customer, and they really did exceed my expectations.

Would definately recommend the Nathan Hotel as the location was excellent and the Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus! The staff were great and were happy to help with any queries we had. The breakfast was good - they had Dim Sum which was another bonus. Overall a great value hotel.

Perfect location, modern and clean room, good breakfast, with very good facilities like lounge room with free internet. I recommend to all who are looking for a modern hotel well located in Hong Kong.

My friend and I stayed in the Nathan Hotel and were happy with our choice. This is a good affordable option for people wanting to stay in Kowloon, rather than Hong Kong Island. We preferred to stay in this part of town and travel to the island for days/nights out - it gave us a different experience of Hong Kong. The nearby night market is a must see. Transport from the hotel to and from the airport is very easy with the free shuttle to the main train station.
