Hoyel we fine. Little hokey to get to lobby. Great breakfast selection. Very close to our meeting. Clean rooms.

We had a terrific stay at this lovely hotel. After a very long drive we were checked in quickly and invited to a happy hour with free wine and beer. This was a much needed time to relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy a decent cab. We then ordered the most delicious Italian delivery and settled in for the night. The staff was super nice and helpful in every way. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was only a stop over in our journey up the coast but we would definately stay there again.

We enjoyed the sights close by and the convenience of cooking our own meals.

This hotel was at least a 4-star in my opinion. Not a bunch of glamour and glitz but comfort is more important to me. Staff was great, rooms clean, nice breakfast for hotel standards, nice pool and hot tub. Overall, neat clean grounds and Inn.

WE had a great stay. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 5 people and had enough room for all of us. Housekeeping was courteous. Everyone loved the mircrowave popcorn provided in the room

I took the family on a weekend trip to Sea World and this turned out to be a great hotel. this hotel is definitely geared towards families though. Very close to Sea World (about 15 mins), nice pool + jacuzzi + kids pool, free breakfast buffet was ok but crowded and the room was clean with a nice kitchen area which included a fridge, sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. the staff was very friendly and inviting. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, accomadating and I have two small children and they loved the place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel was great!! It included breakfast everyday and on some days it included happy hour and dinner! The only bad thing is that there is no fast food resturants close by, but all in all it is a great place to stay with a family and we will be staying there again!!

We loved this hotel! The breakfast was huge and delicious. It was also very close to both Sea World and the Zoo (which was our reason for being in San Diego), so that was nice. The only thing I didn't like was when I asked for more towels (they put 3 in a room that could hold 6, which we had 6) I had to call down to the desk 3 times to ask where the towel were and they still didn't come. I finally went out in the hall to look and the housekeeper was standing there with my towels chatting with another housekeeper. They didn't even look at me until I was almost in their faces! Oh well, overall it was wonderful and we will stay there again. We'll just ask for the towels way ahead of time!

My family really enjoyed this hotel. It was convenient for catching the trolley to go downtown and driving to the beach, Balboa Park, and SeaWorld. The kids thought the pool was great and the adults enjoyed the free Happy Hour and food. Can't wait to return!

We had a great time. Super location if you are planning to visit all the attractions, old town, and gaslight district, and just a short ways away from Legoland. The king suite was great because we were traveling with a 3-year old and a 12-year old free breakfast was a super plus!!! The bed was like a cloud of relaxation! I would highly recommend this hotel we will be staying there again!

The room was very nice and cozy.I would recommend this place to anyone with little babies and children. The staff was very helpful,like when I needed a crib for my 6 month old,they delivered one to our room. One of the nicest places I stayed in,in San Diego

Pleasant stay. Food was excellent. Only 1 handicap entrance with 2 parking stalls. Could have been more since the hotel was full and 5 stories of rooms.

We were pleasantly suprised, we had plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen. The buffet breakfast was great! It wasnt just coffee and bagels! Highly recommend it for famalies!

we took our grandchildren for a visit to the zoo and local sights. This was a great place for families breakfast and afternoon snacks by the pool. Friendly staff. One negative---no free wireless internet in the rooms

If you have a car, everything is near by. Shopping Mall, Target, Apple store, SeaWorld or Downtown...... They are 5 to 10 minutes away. The hotel staffs are wonderful. They are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed and linen are clean and comfy. It would be awesome, if they invest wifi internet connection in the room because I don't like to use my iPad in the lobby. I do recommend this hotel to everyone.

We arrived early in the morning and did not expect our room to be ready, but were pleasantly surprised when it was. We stayed with our 7 mo. old twins, so needed two baby beds that the hotel easily provided. There was plenty of space in the living room for them, even leaving room for the babies to roll around and play. Breakfast was fantastic. We were also served dinner one night, during a special Chargers tailgating event. Walls were a little thin and there were some football fans up late, but it wasn't bad. This hotel is within a ten minute drive of all the major sights in SD. We can't wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!

We stayed at a Residence Inn in Garden Grove/Anaheim area and loved it. Thought to try it here and guess what?????? Loved it as well!

Wir waren am Wochenende in diesem Hotel - nie wieder, Chaos beim Fruehstueck, alles war weg und dreckig. Auch im Hotelzimmer kein Duschmittel, nicht ausreichend Handtuecher, obwohl wir fuer 4 gebucht (und bezahlt) hatten!
