Hotel Marlowe, a Kimpton Hotel - كامبريدج

We just spent another weekend visiting my daughter in Boston with our youngest daughter and family canine member Mr. Max... We were upgraded and had such a restful and pleasant experience at the Marlowe. They never let us down in any way! My husband and daughter rode bikes around the Charles and we went shopping. It was so convenient and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Weve been staying at the Marlowe for over 6 years and it is our home away from home.

Liked the whole vibe of Marlowe. Fun to socialize with the dog guests even though we were dogless ourselves. The level of service was high and very friendly. Appreciated the complementary coffee, infused water and wine throughout the day - not to mention the umbrellas! Enjoyed staying in a location that was fairly close to everything but not right in Boston.

We stayed here when we were in Boston for the marathon. The hotel and staff were great and even though it is not downtown, the nearby T (train) stop made it easy and quick to get there. Not much in the area that you can walk to other than the Science Museum and the mall next door.

Excellent hotel. Staff let us check in at 11 am. Smelled like spray paint one day--that's our only complaint.

From the phone call a week prior to our stay to the consierge, I knew this would be a great place for us. We had Duck Tour tickets waiting for us and a reservation for a wonderful restaurant in the North End. Our room was so comfortable and clean and if we wanted to indulge in a beverage or have a snack, our mini fridge was stocked. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend the Hotel Marlowe.

The Marlowe was a nice place to stay. It looked nice and seemed well maintained. Staff quickly responded to any needs. The motel is within walking distance of a T station and walking time could be reduced even further by taking a short cut through a nearby mall. Due to the mall connection one could also easily obtain breakfast despite the hotel not offering any with a stay. If one did not want to eat at one of the mall breakfast places there was also a nearby bagel place. Also convenient within the mall is a CVS.

This hotel is located in Cambridge and is convenient to locations like MIT (15 minute walk) and is near a T-station so you can get anywhere in Boston in about 15 to 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice.

Everything was great a lot attention to detail, except why would you skimp on the cheap one ply TP when you do everything so well

Excellent, friendly service. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Hotel is convenient to adjacent shopping mall. Our room had a wonderview of the Charles River. I would definitley recommend it. Only down side was 15 min walk to Kendall Square to catch train to Hararvard area.

The Hotel Marlowe's staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with our many questions. The room was very, very comfortable and clean. I enjoy the spectacular view and felt safe in my surroundings. We used the parking valet because it was right next to the Hotel. It was well worth the money to step right out to our car. There was a wonderful mall adjacent to the Hotel Marlowe. Although we did not visit Boston to shop at the mall mall we did pick up a couple of things there! Our stay was excellent.

This was our first time staying at the Marlowe and we loved it as much as the other Kimpton properties where we've stayed in the past. Although our room was small, it was very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and the layout worked fine for the two of us. The bed was really luxurious with nice linens and great pillows. The downstairs restaurant, Bambara, was a welcome surprise, with good food and great service. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Parking was a deal at $20/day.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, clean and quiet, and the location was very convenient to so much of what Boston has to offer (including a T stop). We did not dine at the hotel, so I can't weigh in on that aspect, but all-in-all, Hotel Marlowe is an excellent choice when visiting Boston. It will become our go-to hotel for future trips to the area.

Great hotel - friendly staff, gorgeous room for the price. Great location, able to walk everywhere - would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is the second time that I have stayed here, and it is a perfect spot. It is lovely inside and conveniently connected to the CambridgeSide Galleria. It is pet friendly as well. I enjoyed the wine hour every evening, and have had good meals in the restaurant. It is a great location to stay for Harvard or MIT events, and also easy to get to downtown Boston. I think it is very reasonably priced for everything that it offers. I will stay here again.

Great service, great room, good food, good places along the river for a walk, shopping and restaurants nearby, public transit close too. Was a great stay!

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great all around stay. Would recommend to anyone. :)

I surprised my husband with a romantic overnight at this hotel. He's a guy that loves the finer things in life, and this hotel offered it all: nice sheets, feather pillows, down comforters, robes. The complementary wine reception is great. The staff were friendly and not at all snobby or upity...just right. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Marlowe again.

We love the special attention at the Marlowe--for us and our golden retriever. Bambara is a perfect dinner option, and the attached mall a nice convenience. Long walks along the river or visits to the Museum of Science make this a terrific location for a Cambridge or Boston visit. We love the Marlowe!

This is a great hotel. The only negative is the self parking. You end up parking in a huge mall parking lot. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and almost didn't find a spot. Then finding my car when I left was a challenge. Next time I'll use valet.

An excellent choice if this is the area of Boston you wish to stay at. Kimpton Hotels are well known for their high standards and eclectic decor. No extra charge for pets either! This is the.best value in town, hands down.

The room, decor, cleanliness was great. However, the pillows were too fluffy. I felt like there was no support at all. Overall great stay.

Great hotel! Very nice, friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Just 5 minutes to Boston.

Great hotel. The only issue I had is that the hotel needs to get new mattresses and pillows as the mattress is now lumpy and feathers fly everywhere. But the rooms and lounge are romantic places. You get an amazing view of the Charles River on the 8th Floor. Highly recommended hotel!

Hotel Marlowe was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel seems to be newly renovated with a fun, fresh decor. The rooms have plush and comfortable bedding with bathrobes, a nice amenity. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and upgraded us to a room overlooking the Charles River. They have a wine reception each evening as part of the room charge. Good wine, nice appetizer, nice guests to converse with in the lobby area. We will stay at Klimpton Hotels again.

I really enjoyed staying here. The restaurant was nice. There was even a free wine and snacks hour. It's right next to the Boston museam of science just to give you an idea of location. 5$ cab ride to TD garden. Would definitely go again

A great choice if you are going to Boston -- this hotel is located on the Cambridge side of the river, a 10 minute cab ride to downtown and it has all of the amenities and comfort the Kimpton Hotels are known for and its probably less expensive than staying in Boston. The restaurant is also really good.

I loved it! Tha room was beautiful and the bed was plush I didn't want to leave the room!! I will definitely stay there when I go back!!

This will be our new go to place whenever we visit Boston. Great staff, location and hotel. Be sure to ask for a room facing the river and enjoy free internet, coffee bar and breakfast.
