The hotel was alittle hard to locate as it sits back off the road and the lights were not on. Recommend you leave your lights on all the time.

The room was excellent the hot tub and swimming pool was great close to dining and shopping . Would like a coupon discount so we can spend another night their . My wife and I had a date night .on our last stay .

An awesome experience. Absolutely courteous and meets all expectations. A stickler for cleanliness and taste, both surpassed expectations. Had a party not been scheduled in the entertainment room below us, I would have rated it outstanding on all fronts. I do recommend the restaurant. Not only did the food leave a great taste, but the staff as well.

Pretty comfy hotel. Clean, close to where I needed to be, nice bed.I forgot some jewelry in a drawer, I called and they had found it while cleaning my room. I was worried I would never see it again but its on its way. Only gripe was my room was next to where housekeeping loaded up their carts with fresh linens ect I heard slamming doors all morning long while trying to sleep in. And their breakfast buffet is nothing to get excited about. But I definitely plan on staying again.

My stay at the Hilton Garden San Leandro was fine except for the inconvenience that one of my rooms was not ready until 6pm the day we checked in. They said the people in that room had arranged for late check-out and that was the only room left available in the hotel with double beds. Things worked out fine because my family was able to put their things in my room until later that night, but that still should not have happened in the first place.

was a very comfortable bed and they had a aveyr reasonable breakfast! Great stay!

Everything was great with our stay but what stood out the most was the friendly room service when we called in our order, as well as when it was delivered. Very friendly staff.

This is a nice hotel in a great location for access in San Leandro. A fine value too.

I thoguht that for the price, the hotel was a good choice. However, the evening that I stayed there, there was a meeting there for a Boy's basketball championship being played in various venues in Oakland. When I arrived back at the hotel after spending an evening in downtown Oakland, the parking lot was completely full and I was uanble to find a place to park. One of the staff people in the hotel gave me their place to park, which worked out fine for me, but it was the first time that I've ever stayed in a hotel and couldn't park in the parking lot. The TV in the room was great - HD with a lot of cable channels. room came with a regrig, microwave and coffee pot. Complimentary coffee downstarirs from 7 - 11 am. Make sure you put your no disturbing sign on door because they staff starts early and will knock on your door by 8:00 am. Room was quiet and comfortable.

This was a nice hotel and I felt very comfortable with my stay here. My children loved the inside pool as it was raining for days and so they thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We just needed a location close to OAK for early flight out. We didn't want to stay in Oakland close to the airport due to area. We chose this hotel mainly because of other reviews and they had an airport shuttle which made our 5:40 AM departure easier. They met us at OAK and took us to the hotel and then returned us to OAK the next morning. Considering the cost of cabs in CA this hotel is a real deal. The shuttle driver was excellent and a great guide...he really made the last day of our San Francisco trip pleasant!

The mattress wasn't that great, but the bed linens were nice and comfortable. The location was great, close to the freeway, Wal-Mart and restaurants.

I was expecting a much nicer hotel for the price in the area. The actual gym consisted of a couple treadmills and a yoga mat. It did have an indoor pool and spa but the pool was very small. The bar was ok, but small as well. It is not in a desirable neighborhood either. I did not think the pictures accurately depict the hotel. Basically your paying for the name on the building.

see the above review. I like having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Safe neighborhood - a major consideration.

Hotel was your basic no frills, people very friendly, we had a problem with our room (someone had smoked in it) but they changed it out no problem.

The hotel was nice and clean. They staff was super friendly from check-in through breakfast the next morning. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

At midnight, hotel guest talking & door colsing was created tremendous noise. Not sleep well.

Very good hotel to stay at for business in the area.

I had a great experience. Everything was great from the free parking, clean room, great rate, and to top it off the free cookies at check-in and everyday after. Close to grocery store, Walmart, & food. Not far from city, right off interstate. I would definitely stay again and suggest to anyone. Safe location and parking. I came in late & was pleased to see police presence. What more can I say? I loved it.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great atmosphere

I had an account in San Leandro and San Mateo. The hotel is right off of the freeway on and off ramps. Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, other dining, gas and shopping all very close as well. The staff was very friendly, rooms clean and quiet. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

I was impressed by the valve, cleanliness and comfort for the money,that sleep system bed was Heaven sent after a long day, the Staff was Friendly and very helpful. They made my wife and I feel at home. EZ checkout procedure meant no waiting in line behind a baseball team. But I would suggest a couple more luggage carts, Two is not enough at times. Also a sign out near the street would help you locate it easier. (since it sits back off the street a bit). It was near everthing and all of our Family from different neighboring citys. Yes We plan to stay here again. We were at a Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame but needed to be closer to family after it was over so we moved to the HGI. Good price, wonderful clean, comfortable room and in a safe location, near all (resturants, malls, downtown,freeways and Public Transit system), plenty of safe parking. I woud have gave they all 5.0's but these 2 areas will improve the service. Tell you more after Our next visit!!!!

Siisti, mukava hotelli keskellä ei mitään. Puolen kilometrin päässä keskinkertainen ostoskeskus ja siinä kaikki. Palvelu kohteliasta.
