Pillows were crappy, bed is firm but that is good for some, bad for others. Room is a bit aged but all the amenities worked just fine. Good deal on the weekend, added some more nights during the week and the price went up but it was still a decent deal for the kitchen. Neighborhood is convenient to cheap grocery stores and such, but I wouldn't go for a walk at night out there.

Competent and friendly staff, clean, comfortable, convenient location, but most of all pet friendly with a fair cancellation policy. Good Job!

Nice sized room, good amenities, but television was kiddie size. Please upgrade televisions in guest rooms.

As soon as we got off the elevator to our floor, we noticed a strange smell permeating in the hall and even in our room. Location was close to where we needed to be but in a shady looking neighborhood. We are thankful for how quiet it was all night and the check-in lady was very courteous to us! Overall the hotel was okay, but very bare bones and certainly not the "home away from home" as it was described in our welcome packet.

Clean comfortable room with all the needed amenities. Hotel staff was responsive and helpful. Will stay there during next visit to Seattle.

I appreciate having the refrigerator. We asked for extra pillows and were pleased that this wasn't a problem. It is a good, clean, safe place to stay at a good price.

My overall rating is satisfied. The only low rating was morning and daytime staff could be a little my friendly and a little less judgemental. The gentleman working overnights was very friendly and helpful. They need more staff like him.

The bed was hard; like sleeping on a floor. Old and very small TV with minimal channels. No one at the front desk on the night shift.

Was in town for a wedding, location was a bit far from ceremony/reception but price was right. Staff was great. Only bad thing was the phone in the room did not work. Luckily I had my cell.

The overall stay was pleasent, Howeverer the beds were not too comfortable and squeaked. The TV cable selection was poor. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Always very pleasent

The whole place had a bad smell, the bed was hard, bedspread ugly polyester, and it felt more like a halfway house than a motel. I can't imagine staying there more than one night. Certainly won't stay there again. Front desk closes completely at 9 PM, vending machines hard to find ... location is behind some stores... just not a very nice place.

The service/staff are great and the first floor looks fine, however, the third floor has water stains and doesn't appear clean whether it is or not.

I would recommend this hotel to others. Clean and convenient to other stores and city.

Convenient location. Room has funny smell, probably from the kitchen sink, but it clear up quickly after open the window.

The price was very good for north Seattle. It is close to Interstate 5 for short trips into downtown Seattle or trips to northern Washington. The hotel was nice and clean with the kitchenette, full frig, and comfortable bed. The hotel is located in an industrial area but is is quiet at night. A few blocks away is the main road, Aurora Ave, which has several hotels and resturants. Just be wary at night because this street has "problems" like most major cities.

. I asked for 3 beds. Got 2. . When I asked for mattresses to be sent up, I had to get it myself, instead of housekeeping getting it for me. . When I asked for towels to be changed, I was told to simple collect them from reception on my way back.

While I appreciated the affordability, it was not enough to make up for the poor customer service my friend and I received upon check-in. We were slightly early and they did not have a room ready (which was understandable); however, when we asked about a restroom we could use we were told that there were not public restrooms available and we could not use the restroom available to staff. I am very cognizant about not using services of establishments unless I am a customer -- but I had pre-paid for the room and believe that should classify me as a paying customer. Also, the temperament of the woman working the desk at this time was very off-putting. She was sitting at a computer away from the check-in desk and attempted to provide customer service from her seated and obviously distracted position. When she realized that she would have to address us face-to-face, she was flippant and clearly irritated that she was required to move from her seat. I do not believe that this experience is indicative of the Extended Stay hotels on the whole. But I certainly have enough information to know that they will only be a lodging option of last resort in the future.

This hotel was of course a cheap place to stay, but I would not recommend primarily due to the very odd and gross smell, likely due to the kitchenette in the room. The carpet was stained and there was hair and 'gunk' in the bathroom on the floor and corners. It was overall a pretty bad experience, and I did not sleep well due to the combination of noise, odor, and dirt.

The hotel is located far enough from the busy downtown but within driving distance to the mall, the zoo and not too far form other attractions. The kitchenette was very convenient specially with kids who want to eat all day. The room sleeps 4 people but only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses, 2 spoons, 2 etc. were provided.

exterior very attractive with nice landscaping which was well maintained; staff unpleasant, almost hostile; stairwells and halls stank - carpets in halls badly stained; had a non-smoking room yet smelled like smoke was being pumped into room - very unpleasant; would have asked for another room or refund, but front desk people very unpleasant and didn't want to subject myself to the abuse; find somewhere else to stay;

Pros-Windows opened for air, air conditioner was adequate, bed was restful. Kitchen was nice! Cons-water pressure in shower. All in all nice stay without the frills!

This was a terrible place to stay. We found hair on the bathroom sink and on the sheets of the bed. I heated a cup of coffee on the beverage setting on the microwave and burned my lip -- I am used to hot coffee. The front desk was very unhelpful. They misled us with their directions, It makes me wonder how they made it to work. We asked for a bank address and they couldn't be bothered to look it up. Very dissatified. We are spending two weeks in Hawaii this fall and I can guarantee that Extended Stay will not be on our list of hotels. Ross and Nancy

This was the first time I stayed, The beds were as hard as a rock and there was a child in the room next store yelling and screaming all night long. The bathroom smelled very badly.

Nice hotel for going to cruise terminal. About 20 north of terminal 91. Area pretty good. Restaurants not too close.

If you have kids stay away. Rooms allow pets. There isn't any division between pet friendly rooms and no pets. You may be staying in a room that had pets the night before.

This hotel is tucked just off of Aurora, though the neighborhood is more industrial than I expected. The amenities were sparse, and for a business traveler flavored hotel, I thought Internet would be included, but it was a small extra fee. There were a few bottle caps on the floor that my daughter found as only an 18 month old can. For the price the kitchenette was great allowing us to save money on both the hotel and food. Overall a good stay, great rates, if not a little dirty around the edges.

Excellent hotel except the bed was very hard and made my back hurt.

We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved in a fair amount of time. Drain plug in bathroom did not work correctly and the toaster burned out. It took the entire day to get our toaster replaced. The biggest issue we had this trip is that the people in the room next door had voices that carried through the walls into our room at 5 am. They were not shouting, just hold a conversation and it kept us awake from 5 am. unitl we finally got up. It happened every morning. The walls must not be insulated very well as well as thin.

It was tolerable for one night but it's a bit rough around the edges.

The hotel was convenient to the parts of Seattle I needed to be in. It is very quiet, especially considering the busy-ness of the neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in the immediate surroundings--nice as a lone female. It's well located for grocery etc that you might need. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room perfectly adequate. Beds are stiff (better than soft, I guess.) You do have to walk through a smokey hallway to get to the no-smoking room, but in the room there was no trace of smoke.

Horrible!! No hot water provided until next morning! Dog was commanded to stare at customer who complianted.

Room was overall clean, and front desk was very helpful. Bed was awful, but was a small price to pay for the convenience and price. mini-kitchen was handy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. overall very pleased with the stay.

The convenient kitchen with a full-size frig was appreciated. The room was big and comfortable.

The hotel is cheap, so if you are a business traveler and just want cheap, it will work. However, for families and others - I would avoid it. There are many people "living" at this hotel, which is scary. And with every room having their own kitchenette, people are actually cooking - so bring a candle.

I rented two rooms in this Extended Stay Motel. The best word to discribe this hotel is "gross". The sheets were yellow (not purposely), one of the pillow cases had large blood stains on it, the mattress pad was covered with yellow stains. Absolutely disgusting. Then there were the odors...

This hotel is situated nicely for easy-on, easy-off access to I-5. The staff were friendly, and accommodated my small dog nicely. I like the small kitchen facility and would definitely stay here again.
