Hotel hard to access from motorway, even though it is directly adjacent. Map advice would have been helpful.Check-in and staffing run by junior staff who run bar and restaurant as well as reception, slow and unsmiling. Under the bed had not been vacuumed for some time. Restaurant OK and room smallish, but comfortable.

The tram is a 10 minute walk away. You're in the city center in 30 total. Don't have breakfast there, just take the tram in and have a better breakfast in the city. Would recommend.

The hotel itself was clean and friendly. My only complaint is the difference between others' reviews of the location and where you will find it's actually at. The website instructions on how to find the hotel are very vague, ended up walking around the area for 2 hours looking for it before I broke down and asked a local. Their estimated "4 minutes" to central amsterdam is more like 34 on any regular day on the trams. Not to mention, sometimes the tram lines 1 and 17 occasionally mysteriously aren't running (according to locals), in which case you're looking at a 1 hour 30 minute walk at minimum. The hotel is clean and nice, but buyer beware, you're not close to the attractions, much less amsterdam proper itself.

We were on Amsterdam for the last day before flying out. We wanted a hotel close enough to the Airport and also to the city. This was the perfect location for money and needs. Easy access to the tram that took us to City Centre (about 15' ride) and also 5-7 min walk to the train for the Airport (only one stop from the Airport). Parking was only 6 euro (which is very cheap for Amsterdam). Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. They checked us in at 12 pm much earlier then they supposed to. Easy check out. I would stay there again!

The hotel is located within easy public transportation distance of central Amsterdam. The room and the beds are small, but everything was clean and well-kept. The staff are very friendly, there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel... basically, for the price, it's an excellent deal. It's no Ritz but you get what you pay for - its a comfortable place to crash for the night, probably not great for a longer stay in Amsterdam.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, good value for that price, clean hotel, nice staff. Good breakfast. If you rely on public transport the metro runs every five minutes, but you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest station. If you have your own car the hote lhas it`s private parking where you can stay for 6 euros per night.

Not good value for money, an abrupt young lady on reception at our arrival, restaurant closed before 10pm. I have stayed here before and it was better than this - thats why I came back. On the plus side, the manageress lent me €10 for trams from her own purse when the hotel had no change for a €50. A decent act of kindness on her part, she is a credit to the hotel.

the receptionist was unfriendly when we checked-in. I expected more welcoming receptions especially since this is a chain hotel. There were two receptionists and both were busy with their own things and chatting on their own before serving us. There are not much amenities surrounding the hotel. It is within walking distance to the tram that take us quickly to the city centre

Excellent for the money, a bit far from the city but train station is in walking distance. Dont take a cab to the city, 30EU!!!

The hotel was the most expensive one of the 8 hotels we stayed during our euro trip. it was a pretty standard hotel. We got a multi-plug (thats how we measured service of the hotel) . There was a tram station? near the hotel about 10 minutes away. The bathroom had a shower curtain . no tub or glass window

This hotel is great for someone on a budget who doesn't mind being a little further away from the 'action'. It's easily accessible by tram - short 7 to 10 min walk to the #1 and #17 trams - you can get off at either Surinameplein or Derkinderenstraat. The hotel is roughly equi-distant from either of these stops. The tram ride to Centraal Station is about 15-20 min. On the way, you can get off at Leidseplein or Dam Square which were 2 stops along the way where I thought there was always a lot going on. A 24hour tram pass is 7euros and well worth it. The tram stops running at 1230pm at night, so getting back to the hotel after that will cost a 16-20 euro taxi ride depending on where you're coming from. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and accomodating. The room was small (by US standards) but v. clean. The small fridge and the free wireless were nice amenities to have. There is no A/C so if you go during a hot/humid week, you prob won't be v. comfortable. There is a pretty good breakfast available each morning between 6 and 9 AM -- but it is NOT included in the price!! It's a good breakfast but you will be charged 13 euro!! Safety-wise, even though the location appears remote, there are quite a few people walking and on bicycles even at 4AM - so I would say safety is NOT an issue. All-in-all a good choice for the money!

located between airport and center of amsterdam. no airport shuttle. staff friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. tram to central train station just five min walk. ill stay there again.

location perfect, situated between airport and downtown, they dont have an airport shuttle so price of shuttle from airport to hotel was sixteen euros, then taxi back next am was about double that, extremely helpful and friendly staff, tram to city center a five to ten min walk, then a 2.60 euro to city center was about twenty mins. its best to eat downtown though.

God service på hotellet, dog var maden ikke i top. Desuden synes vi mogenmaden pr. person er for dyr. Så må de da bare sætte værelsesprisen op. Adressen kunne ikke findes på GPS. Lige netop på dette hotel i gruppen var parkering ikke gratis!!!

Fint hotell med koselig rent rom med tv og eget kj;leskap isteden for minibar. Rett ved flotte rembrandtpark, 8 min til trikken ca 10 min med trikken til sentrum. Rommet ble rengjort v'r dag, eget bad og aircondition. Rolig hotell, med hyggelig personel.

hotel de prestation correct a 10-15 min en tram du centre. les chambres sont propres avec un petit bureau malheureusement il y a un loupé sur un ensemble de détails: bruit d'écoulement d'eau pas l'idéal pour dormir lumières un peu faibles pas de prise électrique facilement accessible près du bureau (pas pratique pour le portable) les chambres sont faites mais le savon n'est pas remis.

DAs Hotel liegt nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, sondern an dem Autobahnring der Stadt, wodurch eine gewisse Lautstärke gegeben ist. Die Innenstadt ist jedoch in kurzer Zeit mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Station liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichenend für einen kurzen Wochenendurlaub. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt und Abendgegessen haben. Im Ganzen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen, wobei man natürlich keinen 4**** Urlaub erwarten darf.

Für einen Kurztrip absolut ok, man bekommt was man bezahlt. Mehr als 3 Sterne kann man nicht erwarten, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Hotellet ligger 4 km fra Amsterdam's centrum men det er nemt at komme derind da sporvognene køre lige forbi.

Estuvimos en el lo justo para dormir. Esta a unos 3km del centro de la ciudad, tiene paradas de tranvian muy cerca y te dejan el en centro en 5 minutos, con lo cual fue muy comodo. Por ponerle alguna pega en baño aun estando limpio y cambiando toallas a diaria tiene una ducha que es un poco cutre. Muy recomendable para fines turisticos

Douche ridicule dans la salle de bains. Manque total d amabilité de la personne qui nous a reçu à l arrivée. Pas de sèche cheveux et manque de serviettes le premier jour. Hotel situé près d un arret de tram ( surinamplein ) donc ça compense qu'il soit situé au milieu de nul part. Trop cher pour les services apportés

Keurig hotel met goede bediening en een nette kamer en een goede parkeermogelijkheid niks mis mee dus.

+ cheap, car parking, twin room, wireless internet, friendly staff, tram and many more. - to far from city central, no night tram. to hot in the room in sommer.
