Great spot for moms or dads visiting UCLA. Surrounding area is a little weird but I walked it. One bad thing - garage entrance is almost on 405 freeway ramp and can be hell during the rush.

Stayed here while installing my child at college. It was convenient, surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we walked it, Very convenient.

The complimentary breakfast was great! There was a good variety. The hotel staff is incredible. Very helpful no matter what the question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Loved my stay.

Upon check-in, we noticed about 100 ants in the bathroom -- We notified the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available -- They came and cleaned the bathroom floor and said they treated for ants -- We woke up the next morning with only a few ants in the bathroom and they said they would treat again -- We came back that evening to find ants crawling across both bed headboards and numous ants in the bathroom -- It was obvious they had not treated the room -- We were going to change hotels, but since we only had one night remaining, they put us in a different room for the remaining night -- At least there were no ants in the second room!! -- It must be said that the hotel staff were nice, but I'm not sure what they actually did to solve the ant problem.

The room was small and stuffy. The air conditioner was loud and worked on only one setting. There was road work being done outside the window so it was very noisy when trying to get fresh air. The breakfast was fair to poor. We bad ants in the room that got into our food. I thought there would be a discount for the road work at least. I do not plan on coming back.

perfectly comfortable room- but that's about all i can say. as you drive up to this hotel, you can't help but be concerned that you've missed the entrance. it is literally feet from the onramp to the 405. this means that traffic is a pain just getting to the hotel, road noise is everywhere, and just generally the location is a bummer (i suppose it is central, but... not in a good way) i also left my laundry in the bag, by the door, with the form filled out, and came back that night and it was exactly where i left it, still in need of cleaning. oh- and when you arrive back at night the door to the lobby is locked, and the front desk buzzes you in "to keep the guests secure", to give you an idea of the neighborhood.

Although well situated adjacent to the freeway they are charging 5 star prices for 3 star motel accommodation!

Wonderful and attentive staff, rooms clean, breakfast was free and good, close to bus transportation, safe parking and fine for a place to rest at night and sightsee all day in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles areas for six days. Very quiet even though it is located next to the 405 interstate.

Needed to stay in this vicinity. The price was good, but we were right on the highway. Very noisy. No where to sit with co-workers expcept the outdoor patio. The gym has 4 pieces of equipment, and you have to walk through the underground garage lot to get to it. Breakfast buffet was ok. My co-workers were VERY dissapointed with this hotel.

A little difficult to find as it looks as if you are supposed to go onto 405, just go slow & follow GPS! But rooms were very clean & very quiet in spite of location. Breakfast very good! Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Room and staff were fine, but the parking is very hard to enter. Also there is a lot of street noise if you are on a lower floor.

A lot of road noise...

Our room was large and comfortable overall. Would have preferred a king bed but none were available this stay. The breakfast had more variety than expected. Would use again if going to the Getty Museum, very close. Good value for the money.

a very good value in a convenient location in wets la. nothing fancy but nice and everything was fine.

The front desk was very courteous, and even called a taxi for us. We didn't originally plan to stay there, but ended up there after walking out on a hideous dirty motel up the road. They took us in after booking through hotels.com, the only problem was that both hotels.com and the Holiday Inn charged my account. Holiday Inn ended up crediting my account without any dispute, and apologized for the mixup. I'd stay again. The room was clean, and fresh when walking in. The free continental breakfast was definitely a plus that helped us cope with the parking fees.

Twice during our 4 day stay our beds weren't made and toilet paper wasn't replaced. Dirty plates were left in the room, waste baskets were left full-- in fact the ONLY cleaning was they gave us new towels and picked up all the old towels. There was nothing on the beds other than clothes and papers- nothing expensive for the maids to possible hurt to move. It was disgusting to come back to this room twice!! We complained and got 20 dollars off our parking bill. Since we think it is inappropriate that hotels even charge patrons to park-- this was not any kind of compensation. I would NEVER stay at this mess of a hotel again and do NOT recommend it.

This hotel was very comfortable and convenient for visiting downtown LA.

They offered the best free breakfast we have ever had in a hotel! We will definitely stay there again. It is so close to the Gettys, LaBrea and the heart of LA!

Room has strong smell of staleness eventhough it was a non-smoking room. Elevator was wobbly/noisy. No space for swimming pool.

Great hotel for the money

Great value for money. Room was clean and well equipped. Free underground car parking was a real bonus and the breakfast was very good too. Computer with internet access at reception was also a bonus. Basically this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. I wouldn't stay here if I didn't have a car and it's also not within walking distance of anythng of interest but as a base for 4 days in LA it worked very well for us. It is next to the Freeway so the noise may annoy some people. However the aircon drowns out the traffic noise.

The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive and the breakfast was much better than expected, again with excellent attention to cleanliness and stocking. My bed was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is a little scarey.

This hotel is a good bargain for anyone not looking for luxuries. It is located right next to the 405 freeway but we did not hear any traffic noise. The free breakfast includes hot and fresh selections that taste good. There is free, covered parking which is a rare find in the Los Angeles area. We just needed overnight accomodations so we could get our kids to UCLA to an early morning camp the next day so did not want to pay a lot of money for a hotel stay. Our money was well spent here.

Hotel was a lot better on the inside than what I expected after seeing the outside. The breakfast was awesome. More hotels should follow what they do for breakfast. So much food in such a small space. And it was all great.

At first questioned the neighborhood but it was not at all a problem. The hotel is in excellent condition, rooms modern and comfortable. Hotel staff was outstanding. For a tourist who planned on driving to various locations in the LA area, location turned out to be excellent.

Liked location due to being close to Federal Building, about 5 minites away. Was right off freeway but heard no traffic from our room. Breakfast was good too.

too close to interstate.carpets were damp in room, had a musty smell, people walked into our room at midnight.

Great value. Very convenient location. The room and services were very adequate and I'd recommend the hotel.

the location next to I405 did not bother me. the rooms were insulated to keep most of the traffic out. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and breakfast included in the moderate price. Cool

This hotel is nothing fancy but that's just the point, I only intended to use this as a place to sleep and nothing else. If you need a reasonable priced hotel, that is clean, has free parking, free WiFi and is a located not far from Santa Monica & Hollywood then this hotel is perfect for you. I stayed here for 3 nights in total, I tried the breakfast once and never did again (it's dreadful!), but there's so many places to eat close by and reasonably priced that I always prefer to eat out anyway. My room was well presented and cleaned to high standards every day. Yes, the locations right by the freeway and you will hear the traffic at night but again, it's not too bad. Recommended if you want a reasonably priced hotel with Free Parking & WiFi.

holiday innを選ぶならもっと利便性の高い場所にもあるのでそちらの方がいいと思います。 朝食は屋外(というか中庭?)なので寒かったですし、メニューも少なかったです。 フリーウェイのすぐ近くですが音は特に気にならなかったです。 従業員の方々は親切でとてもよかったです。

En general el Hotel esta muy bien, de lo mas rescatable, es que esta buenas condiciones, el Hotel es seguro y esta en una zona segura, el desayuno es muy bueno, con muchas alternativas para las bebidas y la comida.

スタッフの方の対応もとても親切です。 コーヒーのサービスもとても良く、観光に出る際にコーヒーを持って出られるのもとてもいいです。 駐車場もありますし、洗濯もでき、トレーニングルームもあってとても充実しているホテルです。 朝ご飯も種類があって満足でした。 目の前にはセブンイレブンもあり、リトル大阪と呼ばれる、日本人経営のショップやスーパー、飲食店の並ぶ通りもあるのでとても過ごしやすいです。 お勧めのホテルです。

Hotel con una ubicacion excelente para diferentes lugares de interes en los Angeles, limpieza, servicios en general muy buenos, desayuno sencillo muy rico , en ambiente agradable

Das Hotel liegt in West Los Angeles am Santa Monica Blvd. Somit ist die Küste direkt zu erreichen, auch wenn es bis dahin immerhin noch etwa 7 Km sind. Mit dem Bus kann man aber geradewegs günstig zum Santa Monica Strand fahren. Das Hotel bietet eine kostenlose, überdachte Parkmöglichkeit an. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, haben aber einen Nachteil: Da der Fwy 405 nicht weit entfernt ist, kann man nachts die Autos sehr deutlich hören. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach im provisorisch dafür hergerichteten Innenhof und besticht durch seine Convenienceprodukte und das Pappgeschirr.
