Best Western Inn Cincinnati-Florence - فلورنس

The hotel is above average. No complaints that would keep me from staying here again. This isn't the Ritz, but it is no roach patrol hotel either. No frills and great value.

The staff was excellent. The "egg things" tasted okay, but not great.

The room had a layer of dust around the baseboards. And there were pretzel pieces just under the dust cover of one of the beds. Most surfaces & the beds were well kept. This is an older hotel that appears to be owned by someone w/o real maintenance skills or staff. The front desk person seemed to have a stay here or don't attitude. Not a horrible experience, but I won't be back unless I HAVE to! I am headed back to the area this weekend for the third time, could be a repeat customer w/ the right hotel!

Made our reservation here on hotels.com and went to check in and ended up sitting there for over a half hour while the front desk attendant rebooted the computer a few times and did other really slow things until we got fed up with it and just asked for the keys since we had already paid. The manager came out and got us in our room straight away. The room was great for a Best Western. More nicely decorated and a great king bed. We slept like babies and it was great once we were able to get into the room!

This was a nice hotel, breakfast was good and welcoming few options to choose from. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only down fall we found when arriving was the refrigerator was making quite a bit of commotion so we unplugged it. And dont take the elevators they are extremely SLOW. Best be expecting a few stairs hiking's.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room clean and comfortable. Hallways had some cigarette smoke smell, but non-smoking room had no smoke smell at all. Good value

It was OK but I would not choose to stay there again.

The check in lady was excellant,the room was very clean and breakfast was good. The creation museum is a must see. Really enjoyed are stay. Would stay again. Nice place.

Hotel had a musty smell. The beds were too hard, and the breakfast area was too small and was not kept up. Always out of something and not as big of a selection like they make it sound on the website.

Room very clean & staff very pleasant & professional

The nonsmoking room we requested smelled like cigarette smoke. However, the hotel clerk quickly located us another room on a different floor. The bathroom was spacious but needed some maintanance. The hotel was very close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The sheets and duvet cover were fresh, white, and visually immaculate. The air conditioner maintained the room temperature well, whether we set it for arctic blast, or set it for a comfortable 70 F. The service was good. Check-in was fast. However, on one previous visit, it was slow. The staff did a thorough job of cleaning. The hotel does not offer many services, but that is reflected in the price. The continental breakfast is about average, The pool was clean, if it was somewhat small. One gets what one pays for. The location is convenient for going to Cincinnati. If one is interested in reisdential architecture, Florence has some interesting houses. A drive through the neighborhood might prove enjoyable. We took some side streets into Cincinnatti, and discovered some charming cafes near the river.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I feel it was a good value for the price. The location to the Creation Museum was very good. We were able to take secondary roads which allowed us to bypass a major trafic problem on the Interstate Highway. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint concerned local dining. We did find an excellant Asian buffet which had sushi and Mongolian bar-b-que style dining. However, other more well known restaurant chains were not close to the hotel. We did eat at the buffet both evenings we were there and enjoyed the food, but we would have liked to have another option.

The hotel was within comfortable distance of everything that was needed and easily accessible to the interstate.

15 miles from both the Cincinnati Zoo and the Newport Aquarium. Slight driving involved but may save you money on room. Outdoor pool: slightly small but very comfortable with the 95 degree sun keeping it warm. Sauna timer was nice. Beds were very hard. Could have had some type of PPV ordering service for new released movies or a DVD player to watch your own. Breakfast was better than expected.
