We were very pleased with this place. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom condo's and it was perfect for our family of 5!

everything was good except after the first night we had no WiFi which was a problem as it was the only way we could connect to family in Australia. This was not resolve by the time we left.

The views from the rooms are spectacular. It is located at one end of the main shopping district in Sedona for convenient walking to all shops. Parking in the lower lots can be a hike uphill. Separate sink area from toilet and walk-in shower.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a day and decided to go to Sedona, but wanted to stay downtown so we didn't have to drive around. This Best Western was the best place to stay. It's in the heart of downtown, had a beautiful view of the red mountains, a very comfortable bed and a full breakfast was included. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This is the best hotel to stay in Sedona. We had a great room with a view of the red rocks and the starry skies at night was awesome! Our room was very clean and the breakfast was great! The staff there were all pleasant. The location is located in downtown so you don't have to hop in your car and explore..we walked on foot! You will like this hotel!

I loved the room. I took my 14 yr old nephew for a trip and he loved the hotel. Said he never stayed in a 5 star hotel. Thats how nice he thought it was. The beds are so comfy. Free breakfast was yummy. The view of the red rocks are spectacular. Next time I go to Sedona I will definatly stay here. Did not need my car to walk around town.

Restaurants and shops are close enough to this hotel that you can walk. In the evening, the streets are filled with tourists and the area seems quite safe. The view from the balcony of our room was a great one of the red rocks, quite beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful by the hotel, but also convenient to drive to any of the other districts of Sedona.

Fantastic view of the red rocks! Walking distance to everything in uptown Sedona. Great amenities; pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Hot breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake! Front desk staff also very helpful with restaurant suggestions and info on local attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

This hotel has a great breakfast on top of the well appointed, very clean rooms with a terrific view.

We had never been to Sedona and quite frankly took a chance on booking our stay. A very pleasant surprise. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Great view. Comfortable accomodations. We will stay again.

We were reluctant to book a BW, preferring boutique type hotels, but booked as we wanted family friendly amenities like indoor/outdoor pool for our 3 year old, in addition to the red rock views, balcony, and central location that the BW Plus Arroyo offered. We made the right choice! The included AM breakfast buffet was a nice bonus, too. The pool and sauna/jacuzzi facilities were perfect, as were the lovely associates condo grounds, incl. a small playground, and grill facilities. We were very happy here.

Great location - short walk to shops and restaurants. Breath taking view of "red rocks". Tour reservations very convenient (hotel staff arranges - e.g., Pink Jeep picks you up and returns you to hotel lobby). Used rental vehicle just once to visit Chapel of the Holy Cross, a short drive from the hotel.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKFAST. HOTEL GETTING A LITTLE OLD BUT IT IS NICELY MAINTAINED. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OUT THE BACK SIDE. CLOSE TO THE SHOPS THAT WOMEN LOVE. DO TAKE THE 35 MINUTE HELICOPTER RIDE. A MAGNIFICIENT SIGHT.

Customer service @ front desk, breakfast area, & housekeepers in hallways all very courteous. Room clean & ready upon arrival! Customer service will make me a repeat & recommend others.

As everyone mentions, the view from the back of this hotel is amazing! We stayed on the 2nd floor with view of pool. Everything was so convenient. Sedona is gorgeous and fun. Loved our stay. Ice machines were not working when there at one point but otherwise, was a great stay.

This BW is a step above others. The view from our balcony was priceless, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. They have every facility you can imagine from indoor and outdoor pools to laundry amenities. The hotel is also located so that you don't miss any opportunities. I had visited Sedona once before and got absorbed by the Tlaquepaque village, but this visit around I was exposed to many other areas while still being conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again.

THIS IS THE NICEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. HOTEL STAFF ESP PEOPLE WHO CLEANED ROOMS AND SERVED BREAKFAST WERE SUPERB. BREAKFAST GREAT. BEDS WONDERFUL. VIEW SPECTACULAR. SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEXT DOOR AND ACROSS STREET. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS TOO MANY STAIRS TO GET TO INDOOR POOL. DON'T DO STAIRS WELL AT SEA LEVEL. VERY DIFFICULT THERE. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

The hotel is at the end of the uptown area and so excellent shopping and great restaurants are right out the front door. The red rock views in back are breathtaking. The creek wasn't as close to the main hotel as I thought it would be, but it was just a quick walk to get there. Pools are nicely maintained and are warm. Breakfast was about average for this type of hotel. The beds were very very comfortable. Hallways are not enclosed, so you may get a little chilly in cold weather when walking to your room, the pools or the breakfast room.

The Arroyo Robles Hotel is great. This is the second time in three years we have stayed and it was a great place both times. There were three in the party and we reserved the cottage. I had missed that the cottage had two bedrooms but one bath. Our party wanted a unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The staff jumped on it and we had a super place by the Oak Creek. The complementary breakfast was way above average in quality and variety. This is the destination of choice when in the Sedona area.
