Very well-kept hotel. A little tricky getting out of the parking lot.

Husband said that they made him pay a deposit, since it was paid online, they sent a maid down to the room at checkout, to make sure nothing was stolen... Bad Experience....

Room was clean, bathroom needed to be redone the shower was bad. Went and purchased matt to place in tub before showering.

The room was adequate but the shower was beyond acceptable use. It was clean but cracked and spackled over in numerous places. The carpet had a grimy feel that required the use of sandals the entire time. The room was not expensive but you got what you paid for: cheap room with good location.

Good. Room was fine. Guess i am used to HDTV.

The motel was very close to where our meeting was. Very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

My stay was good staff was nice and pleasant . the room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay staff was very friendly and accommodating

old, worn furniture, rusting stairs, bed sheets too small and beds ucomfortable, breakfast is a joke

Pleasantly surprised. The hotel seems new. No issues with shower or a/c. Good breakfast. For the price, can't ask for much more.

An older hotel, but well maintained and clean. Our room was very comfortable. Best value in the area in my opinion. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well, and convenient to the highway and to the university. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Nasty

I stayed in this hotel with my family for my new student conference for my enrollment at Texas a&m and I really liked it. It had good ac, nice room. Good space. It had free breakfast and a pool I would totally recommend it. It was super close to the university and the mall. I liked it. Book this hotel in advance though because it's about half the price about in like 2 weeks in advance. Over all I would say get it! :)

Carpet was so dirty that we wore shoes to walk on it. It was pretty shabby.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the location is close to A&M campus. When we arrived there was no one in the office to check us in, it was close to 30 mins. before the clerk came back. During that wait another hotel guest came in with a problem that their bathroom door was closed and locked. With 4 girls staying in that room that was a really big problem. So we were both waiting and waiting, finally I had my spouse go to their room to see if we could help. After that another group came in and had to wait too. I can't say the clerk wasn't doing his job because when he came in he was sweating and somewhat overwhelmed. We had 4 in our room but only had 3 towels. The beds were fine but the carpet was dirty enough to turn the bottom of my feet brown after getting out of the shower and walking around while getting dressed. Overall the hotel isn't bad it just needs some basic real cleaning and maintenance and more staff in the evening . Not awful, not great - If you are staying overnight don't expect too much.

The Hotel was great the only problem was the rude people that were up till 1 in the morning both nights.

Our hotel stay was ok. The location was very convenient for the purpose of our trip which was to visit Texas A&M. But the traffic noise was very loud in our room. I would recommend earplugs. The beds were also pretty soft, not good for bad backs. The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was continental style, doughnuts, cereal, apples, oranges, coffee, juice and milk. They did have waffles and oatmeal that you could fix yourself if you wanted something hot. Service was friendly. For the price, I think I would take my chances and try another hotel next time.

Generally a good stay for the price. The staff was very friendly. The main complaint was that the heater made a terrible smell when we turned it on. We quickly shut it off and never turned it on again. Luckily the weather was not bitter cold. We're guessing that the heater needs to be cleaned.

This is my second stay in econolodge. the first stay was better due to the location of the room. The second floor room was better than the first floor (the recent stay). The room is not too big but there is refrigerator and microwave which is very useful for longer stays. There are many nice restaurants across the street which is a plus. there is no airport shuttle, I wish they could provide a shuttle because it costs almost 17 dollars to the Easterwood airport only 5 min drive.

The bath tub looked like it had been painted. It was flaking off. We were told it would have a hot breakfast, it did not.

Worn out mattress and leaky plumbing.

The hotel staff is helpful, the rooms are clean. However, the plumbing fixtures in bathrooms are very old. I doubt that the management has tried to take a shower in the bathtubs. It is difficult to stand in the shower. The toilets are very low to the floor. We have stayed at this moted three times but will probably choose a different one when in College Station.

It was centrally located to everything. Bed could had been more comfortable, but it was ok. I would think they would had served breakfast till check out, but thats just me. The did offer quite a bit more than the average complimentary breakfast.

Older motel but clean and well kept. Location between 2 restaurants was convenient.

A/C malfunctioned. Impossible to bring it down to under 76 degrees, otherwise would not work TV remote did not work sheet did not cover side of matresss, mattress exposed Filthy bathroom, baseboards loose throughout phone kept ringing throughout the night, nobody answered Generally poor maintenance throughout the hotel

Worn out bed, carpet, and needs a general remodel of the room. It was clean, but that is the only good thing about the room. Will not stay there ever again.

This hotel was very close to the Hilton convention center where I was attending a conference. The hotel was much better than I expected. It was clean and there was no disturbing noise at night. It might be due to the fact that I stayed at the middle of the week. The free breakfast worked very well! Surrounding area has lots of dining options. However, there is no public transportation to go to some other attractions. you have to take a taxi to see around and 8 miles = 20 dollars was too much for me!!

this location is set in the middle of what some may consider restaurant row. great location, very comfortable, courteous staff. will recommend it to others and will definately stay there again on any return trips to Aggie Land
