Very friendly and helpful staff - with a map of Yellowstone and suggestions of restaurants. Room was clean and the hotel was easy to find.

Nice pool and it's heat outside. Parking stop right out side the door. Most rooms are located away for the road. Shower is not meant for a tall person. Breakfast was really busy so there was no where to sit

Was a good quality stay; breakfast was very good.

Great location

this was an older motel but it was nice, clean, had comfortable beds. It was convenient to a nice restaurant across the street, we ate there three tomes and the food was very good.

We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

This was a very comfortable motel with a good restaurant belonging to them next door. The hotel itself served a complimentary breakfast which included eggs, sausage, pancakes plus muffins, basgels, cereal, etc. which was good, fresh and adequate for most people. Otherwise, next door you order up a larger meal. Their pool, laundry room and business center were all up to snuff. Cannot say anything bad about this motel. This property is close to everything to do in Cody.

Convenient location on Hwy 16. Comfortable clean room.

clean, comfortable, convient location. Excellent family restaurant right next door. I would recommend this motel for all travelers.

We are a family of 4 with two small girls under 6 years. We found this to be a great family hotel. Our girls LOVED the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tub. We were very pleased with the service. They were very helpful in moving over our 3 night stay by one day when we had an unexpected work-related event come up. We were very pleased with all of the amenities offered. We did have a little trouble with the Wifi at first due to so many people wanting to use it at the same time, but we were able to get it working. We found the carpets to be a little dirty and in use of shampooing, but otherwise, we were very pleased with the cleanliness. We also very much enjoyed the free continental breakfast. Our hotel was in easy access to museums, shopping, and restaurants, and although a little far from Yellowstone National Park, it was still pretty convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

The room was small, but pretty clean. The shower stall was a little iffy. We stayed two nights and on the second day the maid did not leave any soap and no plastic bag in the ice bucket. They have two nice pools, one inside and one out. Close to everything we wanted to see so that was a plus. Sunset House Restaurant is right next door and it has a good buffet. I would probably not stay there again, it was too small and I would have rather had 2 queen beds.

Hotel is older but nice. Close to everything. Breakfast was way below average of many Best Western Hotel/Motels. The thing I was unhappy about was there was no WiFi that worked. I needed this to complete work I had to do being away from my office. When I ask about it I was told it was out of service but they were working on it and should work later that after noon. That night still no WiFi. When I ask again they told me they were still working on it. The next morning, again I ask and they told me it should work by noon. When I arrived back at 4:00 PM still no internet. I told them that this was not right and they offer to move me to the other Best Western. I was happy with the solution. I packed my bags and check back at the front desk and then was told they just sold the last room at the other hotel. To say the least I was not happy. Next morning I complained and they gave me a one night credit. Can't say that this solved my problem.. still did not complete my work. By the way they did have 2 computer in the lobby that worked but the business I need to complete could only be done with programs on my computer.

The room was clean and the pool was fine. Our issue came at checkout, when the staff member at the front desk could not answer questions about the current "Stay three seperate times and earn a free night" promotion. In addition, and most importantly, the bill for two nights came to double the specified price! This was not what we were quoted at check-in, and was not the price listed online. Appearantly we paid ____ per night plus tax for a drive up motel that is rated 2 stars. What a rip off! I thought it was pricy at ____ for TWO nights and couldn't believe the final price. Our budget was ruined by this lack of communication on the part of hotels.com and Best Western. I have never had this problem before at any hotel, and we travel a lot.

Great location, 5mins walk to Buffalo Bill historic centre and 20mins walk to main downtown area. Good quality rooms, amenities and breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

No internet connection, it was being upgraded

We enjoyed our stay, there was one thing that we were not happy with and that is on our last day there the maid must have sprayed something?? a deoderizer or perfume and both of us have asthma and we tried to air out the room by opening the windows but it didn't help much. Please take into consideration that a lot of people are sensitive to perfumes and sprays, we had to use our asthma meds. Otherwise all was good, room was clean and comfortable. Thanks.

At first glance, not enthusiastic because the buildings were of the older style motels but very neatly done. But the service was good, the room/bathroom was very clean, beds were comfortable & the complimentary breakfast was one of the best on our trip. We actually stayed an unplanned 2nd night.

This is a clean older hotel that has been renovated over the years located a couple of minutes walk from Buffalo Bills Museum and 10 minutes from the town center. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, linens and pillows are very good and parking is right in front of the room.

Overall a nice motel. I was disappointed to find the internet service (WiFi) unavailable due to upgrades and the Hot Tub closed. It would have been fair for them to have credited some token discount for the lack of advertised amenities.

Very comfortable, clean, and luxurious, but wasn't aware of the $25 pet fee.

My wife, son and two grandsons had a great time. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Boys loved the pool. Will stay again the next time in Cody. The city itself was very clean and folks made us feel like we were at home.

Great location, super nice staff (Will was awesome and very helpful!), and very clean/comfortable rooms. I've stayed at most of the hotels in Cody and this is far and away my favorite. Tips: The sandwiches at Peter's Cafe downtown are super good, big, and affordable. Also, the hotel is across the street from the Sunset House restaurant, which was very tasty (I ate two breakfasts there and one dinner... totally satisfied).

We spent 3 weeks traveling the middle states, and this was the most relaxing hotel we stayed in. It is all single story, so we could park right in front of our room. At first, I didn't expect much, but the rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. It felt like new. They have two large pools and our children had a great time. It's a wide open space, but everything is close. We loved this hotel, and would stay there again.

Have stayed in a few best westerns this one is simply the best

Stayed 1 night and quite satisfied. Chose based on dog friendly and good reviews even though higher price than some. Nice layout with lots of green grassy areas to walk dogs. Commented to desk staff that poop bag dispensers and more convenient trash cans might influence the lazy/ irresponsible dog owners to pick up after their dogs. I bring my own bags & found the dumpsters for disposal. Spacious room with 2 sinks. Frig & microwave nice but wish had freezer to refreeze my blue ice. Pools in & out! Looked nice. Didn't have the bfast. Friendly accomodating staff. Would recommend.

comfortable room, no problems, but room was full- no extra room. clean and well maintained. Really like that it has a fridge.

The motel is dated but comfortable. My chief criticism is that the eating area is way too small for the number of guests. We ended up going to the diner next door which very good food. It is also owned by the same people that own the motel!

Location was great with a wonderful resterant next door. There were many activities nearby and good shopping. Our room was very small with a very small bathroom. Glad all we needed was a place to sleep!!

Hotel was clean. Service friendly. Beautiful views of mountains and excellent location.

room was fine although the carpet was filthy ... everything else was a-ok. nice pools; laundry; breakfast; parking ... all ok. good restaurant right next door and convenient to shopping.

This is an important room feature for me and for most travelers now. This hotel could not provide the service they advertised. They loaned me a cable - for a dead jack - and said they reset the modem (supposedly in the room next door) twice. They would not make this right, did not offer another room. Luckily some neighborhood merchants had provided free access, and I had to be content with that. I was glad to have it. I won't stay here again and I'll think twice about any Best Western.

This was a very clean and comfortable place. We liked the set up of the bath area with a separate vanity outside of the bathing area and also had a sink in the bathing area. The people were friendly and accommodating. It was close to the museum and other places we wanted to visit as well as the downtow. I would definitely recommend this inn to others.
