The hotel was clean, easy to get to. In fact I would stay there again. However, if you are bothered by lack of security at a hotel, this place is not for you. Anyone can enter the hotel. Entrances are not controlled with a keycard. Worse yet the hotel in in the old style with a breeze way and windows that are on the breeze way. As a woman who does not consider herself very powerful, I could easily have kicked in the flimsy window frames and broken in. I would never consider leaving anything valuable in these rooms.

The staffs are friendly and willing to help but not very knowledgeable. Hotel is average on everything, guess just mated up to the price. Just don’t expect too much and you will be fine.

Landed here late after long day on the road. Room was nice and clean, nice king size comfy bed. Quiet area, felt safe. Breakfast in the morning was simple but good. Would stay here again.

We had stayed here previously on a snowmobile trip. Josh was fantastic, getting us checked in late and again getting us an additional blanket for our bed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, parking was right outside our room. Was a little disappointed that the room charge if we had just stopped by was significantly less than the rate we had already paid on popular website. In the future will call and make the reservation directly with the hotel. Overall a fantastic stay.

Hotel was clean and in a convenient location for me, but the bathroom was too small, and breakfast was very simple, there were also no beverages available throughout the day like some others with breakfast choices have, although when I would ask for tea, they were very accommodating in providing it to me. Overall, it was convenient for me location wise...

We were put on the second floor of the outer building and there was no elevator (very inconvenient). The rooms were outdated with stained wall paper and holes in the curtains. The room however was clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff was efficient. Breakfast was decent (though apples were the only fresh fruit). So it was serviceable but much closer to a motor lodge than a hotel.

It is a nice and clean hotel, close to Cooperstown, and with many amenities nearby. Delmonico's restaurant (2 stores down from hotel, within 30 seconds walking distance) is an absolute must. The TVs need to be updated (preferrably with ones that are HDMI-compatible), but the staff are friendly, the breakfast is decent, and the location is convenient. I would absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Cooperstown.

We only stayed one night and everything was good at the hotel except I did not like the fact that we were on the main floor of the side building and the front door did not lock. It was uncomfortable knowing anyone could walk into that part of the hotel without key access.

As long as you keep your expectations in check, you'll be perfectly pleased with this hotel. It is no-frills but is comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is basic (cereal, pastries, hard boiled eggs, etc.) but I would have liked to have more fresh fruit. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the location, although not particularly scenic, is very convenient to the highway.

The heat in the first room did not work, heat in the second room only worked slightly better. Rooms are old fashioned, motel is kind of creepy. Dark and scary. Would not stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and the price was fantastic. VERY clean and well taken care of. The only concern I had was the security entrance to the building where our room was located did not close tightly. (The door was still able to lock.) Our room door was fine. It would be much nicer if the building entrance door was replaced. Other than that it was very nice.

I felt very comfortable at this hotel. It felt like we were far away from the other guess because we never heard anyone. And I am the type that likes my room cold and dark when I sleep, and I have never had the air conditioning work this well.. I loved it.. I was easy checking in and out.

Stopped in Utica overnight, Convenient to I90 and quality restaurants. Service was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Biggest plus was the complimentary breakfast. Everyone can eat hearty, with pre-made waffles, muffin assortment, bread (toaster nearby), bagels, peanut butter and jelly, along with juices (no apple) and coffee. 3 cereals to choose from (corn flakes, bran flakes, and cheerios). Instant oatmeal also. Definitely saved money due to this free meal. Next plus was proximity. Booked here to go to Herkimer Diamond Mines and Cooperstown. Mall in New Hartford is 10 minute drive as well. The hotel is also located away from the main road, behind a Wendy's and Old Skool MacDonald's, with Denny's across the street (all really short walking distances). Also ate at Pizza Classic up the road, and the movie theatre is just past there (theatre needs some work, sound was not HI-FI). Also, high speed wireless internet was easy to link up to and convenient. FREE TOILETRIES! Shower Gel and Shampoo dispensers are mounted at shower wall. Toothbrush (yes, can you believe this), toothpaste, razors, combs all available at front desk. TV is standard cable (no HBO). Air conditioning overhead did leak (condensate). Good thing it was located above bathroom entrance. Rug was soaked there but desk did offer another room and maintenance came at 9am next morning. There was no fridge or microwave in this room, but if you bring or buy a cooler, you can just load it up with ice. I look forward to staying here again.

Good hotel, large room, nice staff. But stay away from room 621 - just outside the door is an icemachine. You are almoust certain to be wooken up during the night by someone using the machine...
