Best Western Alfa Aeropuerto - برشلونة

يقدم الفندق وسيلة الإنتقال إلى الفندق والعودة الى المطار و لكن أخر دورة تنتهي الساعة 11:30 مساءاً و لم نكن نعلم و لذا انتظرنا حوالي ساعة وفي النهاية اضطررنا لاستقلال سيارة أجرة إلى الفندق و كان هذا محبطا جدا في ظل برودة الطقس

يقع الفندق بعيد عن منطقة المطاعم أو أماكن النزهة. فبدون سيارة يجب أن تركب الحافلة المجانية للعودة إلي المطار أو أي أتوبيس محلي. الطعام في الفندق كان باهظ الثمن و لكنه لذيذ. كانت الغرفة في مكان هادئ و العاملون في غاية الترحيب و الجدية. مقارنة بالأسعار المدفوعة بالتأكيد سوف نقيم هناك مرة أخري.

كان الفندق ملائماً لإحتياجتنا و هي التوقف لمشاهدة الأماكن السياحية في برشلونة قبل العودة إلي بلدنا. كان الذهاب إلي وسط المدينة يستلزم رحلة لمدة 30 دقيقة مروراً بمنطقة صناعية و لكن ثمن تذكرة الباص المحلي 2 euros فقط و الباص يمر كل 20 دقيقة مما كان مناسب لإحتياجتنا. الموظفون متعاونون .وهناك خدمة باص مجانية من و إلي مطار البرات. لم يكن الإفطارمتميزاً هناك مجال للتجويد! إجمالا إختيار جيد جداً.

شكرا للمتابعة - انا واثق ان فندقكم جميل ولكننا لم نصل اليه بسبب الغاء رحلة الطيران كنا مستاءين للغايه ولكن لم يكن بوسعنا عمل اي شيء للوصول الي هناك, ياالخساره!!

Such a surprising find! Although the exterior and location looked less than impressive, the room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom design. We arrived at 8pm and since the hotel was not in the city, we decided to have dinner at the ground floor restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! Great stay esp if u want to be near the airport!

The room was lovely - large, great TV, bathroom, etc. The free airport shuttle was great and saved us a lot of money. We took the Local Bus 21 into Barcelona with no trouble at all - just 2 euro. Of course the location is not attraction, but it is an airport hotel and worked great for that purpose. Front desk staff were not too swift. Free mac and printing was nice plus WiFi.

My wife and I stayed here on our last night of a European vacation. We flew out of Barcelona airport the next morning at 8:10 a.m. Hotel cleanliness and amenities were top-notch. The shuttle was on-time and proved very valuable. Our room was large and well-appointed. The bathroom was very nice, with a large walk-in shower, but no tub. The bed was large and clean. The only downer was the hotel's location. It sat at the entrance to a large industrial park. There were no amenities nearby and really nothing to do outside of the hotel itself. For that reason, I would not stay here for any reason other than airport access. Ideal for business travelers.

We stayed here one night for our next day flight out to the US. The hotel has airport transpertaion to the airport. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the airport. Clean and comfortable hotel and rooms.

The Good: Comfy beds, free airport shuttle, the price, it has a little shop with snacks and toiletries if you forgot and/or ran out of something, they're cool with early check-in and storing luggage, free wi-fi The Bad: It's near nothing. You have to take the bus to get anywhere. It is an easy bus ride, but a bus ride nonetheless. The food is overpriced significantly and not worth it. Plus even in the cafeteria thing that had extra hours, only one section of the menu is available. A cheese sandwich with chips, water, coke, and a glass of wine was 17Eur. It might have been my most expensive meal my entire trip.

Room was ok, however bed was hard and pillows very small.

I was very pleased with the hotel and its location. It was midway between the airport and center city Barcelona. They had a free airport shuttle and a bus stop right outside the front door to take you to center city barcelona for 2 Euros. We stayed one night. Great value for the price. Not a lot in the surrounding location (most clean industry). But convenient transportation to city and airport. Room modern and clean. I would stay there again.

This hotel is convenient from the airport except for the 20 Euro minimum cab fee if you can't get their shuttle to pick you up. There is an easy bus ride from the hotel to La Rambla which is nice and it runs about every 20 minutes. The staff.... I don't know how people keep a job sometimes. They were rude, unfriendly, condescending and I watched them behave this way with every guest that walked in around me. So, it wasn't just me. I did have one gentleman in the morning who was kind, but aside from that, they were quite awful. This hotel may be convenient from a location standpoint, but if you want to be treated with courtesy and kindness, go elsewhere.

The Alfa is a well run hotel with an excellent staff .

I used this hotel as a stopover waiting for a morning transfer flight. The hotel room was very pleasant and the staff very friendly in fact I was left thinking oh it would be nice to stay here a bit longer. One of the draws of this hotel for me was the free transfer to and from the airport. No other hotels seem either close or have transfers. Unfortunately I arrived 15 minutes too late for the last bus at 23.45 . (It would have been nice if the timetable was shown - it is 6am -> 23.30). The result of this meant i had to take a taxi. Be warned taxis are very expensive! The driver tried to double charge me the airport supplement and wanted €25 for the short trip. Thankfully my spanish is good enough to tell him where to get off and paid the correct €20. But still if you have to add €40 to a hotel just to get there and back that can change your buying decision. So to sum up - great comfortable room, nice staff and the free transfer is great - just get note the timetable for the bus service!

It was pretty good....we needed something close to the airport and, we were able to take public transportation into the city. The hotel staff was efficient and it was a good stay, overall.

Hotel is convenient to airport and has a free shuttle, but shuttle runs on its own schedule. Be prepared to wait. Staff is wonderful and friendly and hotel restaurant is quite good. Neighborhood is harbor-industrial, but bus to city center stops directly outside front door and bus is cheap.

excellent value. Had a surprisingly good Christmas eve dinner in the hotel restaurant.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, is old with zero maintenance, the windows don't close properly, the bed is a disaster, is dirty..........

Free shuttle service to airport. Good food in restaurant. Friendly staff. Room has very nice bathroom. Overall nice stay.

Free wifi a real plus. Advertized pool was "not available"

Although this is billed as an "airport hotel", in fact it's nowhere near the airport. You have to call and wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up after you arrive, and then it's another 15 minute ride in the shuttle to the hotel. But in 45 minutes you can be in downdown Barcelona, surrounded by city life. So there is no benefit to staying at this hotel if you are hoping to be close or convenient to the airport. On top of that, to get back to the airport, you have to make a reservation for the shuttle the day before, so there's a chance that you might not even get on the bus. So just pick a decent hotel in a decent location in town, this place saves you no time. The neighborhood is purely industrial, with large 18 wheeler type trucks barreling down the road all day long and nowhere to go (i.e. restaurants) unless you hop a bus to town, which takes 30 minutes plus waiting time. So there is really no point in staying at this hotel.

Hotel and room were very nice. However, it was October and 80 degrees F, but air conditioning is only available in the "Summer". We left the window open for ventilation and could hear lots of truck traffic from the adjacent truck park. Hotel is reasonably convenient to the airport and bus service to Barcelona city center is right outside the hotel. Hotel is in commercial/industrial neighborhood that doesn't have a lot of character, but suited our purposes just fine.

Glad it was for only one night.

Perfect location. Modern clean rooms and complementary wifi make this a perfect choice for the night before departure. We had stayed here several years back and were a bit unhappy with paying for parking but that included it still is a good value for a quiet (with the airport so close they have soundproof windows) nights sleep.

The pictures of the hotel must be from when it was built. It is much older looking than in the photos. That said, the bathrooms are seem much newer than everything else are are very nice. The pool is a mess with big iron stains and the water is kind bitter. Not very inviting to swim in. The hotel is OK for one night, if you want to be by the airport, but not very convenient for a longer stay, as the neighborhood is very industrial and there aren't any food stores or restaurants nearby.

This is only a place to stay the day before you fly out of Barcelona. It served it's purpose and that is all. We went for the free shuttle and we have not complaints there. This place may have been nice once but those days are long gone.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Barcelona Airport. The hotel offers a convenient free van to the hotel from the airport and the reverse. The biggest surprise was the excellence of the hotel's restaurant. We found the food to be excellent. The surrounding area is light industrial but that was not a limitation from our perspective.

The hotel was great - clean, quiet and modern - as was the shuttle service to the airport. The only problem was the restaurant which didn't open for food service until 8:30 P.M. This doesn't suit travellers who are flying out early. There was no other restaurant in the area.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was excellent. The neighborhood was in an industrial area but it was the closest we could find to the airport so with the shuttle service it worked very well for me. Thank you.

This was our second stay there and we enjoyed both. The staff is competent and friendly. The in house computer is great. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are the best. The local bus stops at the door and for 2eu's you are in the heart of the city in twenty mins. The Restaurant is very good. Food and service are excellent. I find it to be one of the best hotel "buys" in Barcelona. Perfect for overnites and cruise connections. Hotel and rooms well maintained.

Nice hotel that is close to airport. Has a very good shuttle service. Had a early flight and took the 5am shuttle. Room is comfortable. Has several restaurant/take out options for food. This was nice because I arrived late and the hotel is in a port/industrial area.

We were looking for a place near the airport and were very pleased with our choice. Although the surrounding location was mainly industrial it is near the Llobregat river where there are excellent trails for walking and running. The hotel was of a high standard at a reasonable price. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Good restaurant. Excellent service at reception.

The hotel is located in an industrial park 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. The shuttle is not actually 24 hours it starts a 5 am as well. On arrival we were given an room on a floor that was being renovated and the paint fumes were very strong as they were not using latex paint. The person at the front desk was very accommodating and gave us a different room. Some parts of which were very modern. The beds were of very poor quality and the springs constantly were popping when you tried to roll over. I would not recommend this hotel for travel, I would select one closer to the airport for an additional 20 to 30 euros.

The shuttle service from the airport to hotel was very slow. About 1 hour from our arrival at pick up spot to hotel. The check in was quick and efficient as was room service. We didn't have hot water for our shower in the morning. So, bottom line, hotel works for quick stay, but not a great hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. We were also happy that we could drink a coffee early in the morning before the shuttle took us to the airport and the driver was very good. The hotel was a little expensive (for us) but we received what we paid for. And we loved the glass sliding doors in the bathroom. In fact, we are going to do the same thing in our bathroom at home.
