Best Western Plus Heritage Inn - بيلينجهام

The room we stayed in was spacious and nice. Our king-size bed was a bit hard, but many would probably like it. EXCELLENT shower, not the typical low shower head with terrible water! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that we could hear everything from others...the walls must be thin.

Loved everything about it. The free breakfast was outstanding. Excellent service, catered to our needs. Great location. Only complaints were that the hot tub was a little cold, and the air conditioning unit kept shutting off randomly so our room got pretty hot and stuffy.

Absolutely one of the best accomodations I've experienced in my years of business ravel. Staff was friendly, and helpful and they service was outstanding, including the shuttle service. Superb!!

Very happy with the hotel and the location, right across from Bellis Fair shopping centre. Hotel rate includes a great breakfast - Waffles, eggs, sausage, every kind of toast and muffins, real juice - not sugar artificial juice. Staff were very pleasant. Included airport transfer. Would highly recommend.

We had a one nighter as this hotel prior to flying out of BLI airport. Very friendly desk, free breaky to go in am in taxi. Very comfy, clean, convenient. Very good stay. DB

walking distance to all anemities well maintained.

My only negative feedback is this particular hotel has 3 buildings and we did not like being in a building away from the front desk (we were 2 women away for a couple of days of shopping). My sister who i was with said she did not like staying in a building like that.

This property is set up as a campus, three separate buildings. The rooms are average size, but are extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is above average. The fitness area is above average. I might make a different choice with small children, but as a seasoned business traveler, it was almost perfect. Well worth the price paid.

I have stayed at this motel before and enjoyed the visit so we decided to stay there again. Unfortunately there was a volleyball tournament going on at the local college and our room location was not the best. Other than that it is a very nice location to stay.

Stayed 2 nights and would definitely come back. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Mexican restaurant on site is excellent. Really liked that coffee and tea available near lobby. Breakfast was also good. My only negative would be that it was a little noisy on first floor but not after 10pm.

Very nice room; seemed very up to date. I had a very nice experience.

Altho The Heritage Inn is just off the freeway it would fit in , in a gracious rural setting or a busy urban street. The staff clearly come to work with the intention of pleasing their guests...nothing seems an imposition. The rooms are spotless ,comfortable , well appointed and QUIET! I have stayed here many times and felt it was long overdue that I let someone know how pleased I am and how well it all works for me.

Perfect place to stay, close to everything. Great breakfast, nice room. alittle loud from the highway being right there. Had to close the window in the middle of the night

Our second stay at this hotel. Very convenient, clean, friendly, and quiet. A peaceful creek flows through the property. The breakfast is really great as is the coffee bar with cookies for the guests whenever they check in. I highly recommend this motel as a great place to stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. We made use of the pool and the continental breakfast was very extensive. Our kids loved the waffles!

The Best Western in Bellingham was very comfortable and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. The relaxing hottub, continental breakfast and even a complimentary DVD were all reasons why we would come back.

The room was clean and the decor was equal to many 5 star hotels. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would definately stay again.

Close to shopping and restaurants - 10 minutes from Airport. Reasonable rates... and breakfast was included.

They graciously checked us in early as per request as we needed to get ready for a wedding. The room had everything needed - the bed was soft and comfy - the breakfast outstanding - We enjoyed our stay and would be most happy to choose to stay at the Best Western Heritage in Bellingham again! Thank you!

This was our family's favorite hotel on our trip to Washington. It was decorated so nicely, very clean (cleanliness is very important to me), extremely friendly staff, a lovely location, etc. If you're in the area, this is an excellent place to stay. You won't be disappointed!

With out a doubt one of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in! The staff was so accomodating and our room was just perfect for us. There was a soccer tourney in town and at least two teams were staying here, but we were given a room off the main hall and it was so private and comfortable. The furnishings were brand new and the travertine and granit bathroom contained a very large rimless glass shower. Very modern and comfortable. Can't say enough good things!! The hotel is located just across the way from the Bellis Fair shopping center and many eateries. Just a super nice hotel!

This hotel was in really nice condition. Good price for the quality, clean room, pool and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. They even lend out a collection of DVDs for free and it's walking distance from the Bellis Fair mall, which is why we were staying here. We only had one complaint.. You can hear absolutely everything that goes on outside of the door. The first night we stayed there, we were woken up probably close to 20 times from doors slamming, all throughout the night. Not once or twice, aaaaaaall night. Housecleaning also began at 8:30 AM, which we could also hear very clearly from inside our room. We had to buy earplugs to wear for the second night! I had read reviews of people saying that the people above them were stomping, or you could hear them taking a shower, but nothing ever mentioned about how loud it is outside in the hallway. Besides not being able to get any sleep, this hotel is great and I have absolutely no other complaints. Unfortunately, I don't know if we would stay here again just because of that. They should really invest in sound proofing the doors, or something, and we would definitely book here again.

Very courteous staff, we had a double queen room for our family of four, was clean, surprisingly quiet as the motel is situated just off the highway, and airconditioned, plenty of room and well equipped. The Breakfast room provided an excellent choice of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, assorted breads, ham, cheese, eggs and waffels -the breakfast room staff were friendly kept everything well stocked and clean. Children enjoyed the pool, and the free DVD's and popcorn each night. An excellent place to stay whilst participating in a little cross border shopping.

Great location near stores and close to freeway but not too close. Room clean and comfy. Parking is nice and breakfast is more than just cold ceral. Overall nice stay!

Loved our stay. Boutique feel, newer rooms. Much prefer to big box hotels, as it felt more personal in a smaller building. Bellis Fair a stone's throw away, all very convienant. 1 hour drive from our house in Vancouver!

I really wanted to like this hotel. It's a newer property, and while not exactly in a "happening" part of town, it's easy to get to and there's a mall very close by if you need to kill an hour or two in the evening. (If you're in a masochistic mood, try purchasing something from the nearby Costco. It gets flooded with shoppers from British Columbia, and what would be a routine shop at any other Costco store becomes an experience akin to being dropped in the middle of a Beijing thoroughfare, with every single person and vehicle going in the opposite direction you want to go.) That said, there was a circus performing on the second floor (I stayed on the first). Or so it seemed. The buildings (there are 3 of them) are wood-framed, so every single step, leap, bounce, cartwheel, etc that the upstairs guests did transferred to the lower floor. Additionally, if your room is next to the hot tub (check) then you can hear everyone's conversation until such time as tub is closed at night. Three hours of sleep is all anyone needs, right? The breakfast was a welcome surprise - I'd booked the hotel several weeks in advance, and had forgotten the breakfast buffet was included. Hardboiled eggs, omelettes, bagels, muffins, bread/toast, cereal, yogurt. Standard fare, but sufficient to fill up with before hitting the road again.

The hotel for the price was terrible, I would not recommend it. It is old, carpets dirty and my room look out at a bar and resturant.

This is the worst motel I've stayed in during my 2 1/2 weeks vacation, The place is nicely done and comfortable, but I found the staffs are not very friendly. We got woken up by squeaking floor from people walking on the floor above us at 7 am, and again around 8 pm by vacuum noise in hallway. Couldn't have picked a worst place to stay.

We spent the weekend at this wonderful hotel. Room was clean and in great repair. The furnishing were very tasteful, and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was we booked 2 rooms that we wanted close together and they were in 2 different buildings, good thing all of us were adults. Would not been a good idea for older children to be that far away. A minor problem. Other wise a wonderful stay. Was very impressed with the white bed spread. Not a spot on it. Loved it.

Great room...better than expected. Convenient to shopping and food. Lay-out of property a little odd. Continental breakfast was pretty good, but had to walk across the street to another building. Lot's of stairs to get to room. If handicapped, definitely need ground level. Overall was great experience and would stay again for sure.

this was a very nice place to stay for the price. The only problem I had with it was that there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. I suppose I could have requested one on the ground floor but we got in late & I was too tired to think about it. We would definitely stay there again. It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, we had a microwave & small fridge in our room and it was updated nicely.

We have stayed with you twice and found you hotel excellent and will stay again.

Visiting student at Western. Convenient and a great nights sleep. Comfortable bed, great in room coffee (no styrofoam) and all the conveniences for a great price!

The room was nice and clean with french provincial style Broyhill Furnishings, granite sink and marble tile shower and flooring in the bathroom and high quality linens on the comfortable bed with LOTS of fluffy pillows, but there was no closet or place to hang up a coat or umbrella. If quietude is important to you, you'd be frustrated by the doors slamming loudly all hours of the night and day. I also was not warned that there wouldn't be any parking near my building and I'd have to walk a block with all of my luggage AND haul it up 2 flights of cement stairs. I did call to complain when I arrived in my room but was met with "oh sorry" and no explaination or offer of the concierge service that I noticed later mentioned in the brochure later. The breakfast was the usual and the hotel clerks were VERY nice and EXTREMELY helpful and kind. The free courtesy shuttle to the airport was fast and easy to schedule and the guy was really nice. There was also a lot of places to shop and dine within a few blocks including the mall and hair salons.

We have stayed at this Hotel twice in the last 2 years. We really like the professional and friendly service, above average continental breakfast, comfortable beds, classy decor and beautiful landscape. Although we did't mind using the stairs, having an elevator will help elderly patients, families with lots of luggage or any travelers on a rainy day. You can also hear some noise since it's close to the highway. Requesting a room as far away as possible from the access doors of the building may help. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will for sure go back in the future since it's close to our favorite Mexican Restaurant!

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when in this area but it was a bit more than I wanted to pay on this trip. The only negative I had heard about this hotel was the noise from the highway. I expressed this to the clerk at the registry and she made sure that my room was not facing the highway as I like to open the window at night. The room was spacious and quite nice with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast the next morning was also good. The stairs to the floor I was on were on the exterior of the building and, as it was raining heavily, this was a bit of a nuisance, and would be difficult for anyone with a disability. All in all I was pleased and had a good nights rest.
