This is a good, basic businessperson's hotel with the perk of a pool. The pool area is quite nice, away from traffic (even though the hotel sits on the main highway through town). The hotel and room decor is very dated. There is dark, heavy furniture everywhere that makes the place have a bit of an oppressive air. The rooms are clean but they all smell of humidity, something that even blasting the air all day did not do away with. I chose this place because of its proximity to the bus stations as I had to travel out of Villa everyday. I also liked that the restaurant was open late so i could eat at odd hours when I got back from my work. It served its purpose and I was generally happy but if you are looking for a luxury feel, I would go somewhere else. I also stayed at La Venta for a few nights and while it is much more expensive, it might be worth it.

This hotel was clean and the staff was helpfull. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of steel. When we looked at the mattress it appeared to be from the 60's and could not have been more uncomfortable. It was very easy to find the hotel and was very close to the main road into town from the north.

Even after a fair amount of hostelling and camping, I don't think I have EVER slept anywhere as bad as this hotel. It is simply lethal! I had read other people's reviews about problems with the air-con at this hotel and I had decided to ignore them in favour of the convenient location near the bus station, good price and Best Western brand. Well, don't!!! You WILL regret it. The humidity is simply unbearable, the atmosphere unbreathable, the smell of mould overpowering, you can't open any windows (reading the reviews, that's how I thought I could deal with the problem, but you can't!) and although many guests are so uncomfortable that they keep their room doors open, the air in the corridors is hardly any better. You will get ill here, I did and I'm pretty tough normally. I am shocked of Best Western and of reputable website like hotels.com to even offer this place. I will definitely never stay at a Best Western again as a result! Really it doesn't get any worse than this.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and has several facilities, eg pool, internet. All round comfortable. However we arrived early evening and left early morning, so we had no time to find problems.

Relatively cheap. recommends only a single night. The hotel seems poorly maintained.

I stayed at the hotel in preparation for a seminar being held there. The hotel breakfast was a very nice buffet, the room was clean, well-lit and comfortable, though the towels (very clean) had seen better days. Room had an efficient airconditioner, much appreciated in June heat and humidity. Pool was clean and accomodating though the high edge made it a little difficult to get out. Restaurants near by were basic but good and the Parque La Venta was a reasonable walk.

All Mexico travels by bus. This hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the Villahermosa central bus station. I stayed at this hotel twice, once for three days to see LaVenta and Palenque, and once as a stop over to break the trip from Merida to Veracruz. The hotel is modern in style, inside entry to rooms. There is an outdoor pool well kept and a sitting area in garden adjacent to the pool, also well kept and a bar off the pool. The restaurant has good food prepared wihtin view. At least one desk clerk spoke English and the waiters in the restauarant are not afraid to struggle with language. When I was shown my room the air conditioner was off (probably an energy saving measure) and there was a strong mildew and mold odor. This was true for both stays but the first room was more noticable than the second. Both rooms were clean.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Good value for a night on the road. Not a vacation or resort hotel.

I have to tell this to other users. Not sure where was the issue, but during checking in, the hotel guys said they could not provide the service as I have paid it (breakfast included), but as instructions they have received (no breakfast). After 1/2 hour debating in the lobby, i have to personally call hotels.com for them to solve this issue. And yes, after all this, they finally agree to provide the breakfast. But guess what, the next day, the breakfast was a glass of juice OR small plate of fruit AND 2 small portions of bread... yes, unbelievable.... after all the fighting in previous night just to get this... So this hotel is so so, the quality of the facilities are not bad at all, but the quality of customer service, specially from the guy in charge, it's the worst i have seen or heard... this guy doesn't know about or even know how to spell customer services. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Muy mala, el hotel es sucio, descuidado, las camas no son agradables, el jabon de baño es de motel de paso, y el servicio de taxi que ellos utilizan cobra mas que cualquier hotel de verdadera calidad y de mejor categoria. No me volveré a hospedar en ese hotel nunca

MUY BUENA. LAMENTABLEMENTE FUE SÓLO UNA NOCHE.

El hotel esta acorde con el precio que te cobra, siento que le hace falta una remodelacion a las habitaciones.

Mediana calidad, las habitaciones tienen un fuerte olor a hongos y humedad, el hotel es muy accesible y precio adecuado

En el hotel todo bien, pero el servicio de taxi que el botones me consiguió, me cobró mucho mas de lo que cobra cualquier empresa por el viaje al aeropuerto, siendo que el hotel es uno de los mas cercanos al mismo, y cuando se le hizo el señalamiento al taxista se cerró en su cobro y exigió el pago del servicio, cuando era claro que estaba cobrando de mas por el mismo

Buen servicio y comodidad

Hotel con muy buen trato pero el moviliario es muy viejo y las camas se les salen los resortes, bueno si vas de trabajo tiene lo necesario pero es incomodo.

Agradable...el personal es atento, la ubicación es muy buena.

Buena atencion de empleados. REservación respetada. Desague de regadera completamente tapado y malos olores, ventana rota, aire acondicionado viejop y muy ruidoso

El mobiliario de la habitación estaba muy viejo, no era un lugar agradable donde estar. Sábanas, almohadas igualmente viejas.

el hotel se ve antiguo. las habitaciones huelen a humedad y se ven descuidadas. al leer la guia del hotel dice que hay cafetera en la habitación y no había ninguna. los teléfonos están muuuy viejos, no pude tomar una llamada porque cuando sonó se encendieron 3 foquitos y con ninguno pude contestar. el room service fue rapido y amable pero los alimentos no tenían sabor.

Cuartos oscuros, alberca sucia, wifi que no funciona en el cuarto... un hotel que recomendaria unicamente por la ubicación y la tarifa accesible...

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de plazas, del museo de la venta y con toda la facilidad para tomar carreteras a diferentes destinos del estado. También tienen buen servicio y el personal es muy amable.

Ubicado sobre la Avenida principal de Villahermosa, A dos cuadras de las terminales de autobuses, A 20 minutos del Aeropuerto, El personal tiene excelente actitud de servicio, Además cuenta con alberca.

Buen hotel, servicio adecuado. Instalaciones buenas, aunque pueden mejorar el mobiliario y en especial los aires acondicionados. Sin embargo es una buena opcion en Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

Un hotel mal entretenu avec des chambres dont la propreté est très limite voir scandaleuse. La belle piscine à l'eau verdatre n'est pas utilisable et le petit déjeuner est très cher pour la qualité servie. Hotel à déconseiller

Nuestra estadía en el hotel no fue muy placentera. La habitación que nos habían descrito por internet, era una con dos camas matrimoniales dobles, con balcón y en la fotografía se miraban bien las instalaciones. Ya allá las habitaciones estaban feas, la regadera del baño estaba sucia, tenia suciedad en todos los azulejos, el baño despedía olor a desagüe todo el tiempo, nos toco una habitación con tres camas individuales, nada cómodas, las sobre fundas se miraban sucias. Y una noche llovió muy muy fuerte y amanecimos con un charco en el cuarto por una gotera.

La limpieza de la habitación verdaderamente deplorable, las sabanas y fundas verdaderamente sucias, se le pidio a recepción enviaran el cambio y tardaron casi una hora en enviar el cambio, pero sin camarera para que lo hiciera solamente un mensajero que llevo las mismas, se le pidio al auditor del hotel (una señora muy mal presentada) que acudiera a la habitación para que confirmara el estado de la misma y acudio pero sin ninguna solución solo dijo que en ese momento ya no habia camareras que pudieran hacer la habitación. así que lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros mismos, me parece que no se le da ni siquiera la atención de dos estrellas debería ser para menos y no cobrar la tarifa que se cobra.

el clima de la habitación no enfrio, las toallas de baño rotas y deshiladas, de muy mal aspecto. muy mal.

No tenían toallas limpias a las 6 de latarde, despues cuando nos entregaron las toallas, daban lástima, pues un Best Western, tiene calidad en todos sus accesorios y estos daban lástima. Toda la noche nos sonó el motor del aire acondicionado general, estábamos en el 5 piso abajo de los condensadores. No se puede descansar así.

HOTEL LIMPIO Y COMODAS CAMAS,, EL PERSONAL ATENTO

Es un edificio muy viejo que lo adecuaron con chapas de tarjeta, etc. El internet es demasiado lento que no puede trabajar. El mobiliario y los baños son viejos. No corresponde a la tarifa.

El botones se molesto porque estaba muy agotado y no quise saber de todos los detalles del hotel. Despues cuando pedi una pancha me hizo un comentario que era porque no utilize sus servicios. un tanto arrogante este tipo.

Las toallas están muy limpias, pero ya se les nota el tiempo de uso están luidas y dan mal aspecto.

Hotel muy comodo y limpio. cerca de un chedraui, cerca de la central de autobuses, cerca del parque museo la venta.
