cool place to have relaxed stay. personell are really helpful and concentrated on your convinience. beach is great w easy entrance and great aquamarine water. food is delicious and many types of dishes. all inclusive is good choice considering cost of food in cancun region to reach fun places buses should be used, but not more then 15 mins and frequency is 5 mins. be carefull that not all hotels in hoteliera area have good beach. check visitors photos to ensure.

We stayed in around 15 all inclusive resorts over the 2 months we traveled thu Mexico and this was one of the best.

Really nice. Food is good for one week, pool is clean and well maintained. Room is clean. Staff is really nice.

We thought the pool area/chairs were too tight. We spent no time at the pool. Not enough chairs on the beach - just wanted to relax and felt like we couldn't until we staked out a chair. Great beach for body surfing. There were no other water activities like we thought - unless you booked & paid for an excursion and went off site. Easy to take bus into town. Food was ok - ate off property every night. Beach restaurant was decent and easy for lunch while on the beach. Villa was the trip saver - lots of room for our family but the 3rd room would not cool & was very hot. Kids weren't allowed in the hot tubs so that was a bummer too. Staff at hotel was nice & helpful. Grateful for tips no matter how small. Didn't like wearing the wristbands for the all inclusive. Avoided our 'personal concierge' since they really want to just get you to sit through their vacation club presentation and book excursions through them, understandable & fine if you are not comfortable finding those things on your own.

Friendly and helpful staff in the restaurants and inside the hotel, however pool staff were slow and not very helpful. The hotel is a bit out of date, and I wish there was an outside lounging area as the indoor bar is rather dark.

The buffet was somewhat limited compared to others we have stayed in, and the other places to eat on site were often closed at inconvenient times, but otherwise the hotel was great.

Great hotel, lots to do and eat and great beach location. Highly recommend.

Just Ok. The hotel was full of kids (12-15 yr olds)... which was a little annoying.

Highly recommend. An older hotel that has been extremely well maintained and is pristine. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Multi-level pools and large beach expanse give plenty of space to "spread out"; even if the hotel is filled to capacity, there is always a lounge available at poolside. Especially appealing to my family were the sushi and taco bars. The beachfront restaurant serves tasty breakfasts and lunches, and the swing bar w/jacuzzis makes a fun spot to hang out with friends when some time out of the sun is needed.

We would highly recommend this hotel....the staff was exceptional. My mother fainted during breakfast (she had an overnight flight and was dehydrated) The Omni staff called EMT's and even had a Dr. on call come in to check on her. They went above and beyond to make sure whe was okay. The manager even called our room the next day to see if we needed anything. I have never seen such caring treatment of a guest. The hotel is beautiful, clean and safe....close to everything in Cancun. We will got back for sure.

Nice hotel, nothing extravegant but the price was right and the staff was wonderful. Only complaint is the bar jacuzzi on the beach was not as hot as it should have been.

The Omni in Cancun is located along the hotel row that is 27 km long, that has many hotels located next door to each other. Check in was easy and fast, took no more than 2m to be completed. Our room was on the lagoon side, facing Cancun. Room was clean and well equipped. Facility was in good shape, pools looked spectacular, 3 restaurants located in facility, beach was nice and good shape too, we got there near sundown so did not see during day, flew out the next am.

I really like this hotel, they have a great hot tub bar near the beach. Genius! Rooms are great, views are awesome either way...I like the lagoon view. Food is really good there, but could be a little better. They never change the menu and always have the same stuff year to year. They do a daily theme like Italian or Mexican, but that is it. In my opinion they need to turn Da Vinci's into a world class restaurant. (Bigger wine List, larger variety of prime cuts, more fish options, ect) Pool is impressive. The bar tenders and waiters work really hard to make sure you are happy, and that is a huge thing in a resort. Have computers free to use the internet, a bonus.

the only caomplaint i have is the food was not that good. the best meal was breakfast.

We were 2 weeks in Mexico and at the end we took 3 days with all icluded in the Omni Cancun. The hotel is nice not giant 2 big pools very nice room is clean and spacious with nice balconey All inclusive: food is nice but not s.t to talk to mamy about :-) alcohol is not that great as most of teh bars spread around the hotel compound have basic quality drinks margaritas and cocktails are very very low in alcohol if you go to the Loby bar they have good alcohol but they hide it behind the normal bottles so you have to ask for it the all inclusive is rather expensive if you don't intend to goorge on food and drinks but if you do not take all inclusive the prices are very expensive and since u are in a rsort you will not go out beach is beautifull in summarry : nice getaway!!!!

Hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and very accomodating. Very efficiently run hotel. I give this Hotel my highest recommendation. I will absolutely visit here again.

Very clean, nice hotel right on the beach. Loved the beachfront grill for breakfast & lunch. We stayed for 2 nights and did not get the "all inclusive" package and things got a little pricey...($$$ for a coke or bottled water, etc...) but would recommend.

My wife and I truely enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and lunches were excellent. The rooms were very nice and had a wonderful view. The service was great!. We will be back!

very expensive, you can get better hotels that this and cheaper

The hotel was incredible, our stay, although short was great. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can tell that service to them is king. The room was clean and had a great lagoon view. The price could not be beat. I will not stay anywhere else in Cancun.

Отель чудесный, мы были очень удивлены обслуживанием и чистотой в отеле и номерах. Персонала очень много, все очень приветливые и дружелюбные. Пляж очень удобно расположен, чистый, лежаков достаточно. Может быть было не очень много народу? Напитки в баре были все, какие пожелаешь. Кухня отменная, особенно в ресторане итальянской кухни Да Винчи. На пляже есть кафе Пина Колада, там тоже очень вкусно, заказ блюд по меню. Сделано все, чтобы с территории отеля люди даже не выходили. Вечером каждый день разные шоу, сувениры вечером прямо вдоль бассейна продают местные умельцы. Единственное разочарование - мало кто играет в активные игры, волейбол на пляже, например)))) а в остальном претензий нет, одни положительные эмоции

Hotel antigo, não remodelado com péssimo mobiliario com cheiro muito ativo de desinfetante no andar da circulacao dos quartos . As fotos do site não correspondem ao que se vê. Eu e meu marido Ficamos só por uma noite e avisamos durante a reserva que era nosso aniversario de casamento, pensavamos que poderiamos usufruir de todo o complexo mas fomos discriminados e convidados a nos retirar do restaurante italiano da vinci sob o argumento de que so poderia ser utilizado por aqueles com estadia de no minimo três dias. Na nossa reserva tinhamos wi-fi gratis, mas a senha fornecida era limitada para um único aparelho, foi um problema para ter habilitado o ipad e o celular, sendo necessária uma discussao na recepcao.O bar da piscina serve um sushi de péssima qualidade. Funcionários responsaveis pelo entretenimento pouco antenciosos. O café da manha foi muito bom e a comida servida no buffet também, e os funcionários dali muito atenciosos. Se vc pensa que estará indo a um super resort não vá, fuja dai. Não recomendo.

nuestro plan era dverso ya que viajamos en plan familiar, mi hijo deseaba conocer y disfrutar de unos puntos de interes y el mio descansar, y todos la pasamos genial, y el personal es sumamente amable y preparado.

Solo estuve una noche en el hotel, para haber sido solo una noche estuvo bien , sin embargo si me hubiera tenido que quedar mas noches me hubiera cambiado de hotel.....demasiada gente.

Mas se quiser usar a tenda tem que acordar cedo...

Hotel incrível, atendimento excelente, limpeza, quartos, comida, bebidas, tudo excelente. Fui no carnaval/2013 com meu marido e nao temos nada a reclamar. Recomendadíssimo. Funcionários bem preparados e super educados. Segurança do hotel exemplar. 100% em tudo.

Fantastisk hotell og hotellområde! Servicen var topp og man kunne ligge og nyte solen, mens hyggelig betjening stadig kom og spurte om man ville ha noe å drikke eller se menyen. Alt inkludert. Man ga tips om man selv ville. Stedet kunne vi absolutt tenke oss å reise tilbake til. Fra balkongen vår hadde vi nydelig havutsikt. Verandaene var bygget på en slik måte at det føltes ganske privat å sitte der og kose seg. Det var kraftige bølger hver dag, så hvis man ønsker å svømme langt, bør man oppsøke strender med beliggenhet som har mindre vind og bølger. Fordelen med vinden er at man ikke blir svett, selv om solen skinner fra skyfri himmel.

A estadia foi boa. o hotel é pequeno, considerando os varios hoteis que Cancun oferece. Area de atividades recreativas é muito ruim. Quase nao tem atividades para criancas, por exemplo. A comida é muito ruim e muito bastantao. E nao tem opcoes a escolher, mesmo querendo pagar. é tudo uma UNICA opcao e a comida muito repetitiva, pode-se observar no dia-a-dia que muita comida é reaproveitada.

El hotel es excelente, te hacen sentir como en casa, la comida muy buena y muchos productos de el mar, personal super amable, hotel impecable toda la habitación en marmol, vista y terraza muy linda.La piscina un poco fria lo unico que deberian mejorar es el entretenimiento

Pasamos una semana muy agradable en este hotel con la familia. Tienen acceso a todos los entretenimientos que esta zona ofrece, incluyendo visitas a los sitios de interés y alquiler de vehículos para los que organizan sus propios planes. La ciudad y los bares están relativamente cerca y se puede acceder a ellos en bus de transporte público.

Adoramos o Omni ! Muita mordomia na piscina e na praia ! O restaurante japones da piscina é exelente, as jacuzzis são perfeitas, a equipe de entretenimento super gentl. Voltaria sem dúvidas.

desafortunadamente cada vez se requeriran cajas fuertes de mayores dimensiones para depositar ahi todos tus valores , ya que durante nuestra estancia nos fue sustraido de la habitacion un Ipad, deslindandose el hotel de toda responsabilidad por no haber guardado el ipad en la caja fuerte ?? Tomen sus precauciones

Everything in this hotel is perfect, service perosnalen are friendly, the management is helpful and professional. The only thing that bothered my kids at night was the high noise level in the parties on the pole areas. I really recommend this hotel.
