The hotel staff is really friendly, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the continental breakfast is ridiculously delicious (for being a continental breakfast). I was even amazed that they had adopted a Clean Remote, making me feel much cleaner since the remote control and phone are typically the dirtiest parts of a hotel room. The surrounding area also has many places to eat, from fast food burger chains to sit down-style restaurants. Overall, a great stay.

The room was clean--the staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good. I would definately stay there again.

The price and value were just what we were looking for during our recent ski vacation. The hotel was convenient to all of the ski resorts around Salt Lake City. There was a large choice of restaurants nearby. The location is in a business area, but this is really what we expected.

If you want to stay outside Salt Lake City, but still have good access to the main sights, such as Temple Square and the rest of the downtown area, the Best Western Cottontree Inn is a good location and base to work from. The hotel is clean and the room standard very high. The staff is helpful, for example, in finding other Best Western hotels and reservations and making printouts of information and e-mails, which was very nice of them.
