Good value, good restaurant, good hotel. Would stay there again!

Only issue for us was that we were a little off of our I-80 path. Put us about 30-40 minutes off our route. But hotel was worthy enough for us to rebook on our way back.

matresses were worn and uncomfortable. otherwise room clean , staff very pleasent.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The accommodations were excellent, the restaurant was a very nice surprise for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel intself was very cute, and in good condition. The little bar that has just recently opened was fantastic-great service, food and an entertaining bartender. The complimentary breakfast was also great-no buffet like normal hotels do, but a nice selection of 4 or 5 options to choose from, and a waitress serves you. The food was something I would certainly would have paid for, it was that good- not your average bagel/donut/cereal complimentary breakfast that is for sure. My complaint, and the reason for the lower rating is due to cleanliness. We found 2 different bug type things in the bed, throughout the evening. We tried to change rooms, as I did NOT want to sleep after seeing the first bug, but were only offered clean sheets. Then later, we found a gnat type thing in bed. I again, went to the front desk, and again was only offered clean sheets, I asked for a new room, and was told they booked solid. When I went to check out in the morning, I complained again, and they acted like I was exaggerating. Also, pay attention to your bill, because they automatically charge you to use the safe, and when you initial that you won't use the safe, the clerk told me that i would not charged the fee. Well, after checking out, and miles down the road, I looked at my receipt, and sure enough was charged for using the safe. Like I said, the hotel itself was nice, but i was not pleased with the bugs, and the lack of interest of the service team to try to remedy the situation. I will not be staying at this hotel again, but I might visit the bar/restaurant again.

Hotel very nice. Loved the pool and the courtyard. We stayed in July so the courtyard was in full bloom with beautiful flowers. I could have stayed there all day and relaxed while the kids swam. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an older home restored, a wonderful idea. They made you feel relaxed and lots of room to venture. Board games were provided in a room, purchase snacks, gifts and a bar area. They were very helpful with directions to other events and if we needed anything for the room, they were right there. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The desk clerks were so nice at check in and check out. Our room was clean, nice looking, with beautiful high ceilings. Great cable. Hair dryer, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. I have to rave about the excellent morning breakfast in a very beautifully decorated room. Sunday morning, each table with a small vase of fresh flowers. Excellent selection of bagels, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, danish and really delicious waffles that you can make yourself. Plenty of butter, syrup, cream cheese, etc., and skim milk for the cereal. Papers to read, it was just so nice. We will def. return!!!

This kind of hotel is what we must have . It's what we had in the gold century of hosting. Tremendous!! And it have a faboulous restaurant for steaks in Mentor avenue

The staff was extremely courteous and the hotel had extremely comfortable accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sind dort auf dem Weg von Detroit zu den Niagara Fällen abgestiegen. Sehr ordentliches Hotel mit guten, frisch zubereiteten Frühstück. Zimmer sehr geräumig, Bad OK. In der Nähe (Fußreichweite) gibt es einige (Fast Food) Restaurants und einen großen Supermarkt, wo man sich mit ordentlich Reiseproviant eindecken kann. Parkplatz und Internet vorhanden. Für Sommeraufenthalte auch mit schöner Veranda.
