Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence/Warwick - وارويك

My girlfriend and I come every year for shopping and seafood. We love that we can get a two room suite with two bathrooms. This was our third year coming. We stayed on the second floor and there were visitors with several children above us that made the ceiling shake every five minutes. My girlfriend noticed hairs in the bathroom while showering. There was a ring around my bathroom toilet. Although we will probabaly visit again next year, I hope the cleaning crew improves and they keep guest with small energetic children on the first floor.

Living space was tiny

We had an okay stay at this hotel. No serious complaints. Our room came equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge which was convenient. The room was a little old and dingy, but relatively clean.That is what you kind of expect at a Holiday Inn. Service was good. Parking is free and plentiful. Wifi was also free. It's right off the highway so pretty convenient location if you're stopping on your way to somewhere else.

We love this hotel!!! Almost everyone went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved Joe at the front desk, Milton at the bar and Matt in the grill. Valet and housekeeping were also great. When we asked for the general manager to share our experience, he was less enthusiastic than we expected. We thought he would be excited to hear good stuff, but not so. Our only disappointment was the heat/AC was not working propertly. We we were compted for breakfast the next morning. We would recommend your hotel in a minute!

My husband and I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for 9 nights over the holidays. We had stayed before, but this was our longest vacation so the rooms at Homewood were wonderful. By having a kitchen area, and a separate living room and bedroom, we felt like we were staying in someone's condo. By booking and prepaying, we got a great deal. The breakfasts and welcome home selections are very good. It was also nice to have a full size refridgerator to put some groceries in for those late night snacks. It was so nice to come home from visiting and have a nightcap with some salsa and chips and not have to sit on a bed to do so! Speaking of beds, they were so comfortable, not to mention the pillows! The staff was great to us. We enjoyed sleeping late, going to the pool and hot tub with the kids and then showering and going out late in the afternoon, long after I would have expected service. Much to my surprise, when we came back late at night, someone had come in after 5pm and cleaned our room, made the bed, took out the trash, and changed our towels. Such wonderful service! Will stay there every trip to RI and will look for Homewood Suites wherever I go. You can tell its a Hilton!

This was our 4th time staying there this year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.Everyone of the staff was always very helpful.We feel like we are staying at a home away from home each time we stay...plus the breakfasts and cocktail hour are always a plus.

This was my first opportunity to stay at Homewood Suites and I was quite pleased by the experience. The hotel location was in an industrial park, so it was relatively quite. The breakfast everyday was adequate, M-F 6:00AM-9:00AM, S-S 7:00AM-10:00PM. Would have like to seen the time extended 1 hour during the week. The counter help was outstanding and friendly. Lobby was nicely decorated for the fall season and with the fireplace going gave a sense of warmth and comfort. The carpets in our suite were abit tired (worn and puckered), but overall the room was passable. Overall, I would recommend this place and will definitely stay there again on my next vist to my home state.

Complimentary Breakfast was much better than I have had at other hotels! Only negative comment for breakfast was coffee was weak. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable but not as nice as other Hilton's I have stayed.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go back and stay there.

Two nights in a row the fire alarms went off at around 10:30 p.m. There was never any explanation given. The rooms are spacious but are starting to show some wear since the last time we were there (3 years ago). The staff was friendly and helpful. Still not a bad choice for a stay in the Providence surroundings.

Hilton properties have really taken a nosedive. This was my second disappointing stay in a Hilton property and I will not make the same mistake a third time. The room had not had a thorough cleaning in some time, there was a stench in the room that no amount of spray could dissipate, and the water in the pool and hot tub looked "swampish"--not to mention the "sand" that was at the bottom of both (there was no sand on the property, so it is difficult to determine what the grit could be attributed to). The young man behind the desk was very nice and helpful, but as the sole night clerk, there was only so much he could do. If you absolutely must stay near the airport, look elsewhere.

This was a great hotel to stay in - the rooms were spacious (we had a suite with a bedroom separate from the kitchen/living area) and comfortable. The breakfast was your standard hot continental breakfast - belgium waffles, eggs/sausage/bagels/cereal - it was good. The only problem with the breakfast is that they have metal tongs to get the belgium waffles out, which over time have scratched the non-stick finish off the belgium waffle makers, resulting in waffles that stick to the iron and rip apart when you try to remove them. Also, on Mon-Thu, they provide a free dinner with wine and beer. Nothing fancy, but decent. One night they had hot dogs and salad, the other they had tortellini with spaghetti sauce. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's very close to the airport, and about 15-20 minutes from downtown. It's significantly cheaper than anything comparable downtown. They are also dog friendly.

They offter free on-site buffet dinner- I love love their FRESH baked warm bread and super delicious fries. Free white wine, red wine, beer, and high quality juice. You are not going to believe that it's a complimentary dinner- and it means a lot for me because I am taking my 10-month old sick baby, 3 year old toddler, and two 65+ grandparents in a summer trip. Also, the front desk is extremely helpful and kind. The lady helped me get a cup of milk from the kitchen in the evening because my toddler insist that she needs regular milk (not chocolate milk which I can easily buy at the front desk). I am very grateful of all the service we got.

This hotel is so convenient for us when we stay there.This was the fourth time and we will be returning again at Christmas.The staff is so friendly and they make you feel at home.Breakfast everyday and social hour at nite is wonderful..The 2 bedroom is so nice and cozy with a fireplace.It is like having the convenience of home.

Hotel was wonderful as usual.This was the third time we have stayed there and will be back in June again.Hotel was full to capacity and was well managed by staff for everyone.Breakfast was nice and social hour meal was delicious.This hotel is a wonderful place to stay and has all the conveniences you could want.

Hotel had everything we needed, including a fireplace. We stayed in 2bdrm suite and it was very spacious.

This is the second time we stayed here and will be back again in Feb and again in June.Hotel is very convenient for us when we come to RI.We always get the 2 bdrm suite and it has all the conveniences for us.Would highly recommend this hotel.The breakfasts are always great and the afternoon social hour is an added plus.

Nice staff, room was clean and large. If you need a place with a kitchen, this isn't a bad choice. Breakfast was okay. Trying to get to the hotel can be a bit challenging. You can see the hotel off the freeway, it's the surface streets that was hard to find. Overall the experience was great!

Well as I said before it was our 2nd time there and will be back in Feb and June,Manager Charles at desk very nice..one person at desk needed an attitude adjustment (Debbie)..Food was excellent, 2 bedroom very convenient for us.We had some guests come visit us and there was a blizzard and so they got a room an stayed also and loved it .The staff there was always there if we needed something..never had any problems.Would recommend this hotel.

The kids loved the pool, we like the seperate bed room/ kitchen/ living arrangement. Great breakfast!

This was a good moderate price hotel - but not luxury. The accomodations are nice and the arrangement works well for people with children.

We got a great deal for our money. Staff very friendly. The free breakfast is more than I expected (thought it would be more continental but it was not). You actually had food choices such as eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. There is a mall and a Stop & Shop close by and with a short drive you will find many smaller stores and restaurants. Our room was comfortable but the sofa bed was not. Housekeeping was not the greatest. Our room was not cleaned well daily. They would only leave towels and halfway make up the beds. The sofa bed was left open and was not made up. No sweeping done on floors. Complained to the front desk so hopefully will hear from management as was promised. Overall had a pleasant stay and would choose the hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Warwick as part of a business trip. The hotel was fantastic in all respects. The room was clean and accommodating with a full compliment of cable channels on the two TVs - one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom area was bright and clean, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was there to take care of all questions and issues. All mornings there was a fresh, hot breakfast buffet; one morning scrambled eggs and sausage, the next, western style eggs and bisquits and sausage gravy. All breakfasts also included all of the other fixings found in a traditional continental breakfast such as bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, juices and coffee, etc. What I didn't realize is that from Monday through Thursday nights there was also a full, free dinner buffet complete with juices and free wine and draft beer. Very well done. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for their dollar while staying in the Warwick area or near the Prividence airport.

Having never been to the area, my two children and I stayed in a room that seemed more like a studio apartment than a hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, even allowing a late checkout so that I could cook a Sunday pasta dinner for the college student we were visiting. A "home"-cooked meal that was a treat instead of dorm food. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and given the opportunity, would most certainly stay again.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I knew about the free buffet breakfast, but I didn't know about the free dinner from Monday to Thursday. There weren't too many choices, but it was still a nice surprise. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was a little difficult to find the street because there was no street sign.

This is a very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast was very good - more than just bagels and danish - included waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, etc. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was so nice that we would have stayed longer if we had the time!

While this hotel is off the beaten path, it is very close to I-95 the roadway to everything. I travel quite a bit and I stay at this chain whenever I have the opportunity and have never had a bad experience.
