First Euroflat Hotel - بروكسل

This hotel was average. The location was convenient - very close to the metro. The room was very large and even had a small kitchen area although there weren't really any dishes except coffee mugs. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff seemed friendly. There was some noise from the street and there didn't seem to be a lot of restaurants nearby.

The Room size was exceptional which included a kitchenette...nice surprise! Rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price and the location of the hotel I would without hesitation recommend this hotel. It was close enough to walk to several different restaurants and take in the local entertainment...Bravo!

I slept very well, the bed was very comfortable. Big room ("flat") with lots of space. Hotel could use a renovation but at the end of the day you have everything you need. Unfortunately one of the coffee cups in the room was not clean, and it was not possible to fix the shower so needed to hold it in my hand whilst showering.

The staff was helpful, the room was nice, hot water working, and so it was the heater (thank God), it's close to a subway station, so in 15 minutes you will be in the city center. There are a lot of bars around, if you're interested :)

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location, this is a good choice. But surely this is not a four star hotel i expected. No AC, shower didn't work properly, the bed is uncomfortable. This place need a lift.

Rooms in need of maintainence (broken shower) and beds poor

The hotel is close to the Schuman Metro station and easy to get to with the #12 or 21 bus to the airport. Just behind the European Council building in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and pubs. Walk up the hill for a larger selection. The rooms are especially large with a kitchenette and dining nook -- a little dated but large. The staff seemed to be busy dealing with issues from (other) guests day and night !

My room in the Euroflat was clean and spacious and the service was friendly and efficient. But in the warm weather the room got roasting hot and the air conditioning unit was too puny to cool it down - as well as being extremely noisy. So I didn't sleep very well. Install proper a/c!

Nice hotel and family friendly!

Large hotel room close to subway and couple of bars comfortab;le and clean.

Value for money. Reasonably basic but provides everything it says it will. Only drawback is that room was not air conditioned, so very warm. A fan was provided.

I have stayed in Euroflat a couple of times before and given it location in close proximity to the European Intitutions, returned there this week. I have never been particularly impressed with the rooms (badly laid out, generally overheated with outdated decor) but this time had a very uncomfortable stay due to the fact that the hotel does not have air conditioning and temperatures were up to 35 degrees. The room was unbearably hot and the mobile air conditioning unit provided was completely inadequate. The fact that irons are not provided in the rooms was also irritating, obliging the guest to make a trip to the laundry room on the 2nd floor to iron clothing. While the hotel may be in an ideal location for some clients, I think there are many other better hotel options in Brussels in a similar price range which provide a much higher level of comfort.

Close to Metro for easy access to the heart of Brussels , about 4 stops and in a reasonably quiet area of Town. Plenty of Irish bars nearby .The Old Oak has Wesmalle Trippel for only 3 euros a bottle, bargain !

Was not informed of the option for breakfast or coffee, so was unaware that it was offered. It was not obvious as the cafe/restaurant in the hotel was closed. Also, there is no air conditioning in the hotel, for warmer or hotter days, although a fan is provided.

I strongly recommend this hotel. It is clean and neat, and our room had a kitchenette. It is ~300m to a Metro stop and within walking distance to the Cinquantenaire Park. We were on the upper floor which was quite hot for some reason, but there was a floor air conditioner in the room which gave adequate relief. Overall, considering the low price, I will start with this hotel when I next visit Brussels.

I have always this hotel very pleasant, but now we arrived in a room with a kettle and 2 cups, and no coffee, tea, sugar etc... The shower was not staying up and had to be hand held. Also there was no shower cap, shampoo, conditioner. Only shower gel and soap. This hotel has definitely gone down from 4 stars to 3 stars, and I have told them so in writing.

Certes les chambres sont spacieuses mais le lit grince, la salle de bain est vieillotte et pas tout à fait propre. Si vous êtes en weekend romantique abstenez vous!

tres bon sejour seul probleme trop de chauffage et les fenetres trop basses dangereuses pour enfants en bas age sinon tres bien tres propre et tres grande confortable avec une cuisine et une table ronde.

A recommander, pas très loin du parlement européen ( 10 mn à pied)...chambre 310: ne pas craindre la lueur extérieure des 4 étoiles de la façade!

chambre spacieuse, hôtel un peu loin à pied du centre de Bruxelles, pas possibilité de cuisiner dans la chambre (pas de casseroles)

La réception ne communique pas avec les clients a mont départ personne ne me demander si le séjour et bien passe j’ai aussi l’impression que quand vous réservée sur internet vous êtes pas traitée de la même manière, ainsi que il faut peut-être pensé à faire les doubles vitrages à vos fenêtres parce que en a passée 3 nuits Denfert.

Hotel situado en un buen sitio. Justo al lado de la Comunidad Europea. Tranquilo. Se puede ir andando al centro (unos 2 km). Habitación espaciosa pero bastante antigua. Necesitaría una remodelación. El desayuno bufet demasiado caro (17 euros). No es un hotel de 4 estrellas si se está pagando precio de 4 estrellas. Por precios aceptables, condiciones aceptables.

I like this hotel.It's clean, the facilities are new, the breakfast is tolerable, the price is reasonable, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and it is situated in a lively,multicultural neighborhood with a nice atmosphere a fifteen minute walk from the center, two minutes from the metro and five minutes from Midi and the airport train. It was just what I was looking for.

Har man ärenden till Kommissionen eller kringliggande adresser ligger First Euroflat hotell mycket väl till. Trots läget och det relativt låga priset, kan hotellet inte rekommenderas. I varje fall inte om rummen mot gatan. Rummen är inte ljudisolerade, och trafiken stör nattsömnen. Dessutom finns inte luftkonditionering, och även i september var temperaturen på rummet så hög att fönstret mot gatan måste stå öppet, vilket bidrog till att ljuden från gatan störde ännu mer. Små smala sängar och stora hårda kuddar bidrog till sömnlöshet. Duschen var deffekt. Ska något positivt framhållas, så är det frukosten som bjuder på det mesta man kan önska sig. Definitivt inte fyrstjärnigt!

LES FENÊTRES SONT TROP DANGEREUSE,LES GARDES CORPS NE SONT PAS ADAPTES A LA PRÉSENCE D'ENFANTS ,C'est un point très négatif ,ci je dois revenir a Bruxelles avec mes enfants

Zeer slecht! Er zaten witte ingedroogde vlekken in het beddengoed, de badkamer was vier, de douche kon niet worden opgehangen en er was geen stop voor het bad. Gecombineerd met de ongezellige buurt is dit een gribushotel.

Hotel top rien a dire trés propre et spacieux. Nous retournerons les yeux fermés

Das Eurofirst Hotel bietet sehr viel zu einem guten Preis. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Eu Viertel so dass man mit der U Bahn nur 5 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt braucht. Gleich 2 Minuten vom Hotel befindet sich eine U Bahnstation. Einziges Manko am Zimmer: Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Aber dafür stand eine gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, so dass man nicht schwitzen musste. Wer mit Auto kommen will, ist auch kein Problem, da das Hotel ein Parkhaus hat, wo das Auto ein sicheren Platz hat und das nur für einmalige 10 Euro! Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel nur zu empfehlen auch für längere Aufenthalte in Brüssel.

Parkplatzproblem.Niemand spricht Deutsch.Für Hotel, das 4 Sterne hat,war zu wenig.

hotel molto bello con camere grandi spaziose e pulite. un pò fuori dal centro ma comodissimo con la metro vicina.

Pour le prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à quelque chose de fou ! Mais bien situé, à coté de la commission européenne et pas trop loin du centre ville

l'hôtel est très bon, au coeur de la ville de Bruxelles. en plus les personnels sont sympas, les chambres sont propres. je n'ai rien à dire sur cet hôtel c'est une merveille. je vous le recommande tous

es una buena opción cuando se pretende ir de turismo y pasar la noche. la relacion calidad-precio es muy buena. lo recomiendo al 100 %

très bon accueil chambre très confortable mais hôtel très mal insonorisé, on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue, ce qui perturbe le sommeil.

Emplacement géographique central, idéal pour visiter la ville. État de l’hôtel très vieux et le confort est très loin d'un 4 étoiles.

Good hotel, clear, nice staff (even when you need to request a taxi service at night), big bedroom and comfortable beds. Regarding the location, its is not close to the city center but there is a metro station nearby (around 5 minutes on foot). Calm neighbourhood.
