الموقع كان ممتازاً ومناسب جداً، بالذات لو كنت ستأخذ قطار المسافات الطويلة إلى فيينا. أحببت خدمتهم وهو أول فندق ازوره في المكان به وسائد وسرير مريحين. إنه يستحق. الفندق قريب من Wien prater ويمكن المشي منه لأي محل بقالة ولمقهى Aida الذي يقدم كعك ممتاز! مكان ممتاز ومؤكداً أنني سأعود مرة اخرى.

إقامة ممتازة. طاقم العمل لم يكن أقل من ودود ومتعاون أبداً. الغرف والملاءات كانت نظيفة جداً. الحمام كان نظيفاً بامتياز. الدش كان ساخناً وقوياً. تشكيلة الإفطار كانت متنوعة. والتلفزيون مذهل. هذا الفندق المستهان به لبى كل متطلباتي.

Convenient location between Prater park and the old town.

The hotel was in 15 mins walk from centre.Next to an underground station (not needed as most things within walking distance)and 15 mins from train station which was ideal for then travelling to Vienna.Lots of choice for breakfast.We were not disappointed.

We arrived straight from the airport after an overnight flight, a bit earlier than check in time, and the kind people at the front desk took very good care of us from the start. While they got our rooms ready early, they told us how to get to some sights, recommended restaurants, and provided some useful general information. They were so welcoming and helpful! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, we were amazed. They upgraded us to a family suite, which is very roomy for two adults and two children. The bathroom was bright and clean. We were also grateful for the well-stocked coffee/tea kettle. The television had lots of international stations, so the kids were entertained by familiar shows while we were in the room. The location is right next to an underground station, so it was easy to travel around the city. It is also close to good restaurants and helpful shops (pharmacy, etc). They recommended an Italian restaurant called Stradinos (or something like that) which was small, and a bit smokey for Americans unaccustomed to that in a restaurant, but it was absolutely delicious and we loved every dish we ordered. All in all, we could not believe how lucky we were for finding such a perfect hotel in Vienna. We can recommend it 100%!

This was our forth stay at Hotel Capri and we will definitely be back again. Hotel staff always very friendly and helpful, lovely rooms, always very clean and breakfast was wonderful. U-Bahn right outside hotel and only a short walk to railway station. City centre also within walking distance. Everything just perfect for us.

We booked 2 rooms for a week's stay and got the Standard room. Rooms are very spacious and very clean, the bathroom is a plus for me. It's squeaky clean! Almost brand-new. I really appreciated the little amenities, like the makeup counter for example. You can tell that they are very keen on details. The staff were incredibly nice and efficient. They always cleaned the room every time we asked for it. Breakfast was a good spread, but don't expect bacon and fried eggs. It's more European/continental. The biggest plus was it's proximity to the subway. There's this lift across the hotel that goes straight to the subway. We were always tired every day and it was such a godsend how we don't have to walk very far. We always remarked on that every time we went home from the center. The U1 line is perfect and is 2-3 stops away from the centre, where everything is. The hotel was close to perfect except that the rooms did not have a refrigerator (I was told they have this in the upgraded rooms). Would have loved to have cold beer/chilled wine during our stay! Would DEFINITELY stay at this place again.

The room was perfect for my week's business trip to Vienna. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Good value!

Very nice hotel. Good location between old city and train-autobus station. Staff and breakfast is nice too. Room is large,clean and comfortable. With coll street-view. Two things we didn't like it: safe-box was smaller than my tablet and 2 separated beds putted together. But we live with that ;)

Was really surprised by the size, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms we booked. Breakfast was well stocked, staff attentive and helpful. We would stay again and wil recommend to those that are looking to stay in Vienna.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Capri for four nights whilst we visited Vienna and the Christmas markets. Very comfortable hotel - clean, good condition, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Great value. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, close to city center and very clean.

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location approximately 15mins walk to the city centre or 1 stop on the tube. The tube station is right outside the hotel which is ideal for getting arounf the city to see the numerous Christmas Markets and attractions. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms on the 7th floor were perfect and in immaculate condition. The whole hotel is in first class condition including a new lift. Breakfast was one of the best experienced with a wonderful choice. (The breakfast rooms - there are about 4 - can get busy so choose your time well). Pity the hotel does'nt have a restaurant. There are plenty of places to eat right on the doorstep though. Absolutely no complaints at all, a very enjoyable vist.

Perfect, not sure what someone would want more. Besides the fact that the minifridge was empty (nothing that a quick trip down to the reception cannot fix), everything is perfect about this place. Close to center, 50 meters from subway station, helpful staff, big room with a big LCD tv (bring your cable to connect your laptop!), free internet which works in the room also (a bit slow in the evening when everybody got back to the hotel and was surfing)... Would definitely stay again.

Well, for me the hotel is situated perfectly. Quite close to the city center (about 5 min by underground - the stop is right opposite the hotel, or 15 min on foot) but without that touristic hassle that annoys me so much. Every place of interest that we had on our list was reachable without changes. 1 change to the train station and 2 changes to the airport. Hotel surroundings are calm but our room overlooked the road so it was a little bit noisy but for us that isn't any big problem. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are extremely good. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is a safe in the room and tea-cofee making facilities. Beds are comfortable in terms of matresses but we had two beds put together and since they stand on a carpet they sprawled all the time which is not so good for 'romance'. Rooms are large compared to size of a standard european hotel room. But at the same time overall decor of the room is very simple without a touch of cozyness, the room seemed quite shabby with some black marks on curtains, smell of smoking (though it is a nonsmoking hotel), tiles on the floor in the bathroom are cracked. The room definitely needed repair. That's why very nice impressions from the services that the hotel provides are marred by this insufficient quality of the room appearance.

I'm happy with the hotel. The staff speak good English, and the room was much larger than I had expected (considering hotels in European cities are very compact), and very clean. They serve nice breakfast between 7 - 10am. The hotel is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, and it will take 15 - 20min. walk to to get to city center, and I walked from Musikverein and cafes in the old city during my stay. But also subway stop (U1 Nestroyplatz) is right in front of the hotel, and that's very convenient. When I arrived in Vienna airport I took S7 train to Paraterstern and changed to U1 subway to Nestroyplatz and it was very easy connection. If you don't carry big luggage, S7 train is very economical choice. Overall It was definitely good value, and I recommend to everyone.

The location was about the only good thing, well that and the breakfast. My "king bed" was in fact two small beds pushed together, and not even with a big sheet joining them together. Apparently all of their "king" beds are like this. The free wifi barely worked. Showering was very difficult. It's a small, narrow tub, with the faucet positioned in the middle of the tub - strange? Housekeeping doesn't knock, and walked right into my room at 9am. I don't know why people rave about this place? Granted this was my first stay in Vienna and I have nothing to compare it to. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at around the world in this price range, Capri ranks pretty low. I would not stay here again.

Our room for two people was clean,spacious and quiet and had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard carpark. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was great and offered an excellent variety of dishes and was replenished regularly. The hotel was very close to the metro staton and easy to visit sights and then catch the train to the airport. The hotel offered to store our bags after checkout till our departure. Only one suggestion would be a small fridge in the room. Highly reccommend this hotel as a comfortable good value stay in Vienna.

Very convenient with metro stop right outside door. Breakfast was excellent and the room was the most spacious I have had abroad.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was far too small, smaller than what is stated on site, there is no mini bar and the coffee and milk provided is a joke and tastes disgusting. The fridge didnt work, we told them several times but they didnt do anything about it. Breakfast was below ordinary. Staff were nice enough but would definitely stay in a proper hotel like the Novotel.

Convenient for metro station. Breakfast good though breakfast room a tad congested at times. Only negative is that the WiFi is rubbish poor signal strength. They did say they were aware and were looking into it. Reception staff very helpful

Excellent hotel - located close to the train station and to the city center (one subway stop away) , and the subway is only a few yards from the hotel entrance.Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked fine. My room was remarkably big by European standards , with a balcony overlooking the street. Several very good restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay and was very much pleased with the service, room, breakfast and staff.

The room itself was okay, but nothing special. As stated in other reviews, room is warm without ac. The provided fan helps but if the weather is very hot, the room would be stifiling. Most of staff tried to be helpful with the notable exception of a female person in reception who did not want to exert any effort at all - extremely lazy - and was only helpful when my wife and I insisted. Breakfast buffet was adequate - slightly below average. I would stay there again only in cool weather and if better hotels were not available.

A lovely end to our week in Austria. Excellent staff, spacious and very clean room with very comfortable beds! Breakfast was good too but slightly chaotic with the volume of people!

Front desk is very helpful. the only problem is there is no air condition in the hotel. I know it is very common in Europe that a hotel without AC. but in this hotel the ventilation is not good. it is not high ceiling, so it is very stuffy. although there is a fan in the room, but not in hallway.

I thought that the Capri was a really nice hotel, everything was very clean, quite modern and right next to the subway system. The only problem was that there is no air conditioning, and the week that I was there was a heat wave in Vienna 35C+. So while the bed and surrounding were quite comfortable, I was not due to the heat. The week before was much cooler, and probably the week after was as well. I would just be careful about it if you can, as I survived by having the plug-in fan in the room directly on me at night. Otherwise on of the nicest that i have stayed in.

The breakfast was the best I have ever seen: well set out, friendly, fresh fruit and vegetagles, good cheeces, fresh baked cake. Air conditioning was the only thing I was missing during the midsummer nights. I wish to travel back some day, and I shall choose the same hotel.

Excellent comfortable hotel near central Vienna with the underground literally across the street. Huge buffet breakfast. Friendly english speaking staff. Great value

This hotel is coveniently located right next to a subway stop just outside the city center. With the efficient subway system, you can be at the major attractions in 5-10 minutes. Very helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms. The breakfast buffet was too extensive to try everything the two days we were there. Highly recommended.

Halfway between convention center and downtown. Right on subway connection in a less travelled part of town. Memory Foam beds were great. Fast internet. Adequate breakfast. Quiet rooms!!!!

Good, clean, functional well run hotel, located very close to the u-bahn. Convenient for the VIC and the city centre. Staff were always helpful and polite. Breakfast had a good selection. A good no nonsense hotel.

Central to everything and being right on the U1 subway line, you an get anywhere in minutes. The hotel is spotless and the staff are all friendly and very efficient The hotel has a lovely (cold) buffet breakfast with lots of choices and a number of 'extra' features that aren't included in the advertising but add to the overall customer satisfaction. I stayed here for a week in March so the weather was spring-link thus the lack of air conditioning was not an issue. Th room had a nice little balcony facing to the back and I left the door open to get some nice fresh air in when it seemed warm. I'd stay here again, no question.

This hotel fulfilled all our needs for a 4-night stay in Vienna. Friendly, efficient staff, high standards of cleanliness, large and comfortable room with a flat screen TV and coffee making facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good choice, continually being refreshed. 20 minute walk to Stephansplatz or two stops on the metro, which is just outside the hotel.

Stayed in an “Executive” (Superior) twin room. Room spacious with bright dark colour scheme. Room was neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. Kettle, cups, tea/coffee sugar/milk provided. Flat screen TV with satellite offering +/- 100 channels in many different languages. Bathroom compact. Shower had good and constant water pressure and I never ran out of hot water. Room was serviced daily and the bathroom kept very clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and I had no problems communicating in English. Hotel also has a luggage room which is managed by Reception. Access to hotel via U-bahn is easy; go to Nestroyplatz and take lift from middle of platform; lift exit is in middle of Praterstrasse almost opposite the hotel. City centre is 2-3 stops away.

Great english speaking staff, very helpful and friendly. Very nice room. Great breakfast included. Unbelievably close to the U1 U-Bahn line (Nestroyplatz Station). Great convient location! Can walk to many restaurants.

What you see with the Capri is what you get. I was back after a two-year gap, choosing the hotel for its smoke-free rooms, convenience... and U-bahn station (Nestroyplatz) outside the door. Included breakfast is a sound start to the day, and ample restaurants are around the corner for the end of it.
