A very clean townhouse for a hotel room price. The pool area is wonderful and very clean. Close to a Publix supermarket and about a 10 minute drive to Disney. Great place for a family to stay.

I stayed 4 days with my kids, We had the best vacation ever. Excellent Poolside and iluminated tennis court. The only one complain are the beds, sofa bed and sheets, really unconfortable. The decoration inside the condo very old.

Very nice place my granddaughters just loved staying here would return on our next visit to Disney.

Loved It! Staff was not the friendliest but didn't deal with them except for checkin and checkout. Traveled with 4 kids , very convient close to grocery and restaurants.

The villa was just what I expected and more. Very clean and close to many restaurants and markets. The AC worked great and I enjoyed having all the space. Its great when you are traveling with children since you are able to cook and save some money on eating out.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was great. Location was convenient. Close to shopping places and dining restaurants. Disney parks about 10 minutes away. Less than 5 minutes from I-4. 15-20 minutes from airport. I would recomend this place for anyone with a large family. Was a great place for the price and it is in a great location.

awful decoration,old ,spider webs in front and on terrace,price,old furniture but good hospitality

This is a nice townhouse, everything is provided for use, especially since I cooked. Nice location. I will lodge here again.

We had a hard time trying to figure out what hotel to stay at because of the bed bug issues in Orlando. Found this townhouse and was a good value for the money and no bed bugs. I would not pay more than we paid a night however with all the other rentals in the area, but with the cleaning fee waived and the low deposit, it was a good value. It is dated and the one pool is not exactly a luxury pool, but it was clean and our overall experience with this property was good and we would stay again for the price. They have transportation to some of the parks and activities for the kids, something that the other properties like this one do not have.

The unit was clean except for the sofa and chair which were soiled.

The experience was very nice -- we're hooked. We plan on going back to Orlando next year and will probably be looking to stay at this hotel. The washer/dryer were a bit old and only ran properly on the "normal" cycles, but they did the trick (so really no complaints there).

This Hotel just keeps getting better. We stayed here last year and just loved it so much we came back this year. They have a new simulation surf place that you get a discount on for staying at fantasy villas and by next year they will have completed their water park they are now installing. It is just amazing! These are 2 bedroom townhouses. They are well kept and come with everything you need to live. They have two swimming pools and nearby you have grocery stores, walmarts, and restaurant. They also have shuttles to and from universal, sea world, and disney world. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to the Orlando area.

The place is perfect, clean and convenient

First of all, we were never asked to view any timeshare presentations. I had heard that we might be asked, but this was never even mentioned to us. These are two story condos. On the lower level there is a small kitchen (but it still has full size appliances), a dining table and chairs, a living room with a sofa, chair, and TV and a bathroom with a shower. Right outside the living room is a sliding glass door leading to a screened in small patio in the back. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one queen bed with a safe in the closet, and one bedroom with two single beds in it), one full bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer (it's not coin operated). We had just come back from a week cruise in the Caribbean so we were grateful to have the convenience of our own washer and dryer in the unit. That was awesome! Be aware though, that this isn't like a typical hotel where you get maid service every day. We stayed here four days without maid service. It wasn't a problem for us, because we hang our towels and reuse them at home so we just did the same here. The neighborhood consists of probably a hundred of these units and we saw the landscapers out maintaining daily. The units were clean and well maintained. They are located in a neighborhood just behind the main area in Kissimmee where all the stores and restaurants are located, so it was very convenient to everything. Even the parks (Disney and Universal) were very easy to get to. We were told that we could catch a free shuttle from the office... they go over twice in the morning and pick up twice at night. But we opted to use our rental car and pay the parking fees so that we didn't have to adhere to their scheduled times. The pool was nice, but had too many noisy kids splashing in it. I love kids, but I don't really want to be in a pool filled with them! There is a Target Superstore and a Publix grocery store nearby. Restaurants nearby include: Cici's Pizza, Panda Express, Ponderosa Steak House buffet. Golden Co

Friendly people and everything was fine. Except we paid for cleaning service and nothing was cleaned during our 3 day stay. I rather stay at a hotel that provides a clean and made bed when returning exhausted after visiting the parks.

Not knowing what we were getting into doing this on line we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice place for the price. Would stay here again. This is an older establishment but is updated and very clean.

We were very impressed how clean the villa was. It was well stocked with towels & sample items for our 2 day stay. Unfortunately, we were placed in a villa where construction was going on behind us for the new pool. The construction crew woke us at 6 am with all the loud noises(that was horrible) & their truck blocked the entrance to the parking lot at one point. They do have shuttle service, but the times are limited. Overall, it was a good stay. We would come here again.

Just like home, only better. We were very happy there. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. Large TV and comfortable living room with dining area for good sized family. Everything provided, dishwsher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, papertowels, washer/dryer plenty of towels and pool towels. Mattresses too firm for our liking. Loved the pool/bar and Fantasy Surf Tank. Would have loved to stay longer. Personel nice and helpful. We got a great rate!

Decent hotel for the money. Close to everything "touristy". Nice pool area with bar. They had construction going on - looked like they are building a recreational area - but did not affect our stay.

It was clean and comfortable and the service was great. My only concern is that there was no sign as to where the pool was and there was construction in the area. Where once completed it will make the place even greater.

villas were very nice,however we paid for housekeeping. When we saw our villa was not cleaned, we checked with front desk. They told us they only do housekeeping after you leave,unless you stay more than a week, so we paid extra for housekeeping and didn't get it!

My family (in-laws, husband and 2 year old) went to Florida. We researched many suites and condos and hotels and world fantasy villas was the best price and nicest place we found. The condo was very clean and nice. You are only about 15 minutes from Disney! Only a few complaints...our upstairs shower did not work. I quickly found out that there is only 2 shuttles t magic kingdom per day which I did not read or see any where else. We ended up renting a car which was way better! I would definately recommend this resort and come back!

I stayed there for a week and my experience was great. Its very close to all Disney parks and some good restaurants. My only issue was with the beds. They are very soft and we did not like them. Otherwise we enjoyed staying at this place.

It is a very nice hotel. Just need a little more maintenance and cleanliness. The staff is very nice.

The hotel was nice I would stay again. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and stores were close by.

I just recently stayed at the fantasy world resort on a universal/seaworld vacation; we had 4 adults and two kids in a two bedroom villa for 4 nights/5days, the room was an updated room with new bathroom fixtures, flatscreen tvs, updated fixtures throughout. The two bedroom was more than enough space for all of us!loved the idea of a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the room, really made the stay feel like we were at home and on vacation at the same time! Hotel staff was really nice, location of hotel is in the middle of everything, plenty of shopping and resturants within a mile, universal/seaworld/disney are no more than a 15 min drive. They are currently building a new clubhouse/pool/gym/lazy river looks like when its done it will be awesome! Great stay for a Great price, will recommed to ppl! :)

Everything worked inside of the Villa. Could use updating, But was good for the price.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst on route. The villas are really good value - centrally located for Florida's attractions, clean and very well equipped throughout and set within pleasant grounds - we sat out in the screen porch enjoying the morning/evening sun and watching the wild life. The pool/basketball net was fun and will be even better this summer when their huge pool extension/lazy river is complete. We would have been very happy to have stayed longer.

I was allergic to the bed, and the beds were pretty poor. But the place seemed pretty clean and the pool was nice.

Staff was zealous in their attempt to make sure that we were happy. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking gear.

We stayed at Fantasy World Club Villas the week of March 22-29, 2011 and were quite pleased. We were initially concerned to see some construction on the property, but after checking in and exploring the property and the villa we decided it really wasn't a problem at all. The staff were all pleasant. The grounds are well kept, although very basic. Parking is more than adequate. The villa we stayed in on Sea World Ct. had obviously recently been updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the tile, cabinets, and counter tops were newer. The appliances were slightly older but all in great shape. The upstairs bathroom was roomy and had a tub/shower combo. The down stairs bathroom was a very small but offered a second shower, which was nice. Even with 3-4 people showering each morning, the hot water did not run out. The dining and living room areas were simple and offered enough space. Overall, the bedrooms were a little small, but cleanly decorated and nice. All of us (three adults and one child) had no trouble staying comfortable and we did not feel crowded.The beds weren't the best or worst we've experienced at hotels/resorts - they were just okay. Both bedrooms had big closets, which was nice for hiding luggage and our other things out of sight - more like home. The screened back patio was very large and furnished with a table and chairs. There were only two minor concerns I had with this place: (1) The stairs were quite steap; more so than normal. I had to ensure my 4-year-old was escorted up and down the stairs, as I was afraid he would fall. (2) The washer/dryer combo is located upstairs with the bedrooms and was VERY loud. I intended to do laundry one night while my son was in bed and it was so loud I had to postpone until the next morning. It even interupted us watching TV down stairs! I cannot comment on the pool or other amenities as we really didn't use any other than the free Wi-Fi, which worked fine. The photos we saw on the hotels.com and the

This was a great stay. Plenty of room for 5 people. Nice to be able to make our own food and have a room to sit around and visit. Staff was very pleasant. I would stay again.

nothing in the room was newer then the 1950's, a must not stay for anyone, the manager said he could change our room but its a $70 room cleaning fee, DIDN'T even have queen beds as advertised they are full size and twins with freyed edges and holes. showers were all rusted and chiped paint everywhere bath tub had the porcillin with big chunks in it., i was told it was a new room but id say it was new in the 50's.

This was an amazing stay! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, in a great location and family friendly. We would stay again on our next trip!!!

This did not have the “feel” of a resort, but more like “staying with family”. I like the room size and fully functional kitchen. I would come back to Fantasy World on my next visit to Orlando.

It was our second time staying at Fantasy World Villas and once again it was perfect. The villas are clean and comfortable. We had a great time and will come back again!

Very surprisingly true to representation.

The Villa was a perfect spot. It is on a quiet street and close to all the attractions we needed to see. The condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and exceeded our expectations on size and comfort.
